Hi,
I’m experiencing a similar issue related to the sticky functionality, but specifically with the Sticky Offset not working correctly.
I’m using the Newspaper theme with TagDiv Composer and have a sticky column (Table of Contents) in my single post layout.
Here’s the problem:
* The sticky feature itself is working (the column sticks while scrolling)
* However, the Sticky Offset value is ignored
* My header is fixed, and it overlaps the top part of the sticky column
So even though I set an offset (e.g., 120px), the sticky element does not respect that space, and part of the content is hidden behind the header.
It seems like the sticky behavior is not properly calculating the offset when a fixed header is present.
Is this a known issue after recent updates?
Is there an official fix or recommended workaround for this?
Thanks!
Hi everyone,
I’m currently using the Newspaper theme and building my single post layout with TagDiv Composer. I’m having an issue with the sticky column (Table of Contents).
The sticky function is working, but the “Sticky Offset” does not seem to apply correctly.
* I set Sticky Offset to 120px
* The column becomes sticky when scrolling
* However, the fixed header overlaps the top part of the sticky content
But nothing seems to fix it.
Has anyone experienced this issue before?
Is there a proper way to make Sticky Offset work with a fixed header in TagDiv Builder?
Thanks in advance!
Hi,
If that image is from a block and it represents the featured image from an article, then edit the page with atgDiv Composer and select the element, after that check the settings in the layout tab related to image – https://prnt.sc/qOVAf5laxl-8
Thank you!
Hi,
In order to be able to have comments in post, you need to make these settings -> https://i.imgur.com/83CnhKi.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/enabledisable-comments/
Also, in your case you are using a pro demo and you need to edit the single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library using tagDiv Composer like this -> https://i.imgur.com/1kebAnv.png and add the single post comments where you want to have it -> https://i.imgur.com/i9pnmBJ.png
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
I’ve found a custom code not compatible with tag div composer. I removed it and all started to work again.
This custom code tried to solve the next problem:
– I use Polylang for language management.
– I created custom posts with custom taxonomies
– i have configured a cloud template for the header and the footer that is used across all site
– i have set english versions of the Header and the footer as “Global Template”
MY PROBLEM IS:
The template translates properly header and footer in normal template pages (pages, single and category) but when it renders page templates for custom taxonomies or custom posts the footer doesn’t show in the language selected.
Any solution for this? I think a months ago i found a post that pointed that problem as a bug not resolved.
Hi,
No, there’s no issue. The CSS code is targeting an element within the TagDiv Composer that supports custom styling. This approach is commonly used when you want the styles to apply only to a specific page or template. https://prnt.sc/AvVniXmsT4SB
In this case, the RTL demo requires some additional CSS adjustments to ensure certain elements display correctly in the RTL version.
Ok Calin,
a last question: opening with the TD Composer my Pre-designed Templates (Default PRO) of the Cloud Library, i don’t see graphically a line of code (CSS code) that i see in other Pre-designed Templates (for example, Default RTL PRO): this apparent lack of code (CSS code) in my templates is a problem? Or i see the line of code (CSS code) in other templates because are different templates than mine?
Thank you!
Hi,
If you want to add shortcodes to a page or a Cloud Template, please use the Shortcode element.
If you don’t see the Shortcode element in tagDiv Composer, make sure you’re using the latest theme version (12.7.5).
Hi,
Cloud templates are the templates that you get from the tagDiv Cloud Library, and you can edit them with tagDiv Composer.

I am not being able to insert shortcodesnor text via Wp Editor

Doing F12, I see this error: VM378:52

Hi,
From your screenhost, I see that you are using mobile templates, which are normally used only when you want the mobile version of the website to be different from the desktop version. If you want to be as on a desktop, then is no need of that, the theme has a responsive version, which can be adjusted with tagDiv Composer by selecting the mobile viewport – https://prnt.sc/DlK-25TLvJL7
Also, using a mobile page template, you must be sure that the cache plugin used can offer a separate cache for mobile and desktop, otherwise, it will deliver the wrong version on the wrong device.
Related to the menu, those can be created under Appearance> Menu and https://forum.tagdiv.com/main-menu/ and should be set on the menu elements with tagDiv Composer, by selecting the desired menu https://prnt.sc/3qIFiPoJkPz9 – https://prnt.sc/Y2qo5NAGV5W7
Hi,
Sorry for the late reply. Our response time is normally under 24 hours, except on weekends and days off.
In your screenshot, you have a flex block builder and the flex block builder use modules, which can be created or imported from cloud – https://prnt.sc/jDMhMSNb8mQS
To set a module to a flex block builder, edit that page/template with tagDiv Composer, select the element and in in “Module” tab select the module template you want to use on that flex block https://prnt.sc/ZlGN06bBJ6k0
Hi,
I think that you want to do it like this -https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_shop_watches_store/ if yes, then it can be done use tagDiv Composer, select the Woo product block and search for the button option, which should be under the Layout tab. https://prnt.sc/NdCypAZ3uyd5
Hi,
The model does not match the content. The current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z). Most of the time the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme or a plugin conflict, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.
If is only for one page, this is from some settings/shortcodes set on it and it can be fixed using the page revision https://wordpress.com/support/page-post-revisions/
If the problem persists, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide temporary wp-admin access, and we’ll check it as soon as possible.
Thank you!

