Hello,

1. You can add in the ad box only one image, you can try to use ad rotate and set the code in ad box-> custom code.
You can try if this plugin works https://wordpress.org/plugins/adrotate/ -> https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-manage-ads-in-wordpress-with-adrotate-plugin/
2. AMP is deprecated as of January 2023-> https://developer.bigcommerce.com/docs/storefront/wordpress/platform-integration/enabling-amp so we don’t longer recommend it.
3.Using our theme, you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/ The option that you need to use.
Suppose you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer. In that case, when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc, so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY.
So, the mobile responsive is what you see when that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
The Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin cannot.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page, you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.

Thank you!

Hello Annamaria,

Thanks for the very fast answer.

I tried with both PHP version 8.0 and 8.1 the very same error persists.
Meanwhile I also tried with other prebuild websites, for example with “DEFAULT PRO”, the very same error occurs. , so this is a more general issue. I also carefully read the other thread you linked https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/error-at-zones-6models-1dom-the-model-does-not-match-the-content-currene/, but unfortunately there are no steps to follow there and also there is no solution described there 🙁

I am using official WordPress docker images, so any developer on your side can spin up exactly that image and reproduce the error:

– wordpress:6.7.1-php8.3-apache
or as you recommended:
– wordpress:6.7.1-php8.1-apache
– wordpress:php8.0-apache

For detailed diagnostics, all my experiences are on freshly installed images, with no other themes and plugins.

I purchased a License and since setting everything up as I have it on a sister website where everything is working fine. I can’t make changes to anything in the theme panel. It just keeps spinning and never saves. I can create new posts / Pages but I am unable to save changes to a page I made using Tagdiv editor. I have version 12.6.8 installed and reinstalled and for WordPress I have version 6.7.1 with the following plugins installed and active.

Yes, I did try deactivating all plugins non-tagdiv to see if it was a plugin conflict but no, and I do have all the same on the sister website with no issues. I tried on different browsers and even on different computers with no Love.

Hello!

You should import a blank cloud template from the Cloud Library and rebuild the design using the tagdiv Composer shortcodes. You can customize only cloud templates with the help of the tagdiv Composer.
We recommend using cloud/PRO templates to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer, which contains a lot of functions and features; please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:

Hello!

Did you assign the single template to an article? Or make it global and check again.
Ensure the background color is black from the Newspaper -> Theme colors -> General theme colors. Set the color for the content zone: https://app.screencast.com/xBegephuZk2IW
Installing the templates separately from the Cloud Library won’t come with all the demo settings.

Thank you!

Hi there
I downloaded single post template-Crypto Gaming PRO from cloud library. In “Live Preview” the body of this template is black, but after when I edited it with TD Composer, I realized its body is white, and some components are not correct. I am surprised why “live preview” is black; however, when editing with TD Composer, it is white!! Do I have to add some CSS code to that template to make it black?!!

Dear Team,
I am encountering a critical error on my website related to the td-cloud-library plugin. Here are the details of the error from my logs:

PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function is_post_type_archive() on string in /wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/td-cloud-library.php:184
Stack trace:
#0 /wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(324): tdb_add_js_variables()
#1 /wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(348): WP_Hook->apply_filters()
#2 /wp-includes/plugin.php(517): WP_Hook->do_action()
#3 /wp-includes/general-template.php(3064): do_action()

The issue appears to originate from td-cloud-library.php on line 184, where the is_post_type_archive() function is called on a variable that seems to be an invalid string.

This issue causes a fatal error to occur when an admin account enters a non-existent link (instead of returning a 404 result).

Hello!

Please edit the homepage with the tagdiv Composer and choose a header template from the Website Manager or go to the Dashboard -> Cloud Templates and set a header template as global. Check this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-manager/
Clear all caches and check the results on your front end.

Hi, the website becomes non responcesive once the TagDiv Cloud Library activated. Any advice would greately appreciated. Thanks.

Hello,

It seems that you don’t have the tagdiv Composer and tagdiv Cloud library plugins activated, so please install and activate them.

Thank you!

