Is it in NP10 advised to change things in the themepanel as well as in the tagcloud editor? Because there are things such as logo which you can change in either one of them.

Thank you for your attention, but I could not get your point.
You have sent an image relationated with footer, but the logo is not aligned in the header, is that information correct ?
Another question is in Admin > Theme Panel > Footer, there is no Cloud Library Template option.
So I need more details to center the logo at the header of mobile devices only.

I read in the doc and just realized yesterday night it is possible to build our own categories templates using the cloud and importing blank template.
I didn’t know this was possible but this is brilliant !
This is more than enough for me to not having to create 301 redirect for each category page.
Nevertheless is it still possible to delete categories tags and author tags using solutions you provided to me ?
What about theme updates ? Do they overwrite those codes edition once updated ?

i am getting Invalid reply from server endpoint when trying to add cloud tamplate
i tried to import CLOUD LIBRARY TEMPLATE to change category page and it shows error 404 page, not the template i installed

There were some problems that now are fixed, for this you need to deactivate and delete tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library and tagDiv Social Counter and install them again from Newspaper> Plugins -> https://i.imgur.com/3yuTFLz.png.

That can happen if you’re using a cloud template header. You can edit that from the website manager as you can see here:https://www.screencast.com/t/hTbonjP3Gg82 After selecting the footer you will have to scroll to the bottom and you will see it.

Updated to v10.3 however now I can’t import template or section from cloud into my homepage. Also won’t upload photos and shows this error message: Invalid data Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
when editing with TD Composer.

My SSL is not fully working because of some mixed content which I believe is from the theme background image or theme option images. If you are using a standard header you can use this option from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/MK3qQUO.png or if you are using a cloud header or a pro demo you can edit the header with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/B5EEOLm.png -> https://i.imgur.com/Px5wuxN.png
On mobile theme plugin for the moment you can not set this option.

Cloud library dont work – Invalid reply from server endpoint.
I even dowloaded a sigle post template from the cloud
and I assigned it to all single posts but it just dont show up
With several short-code plugins I tried to display a custom field that I created for user profiles.
It does display the field but only from the same id (ID.1 which is my admin ID).
This is the PHP code within the shortcode: <?php echo get_the_author_meta(‘gallery’); ?>
I received a response from your support that I should try a different short-code plugin but all give the same result.
I use a cloud template. Would it be possible to pay you to fix this for me as I am already spending days to find a solution.
The goal is to show a gallery on each author page.
Please let me know if you can help me.

5. In order to customize you will have to use cloud ones. If your page becomes blank Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again and let us know !

Yes, the tagDiv Composer can work on category page, all you need to do is to use a category template from tagDiv Cloud Library for each category you can set a different cloud template -> https://i.imgur.com/EC4XYvt.png

I have the same problem. In the theme panel, clicking the ‘Save Settings’ button results in infinite loading.
Tried removing other plugins, clearing cache, increasing memory limit to 64MB (through wp-config.php). Still, the problem persists.
Not sure how I could purge the CDN files (I could use Cloudflare but I don’t want to mess with the nameservers because the effect of the change could take up to 72 hours and I will lose my deadline).
