Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all plugins and child theme ( if you are using ) and let only the tagDiv Composer , clear all cache, deactivate the cache plugin and try again.

If you want to remove/hide the sticky menu, you need to edit the header template with tagDiv Composer, click on the sticky menu, click on the css tab -> https://www.screencast.com/t/T3TJ2hvJlD and check the display option, set it on hidden -> https://www.screencast.com/t/D57O79FFainD save the template and clear all cache.

In order to make the post page full width you will have to add a single post template and then edit it. These are the ways you can increase your page width from theme options. Anything above this will require custom code.

I pressume you mean the part wich includes the latest articles section. That one comes from the page building so you will have to edit the page in order to have that removed so you can edit it using the composer: https://www.screencast.com/t/uzXRgXTiHlH Also the sidebar from the bottom of the page comes from the widget section wich can be edited by going to Appearance – Widgets

Thanks, we have resolved the previous issue, but we have another issue with the site.
The main navigation menu sub-items just spin and don’t load when both the mobile theme plugin + amp plugin are active.

I’ve investigated a bit on this issue before and I found that its because of this line in – td-composer\legacy\common\common.php file:

how can i do this? when i edit homepage with composer i cannot find how to remove them

Hi, It appears that sticky menu refuses to go away. First I tried in td composer/header manager (Main menu sticky>Enable/disable sticky menu >set in OFF) but nothing happened.
Furthermore, in theme panel>header, I do not seem to be able to find an option to deactivate the sticky menu option, as I am missing the option described in the documentation. FYI I have installed Header template 28. Is that a problem? I wish to keep this header minus the sticky menu.

Hi, i configured one of the categories with tagDiv Composer, but now all the different categories looks exactly the same, how i can configure each category as separated like i did with the main domain? There is some workaround it?

Does the post use a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library? If it does, then you should be directed to the tagDiv Composer edit screen. If it doesn’t then there will be a message

So if the post uses a cloud post template it should work alright, works in my case. Let me know.

1. I am using https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-post-type-ui/ lets say I make 3 different type: Type A, B and C. How do I set default template for A, B and C using TD Composer? I only see the setting in
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=td_theme_panel, under CPT and custom taxo. Is it possible to set default template similar to “Post Settings” -> “DEFAULT SITE POST TEMPLATE”
2. I have Advance Custom Field, how do I make so the TD Composer can render the field value?
3. If I have menu A, B and C. How do I make it to be automatic change in the header if I open post A, B and C?

If I understand correctly, you want to edit a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library with tagDiv Composer, if is so then you can see all your template from tagDiv Cloud Library in Cloud Templates -> https://www.screencast.com/t/XVN3HoTNPTX also you can filter the templates.

So in order to add more custom boxes you will have to make some changes to your theme files. You will need an app like Notepad++ or PHP Storm or other php editors.
First step: Go into wp-content\td-composer\legacy\Newspaper\includes and find TD_CONFIG.PHP like here (I run on localhost so my path it’s a bit different) – https://www.screencast.com/t/TLuDXGSZ
Open TD_CONFIG.PHP and do the next modifications starting with row nr. 2697: https://www.screencast.com/t/Th035DIvGge
On row nr: 31239 you will have to do the following modifications : https://www.screencast.com/t/dpametaS
That is it for the TD_CONFIG.PHP, now we open TD_BLOCK_AD_BOX.PHP wich is located in: \wp-content\plugins\td-composer\legacy\Newspaper\includes\shortcodes\td_block_ad_box.php

You can add as many custom ad boxes as you want. Please be carefull and pay attention when doing this modifications. I recommend doing them on a localhost first to make sure that everything runs great.

Hi,
The 9.7 update was a somewhat major update, now the tagDiv composer has to be active at all times in order to maintain the same functionality. Most issues that can happen after update are related to how the theme is updated.
For example if you update by FTP the old theme has to be deleted and the new one uploaded. Then the plugins have to be updated as mentioned in the guide provided above. If you use a child theme this may not work anymore, the recent changes are the cause.
You can however not update for the time being and keep using the previous theme version, that depend on you entirely. You can update in the future if you should consider it. Maybe try it on a local copy of the site to see what happens, while having the main website kept safe. There are plugins that can duplicate a website if you should consider this suggestion.

The mobile version is look like that because you have the mobile theme plugin that provide you a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)

Does the issue happen with a specific page or even with new pages?
If it’s happening only with specific pages, then there could be something inside them that is causing problem. Or the respective page have not been built entirely with the tagDiv composer.
If it’s happening with all pages even new pages, then it could be caused by plugins. Best to try as a quick test to deactivate all non-theme plugins and check again.
