Unfortunately, you can’t have more than how many fields are in the theme panel.
A workaround could be to use cloud templates and add how many ad box elements you need.

Hi, could someone please help me. I am trying to add a page to my website like this template: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_towntalk_pro/latest-videos-towntalk/ to be able to post videos, but my problem is that I can’t find a way to add the videos. I’ve uploaded several to the media library, but I can’t find within the template on how to add them. I am self hosting the videos. I also would like to do the same to podcasts using a temp like this one: https://cloud.tagdiv.com/featured-podcast-podcasts/ and also can’t find where to add the mp3/mp4 files. Thanks in advance.

I imported the “Featured Categories” template from the “Cloud templates” section. It looks great, but I would like to arrange it in two columns on mobile. Is this possible?

What is the recommended practice to transition from the old style Post Templates Style 1 through Style 13 (now supported via the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin)? Are they available through the Cloud Library? We realized that some of our old posts were set to use these old templates and at some point they stopped being available – I don’t know if we deactivated the Standard Pack or just never enabled it when it became necessary. For now I just enabled the Standard Pack plugin and went back and selected the correct templates, but we would like to move to Cloud Library. Thanks!

1. Please let me know what type of header you use from a theme panel or a cloud library. You can change it for the template from Theme panel here https://i.imgur.com/7wn4xXQ.png or from here with tagdiv Composer https://imgur.com/iqpxjpt
2. Please make sure that you have the single post view enabled in Theme Panel -> Post Settings -> Post and Custom Post Types => https://www.screencast.com/t/LAv90B5eZ and check after.
Also, if you have a single post template, you need to have a single post view in the template.

1) I The header template 6 and unable to change the background strip color where the logo displays. Presently it is black by default and want to change it to red.
2) On post I am using cloud template – Single Post Template 1. The pageview counter is not registering pageviews

get_the_ID() returns the ID of the single template page. How does one get the ID of the page being rendered by the single template page?

Tagdiv cloud composer is not working on my wordpress website. I am making changes on my theme panel and it is not reflecting on my website and keep reverting back. The single post template i am importing from cloud library is also not set to global. the settings keep on reverting. what to do here.

I’m running custom code, inside a shortcode I put on the template.
So I added [my_shortcode] to single cloud template.
[my_shortcode] when it executes needs the ID of the post being rendered. But when I call the WordPress function get_the_ID() it returns the ID of the single cloud template instead. Which means I can’t get the proper data to manipulate and display.
How can I programmatically get the ID of the post with code executing in this context?

1. You have now the amp plugin but also the mobile theme plugin, but I understand that you want to use the responsive version, therefore non of those plugins are not required (you can disable the tagDiv mobile theme and amp plugin).
2. This is usually related to a cache or optimizing plugin that is interfering with the js from the theme. Is this situation always, for example when you are logged in (and the cache is not apply)? If yes, then please check the browser console to see if there are any errors.
Indeed, I checked the website pagination is working now (because you disable the mentioned options from LiteSpeed cache plugin).
For css I think that you can use some options but not all of theme and for js please try to exclude those:

I have a shortcode that I want to run on the single template from the cloud library. I tried running get_the_ID() and it returns the ID of the cloud template page, not the post that is being rendered by the single template. How can I get the ID of the page being rendered so I can properly pull custom data in?

A workaround to set a featured image for your category without using any extra plugin is to add an image for your categories here: https://app.screencast.com/0K5o4y08OkzRw

Make sure you have the Standard Pack plugin installed and active for the default templates.

This is not an anomaly in the theme. It’s caused by an error or something that blocks the modal from loading. It could be from your server as well, or Cloudflare. Check the console while this is happening(CTRL + right-click -> Inspect).

I updated manually (file transfert) the theme from v9.7 to latest and my header template (made from dentist demo) disapeared.
I tryed to rebuilt it from another cloud template but the Tagdiv editor seems have many issues. All plugin are up to date.
For example, i changed the logo image but still display the template logo
Also, i can’t create a new element on the header with Tagdiv composer

I am using Newspaper theme for two different sites (version 12.6.3)but in Theme Panel under Header I have selected No Template for Cloud Library Template. However for one site I get something below called Header style and which I am able to select and use for this site’s header but for the other site the Header Style does not show although I have used the same settings. Please advise how I can get Header Style on to the Them Panel.

Other things I’ve tried:
– making sure Cloudflare was inactive when I’m building the site out
– x-frame is at SAMEORIGIN on the server
– memory is not an issue
– The Tagdiv composer SORT Of works (as in when you change an element you get a screen refresh) on NEWly created elements but still get the “Undo Arrow” on all elements

Is it possible to change the single page design of “The Events Calendar” plugin?
I have followed these steps in order, but there has been no change on the event page:
1- I imported a “CPT” template from the “Cloud Library” section. (https://ibb.co/RzTH99h)
2- I created an event including the event title, content, and featured image. (https://ibb.co/wcSnsp2)
3- However, the transferred “CPT” template from step number one does not apply to this event page. Instead, the default page appears: https://ibb.co/RP077Kx
Is there an easy way to integrate a template that will apply to the “Event” page I created from the “Cloud Library” section? I’ve tried several different attempts, but I couldn’t get the template I created for the “Event Single Page” to take effect.
