So I migrated my site from namecheap to Flywheel using Migrate Guru…the site migrated fine but I cant update Composer, When I click the button to install the premium theme I get the error “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”
I deactivated the theme, deleted it, uploaded a new version via FTP and now the site is broken and still cant update Composer.
I’m not sure if its a cache or permissions issue….

I have an issue with tagdiv composer, when I click the save icon, it keeps spinning and my changes are never saved. When I try to exit it appears a message that the changes will not be saved, but the icon does not work anyway, so I keep doing that until a change is saved somehow. Could you please help?

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Not a big issue – I do not need support for this.
I noticed that, if I have German language umlaut in a TD Composer template that I created myself, then the variations that I create afterwards from that template, (often) have a problem to save correctly. Or, they save at first but then at a later stage, fall back to the original template with the original content with umlaut.
I think this is an umlaut problem, and I hope that this is not a general problem with any TD Composer template.
I have disactived all plugins except tagDiv Composer.

If this is a link in h2 -> http://prntscr.com/pbmcna then the coloer from theme panel for h2 will not apply, you’ll need to color it manually, by selecting the text and set text color -> http://prntscr.com/pbmdyl or using custom css, if is an H2 without link this setting should apply -> http://prntscr.com/pbmf5e

As said in the title, I failed to activate the plugin at welcome panel. And failed again when trying to manually activate.
Error message:

In order to make the site full width you have to select every row of your page using the tagDiv Composer and then set the stretch mode you want like here : https://www.screencast.com/t/BkWwdHh6
In order to make the post page full width you will have to add a single post template and then edit it. Check more about how to have single post template here: https://tagdiv.com/customize-articles-with-single-post-templates/ And for the header you can do it here: https://www.screencast.com/t/xf56tQN0.
These are the ways you can increase your page width from theme options. Anything above this will require custom code.
If you are using a background color / image this will cause the boxed layout.

If you still want to translate the theme panel, then you’ll need to do it manually, in theme core; you can find the theme panel files in wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/wp-admin/panel -> http://prntscr.com/pbl91y but please notice that when you’ll make a theme update the changes that you’ve made will be lost.

Problem solved. It just doesn’t work changing the settings from the WordPress dashboard or the edit post within the dashboard, but it worked by deleting the element in tagdiv composer “Edit Template” in the WordPress bar. I will e-mail support back and tell them I got it, thank you Vlad.
Everytime i click the save icon, it does not confirm a successful save, and the ‘loading’ gif keeps on spinning. there have been no changes to the hosting environment. I tried increasing the wp memory limit and the php admin memory limit with no success.

I have bought newspaper 9 theme from 2 different platform, but problem is still persist after buying it from Envato.
To edit my homepage (after installing demo theme), when i click to Edit with TD composer, that only buffer…no response at all.

Hi, I am having a major problem with my website http://www.championsgolf.co.
Initially it worked well.
Then since yesterday, all the images that I try to upload cannot be seen, although it clearly was shown in the folders when I accessed the FTP.
Today, one by one, the images disappeared.
I have tried regenerating thumbnails – didn’t work.
Changed .htaccess file – didn’t work.
Removed all the posts that contains Visual Composer shortcodes – didn’t work.
Did not install Visual Composer at all.
Deactivated plugins – didn’t work.
Switched to a different theme – same problem.
I am kinda at my wits’ end. Not a very technical person.
Can you help?
Not really satiesfied. It works in tagDiv Composer but not in the native ad fields – but somehow, it works 😉
I had asked for help earlier https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/visual-composer-code-on-my-page/ , gave one of your support staff admin access and he did something like disable plugins etc and now I cannot login anymore, it’s stuck in a redirect loop. Gave him FTP and phpmyadmin access and I’m still waiting to hear back so I can get back into my site.

That is the footer menu, you’ll need to go in Appearance> Menu and set there the menu that you want to show in footer-> http://prntscr.com/pbbd9w -> http://prntscr.com/pbbdtx or if you have set a page as footer page -> http://prntscr.com/pbbedi, you’ll need to edit it with tagDiv Composer.

If you want to have more control over the header you can import a header template from tagDiv Cloud Library and edit it with tagDiv Composer after your needs, after that set the header individual ( on each page/category/post..) or global -> https://prnt.sc/owlzzh