The simplest and fastest way to resolve it is to use a page/template revision – https://wordpress.com/support/page-post-revisions/ (in this case will be a post template revision).

I’have been using Newspaper template with TD Cloud Library since January but the last monthh i’m getting errors when i try to modify the cloud templates i’ve created.
I’m always getting the error “Error at rows: 1(models) : 2(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”
I’ve tried everything but the error continues appearing. It appears also when i create a new blank template from cloud library and try to edit with Tag Div Composer.
I have the same instalation on a local server but the error doesn’t appear.
Any suggestions?
Thank you.
Hello,
i just imported the Pre-designed Templates for my Newspaper theme (Default PRO) from the Cloud Library and i noticed a difference between the “Default PRO” and “Default RTL PRO” templates (header, footer, etc.): opening the templates with the TD Composer, the “Default RTL PRO” templates displays a line of code (CSS code), while the “Default PRO” templates don’t. To properly use my theme’s original template (“Default PRO”), which of the two templates do you recommend? Could the lack of code (CSS code) in the “Default PRO” templates be a problem? (I’ve always noticed problems with my site’s indexing)
Thanks a lot!
Hi everyone,
I’ve been using Newspaper for a few years now. Back when I was running everything with pure PHP templates, I noticed the CPT/Taxonomies section in Cloud Templates would get stuck on an infinite loading spinner — but since I wasn’t using Cloud Templates at the time, I just ignored it.
Now that I’ve fully migrated my site to Cloud Templates, this issue has become a blocker. Here’s what’s happening:
The problem:
When I disable the Standard Pack plugin (which is the expected workflow when fully migrating to Cloud Templates), the CPT/Taxonomies panel in Cloud Templates gets stuck on an infinite loading spinner and never loads.
Root cause I identified:
After investigating the PHP error logs and source files, I found that all td_block_* shortcode components (td_block_1 through td_block_25+) are registered exclusively inside the td-standard-pack plugin. When Standard Pack is deactivated, the td-composer plugin throws the following errors for every single block:
wp_booster error: td_api_base::mark_used_on_page : a component with the ID: td_block_1 is not set.
This happens in:
/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_api.php
Hi,
In this situation, you’ll need to edit the theme files, for example;
wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/header.php
if tagDiv Standard Pack plugin is in used, you need to edit the
wp-content/plugins/td-standard-pack/Newspaper/header.php
Hi,
I think you want to have control over the articles on your homepage, right? If so, this can be done using tagDiv Composer. Edit the homepage, select the block, and then go to the Filter tab—there you can choose the results you want for that block. https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/ – https://prnt.sc/SfBpdih_689q
Also, to make sure everything works properly, ensure that the “Unique Articles” option on the homepage is disabled. https://forum.tagdiv.com/unique-articles/
Hi,
Please log in to your Themeforest account and download the theme with all files (full package), unzip it, and inside it, under: Newspaper-tf/code/other_plugins/js_composer.zip will be the last version of WP Bakery provided with that theme package.
Thank you!
Hi, I need to update che WP Composer on my newspaper theme. I followe this tutorial https://forum.tagdiv.com/update-the-visual-composer-plugin-wpbakery/ but inside the last theme packages there is no js_composer.zip and without that i cannot update php version and use my site
Hello. There are two security vulnerabilities in tagDiv Composer versions <= 5.4.3
When will these security vulnerabilities be fixed?
Thank you

Hi,
Regarding the thumbnails, if you go to Theme Panel > Block Settings > Thumbs https://prnt.sc/NcmBlPnWtbgF, each thumbnail on the right indicates which block or module it applies to. You can find more details here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/
For fonts and colors, you can configure them using both the Theme Panel and tagDiv Composer settings for pages and Cloud Templates: https://prnt.sc/utWjVU5seZBN
If this is related to Cloud Templates, you can import templates from the cloud, customize them as needed, and once ready, assign them either globally or individually.
Hi Lori,
Please do not share your private license key on the forum.
If you are not using tagDiv Composer, it’s very likely that you are also not using tagDiv Cloud Templates. In this case, you will need to use the standard templates.
To do that, please install the tagDiv Standard Pack (you can install it from Newspaper > Plugins). Once installed, you can use the Theme Panel settings to adjust the template layout. For example, in Theme Panel > Header, you can choose the header style you want to use, set the logo, and configure other options.