Bettina

Hello Stevan!

You use default templates for your articles, so you can not edit them with the tagDiv Composer.
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-templates/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-category-templates/
You need to check the console while it is spinning. If the problem is still present, we can take a look via email.

Thank you!

Hello,

You have a header template from Cloud Library, then you need to edit with tagDiv Composer https://www.screencast.com/t/Y5j6ArY8Ug, select the logo and set there the image, make sure that is set to show and delete the logo text or SVG code-> https://imgur.com/ve11Fwt -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/add-logo-newspaper/
To change your WordPress site language, go to Settings → General and look for the Site Language drop-down -> https://i.imgur.com/xLqlkVi.png and will apply to the date and weather.
Did you set the memory in wp-config like in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/?

Thank you!

Hi,
We’re developing a WordPress site using the Newspaper theme and TagDiv with blank Cloud Templates modules, and need advice on creating reusable custom blocks. Our goal is to:
Create modular, reusable blocks that maintain consistent styling
Avoid redesigning blocks each time they’re needed
We’re looking for a way to create modular, reusable blocks that maintain consistent styling, and avoid redesigning blocks each time they’re needed. We need to build complex layouts where posts have different display formats, for example:
First post: Title only
Second and third posts: Featured image + title

Here is a visual example of what we want to achieve: https://devenirbilingue.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/screenshot-sandbox.png

The main issue is that flex blocks cannot be used within Cloud Library modules. While I can use Flex Block 3 when editing a regular page to achieve the desired layout, this functionality isn’t available in module editing. Creating the layout directly on a page isn’t practical, as it would require re-styling the block every time it’s needed.
We attempted to analyze existing Cloud Templates by importing them into new modules to understand their flex block implementation. However, we encountered what appears to be a bug, receiving the error: “The Cloud Library Module Template set for this block is not valid or it no longer exists. Please select another Module Template.”
What could we do to build custom and reusable blocks modules? Did we miss something? Any help will be appreciated.

Thank you.

Thank you!

Hello,

It seems that you have deleted the background color https://i.imgur.com/HnWFUet.jpeg , so please go to Theme Panel > Theme Colors > General Theme Colors settings and set a color
Here is a video that will show you how to use the builder to create a website from scratch https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SoGQ0d5kIBg to do this you’ll need to have the posts already.
On our channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCOT1RiNysIPCTPSnVZskwtQ, you can find more videos that can help you and documentation https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-documentation/ and you can ask us here on the forum if you have any questions.

Hi Anamaria,

Found a solution! Under Post Settings, I’ve set the default site post template to ‘Default’ and the Public Preview plugin is working.

Cloud Templates are instead configured individually for each category, under Categories -> Per Category Settings -> Post Cloud Library Template.

@StefanGebala
hope this is helpful to you.

Hello,

You have the mobile theme plugin activated; please deactivate it and clear the cache.

Using our theme, you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Thank you!

Hello,

Yes, the prebuilt website is fully customized with tagdiv Composer, so you need to do all the changes with it.
You can not delete the empty column, only the row that contains empty columns.
If you want to delete a row, you can delete a row with the empty column using the right click on the row icon -> https://i.imgur.com/JodWvlW.png -> https://i.imgur.com/e6bb8U5.png or using the drag and drop or you can simply click on the row and press the delete button from your keyboard -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Mai7iyEG The same steps are to delete the elements.

Thank you!

Hello,

Unfortunately, this plugin is not tested with the theme. If you want to create the sidebar in Appearance -> Widgets and set the sidebar on pages, or using the tagDiv Composer; using the element from tagDiv Composer, Widget sidebar https://i.imgur.com/e1FPdYU.png -> https://i.imgur.com/q20UCZf.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/sidebars-tutorial/
If you using a single post template from Cloud Library then you need edit with tagDiv Composer,
this is a video what that can help you => https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fa7GenCHcBU, and a guide => https://forum.tagdiv.com/smart-sidebar-2/
or if you have a Standard Post Template, a sidebar can be created only with widgets, and in this way, you can assign a different sidebar on each post.

Thank you!
