Hi, my site is in2town.co.uk and my speed score and performance score is rubbish. This is affecting my site and I need to fix it. This is not a SEO template this is a technical question about the template and cloud template. My pages are indexed but do not appear in Google since using the cloud template so i am wanting to know if there is a technical problem. I was talking to someone the other day who uses your template and they said they are having the same problem.

For a few days now, our website has been experiencing high CPU consumption on the VPS due to certain processes that generate high load on the CPU, such as when the editor processes entries or publications.

Hi Yuriy, I believe that you are referring to that movement when the page is loading, if so, this is until the page is loading and the style is applied.
Usually this can be resolved using some plugins as cache plugin (one of the best is WP Rocket, but there are also free plugins for cache as WP Super Cache, Litespeed …), CDN, a plugin to get/download locally the Google fonts to reduce the time loading from google – https://wordpress.org/plugins/host-webfonts-local/
Now for the block elements that are loading using ajax that is the only effect that the theme has right now, so if it’s not to your liking, it can be remove with some custom css and eventually it can be add a new css for a better user experience.

1. Indeed, for the moment the only solution is to use a custom css to remove the section “More From Author”:
.td_block_related_posts .td-related-right{
display: none;
}
The code should be set in the theme panel > custom code> custom css
The option ‘Show Author Box’ should also apply on mobile if is used the responsive version, but if is using a different plugin for example amp or mobile theme, the layout will be different and you’ll need to check the options from those plugins.
2. The tagDiv Cloud Library is a special plugin only for Newspaper, this theme is more complex then Newsmag (this is a simple boxed theme for users that just want a blog, news website without needed to edit templates and using only enabled/disable options), but also the price is different.
3. I believe you are referring to this – https://i.imgur.com/Fg3fZPz.png most of the time those situations appears when you are using a plugin that is optimizing the images and those are no longer using the image size that they should have. Also another situation is when the main image is smaller then the thumb, in this situation the image should have at least 1024 width.
4. I just checked this on my install and seems to be ok – https://i.imgur.com/xGzVku1.png maybe you have something that is interfering.
5. If you set a caption for a image, then this will be displayed – https://i.imgur.com/RCrw40D.png – https://i.imgur.com/C0HGJ2s.jpeg – https://i.imgur.com/7o4Vykp.jpeg also on smart list – https://i.imgur.com/9g8PGQU.jpeg – https://i.imgur.com/VfgbSsv.jpeg
6. The Newsmag version 5.4.3 should work with php 8.0, 8.1 and 8.2 the versions bigger then 8.2 have not been yet tested.

Why is the ‘tagDiv Cloud Library’ plugin missing from Newsmag, which is included with Newspaper? 3. I use ‘Style 5’ as the post template. However, the header image is not shown across the board – there is always a wide gray border on the right, which looks unsightly (e.g. my page/post https://www.hundenachrichten.de/fellwechsel-bei-hunden-20249164.html). 4. Slider post template ‘Style 5’ with header image is not displayed on mobile phones – error: Slider could not be loaded. 5. Image Lightbox: Here the image description is not displayed under the image in the lightbox (see same page as above), which is partly important because I enter the copyright for the image there, for example. I’ve followed all the recommendations and installed all the recommended plugins to get better results with the Newspaper theme, but on PageSpeed Insights the performance of my site is still in the red.
The loading time is very slow. I’ve even done the recommended configuration for Cloudflare. What else can I do to improve loading speed and performance?

I changed the theme to FAST NEWS PRO, but I still see the exact same problem. Very slow site, while the standard mobile theme is very fast and the same applies to the WordPress dashboard where I have no issues. I noticed that by removing one of the cloud templates, everything runs smoothly on my site. Every time I try a theme from cloud templates, it’s very slow.
I also noticed that for some reason the php.ini file had been deleted, and I had to recreate it. Is there a guide with the files needed for the themes, so I can see if any others have been deleted?
Why do I only have the issue with Newspaper and not with any other theme?

Suppose you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer. In that case, when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc, so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).

For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page, you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.

I am really confused about this and see this question all the time but cannot find an answer. i am using rankmath seo plugin and it is asking me if i want to include cloudtemplates in the sitemap but i do not know. all my category pages such as https://www.in2town.co.uk/skegness-news/ are built with cloud templates, so do i include them in my sitempa or not. can anyone please help

the last part with the copyright is missing. The rest of the footer above is there but the last bit I want to edit is missing! I know my way around the back end so not making a rookie error. Please help

You have a Single Post Template from Cloud Library, then you need to edit the post with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/jHatJGC1qRf, select the Single Post table of conetnt and with right-click, you can delete it.
1) The tagDiv Cloud Library template appears normally when logged in, but a problem occurs where it is output in short code form when logged out.

3) It is displayed in shortcodes form to regular homepage visitors who are logged out (when logged in, it is displayed in normal form)

You can return the previous design only if you have a backup or you can import only some sections or templates of your current-designed pages from those demos.
