Hello,
I just realised, that you can edit pages of other users by using the TD composer. Although you cannot edit the content of the page itself, it allows you to change the layout and overwrite the whole page.
If it’s meant to work that way, it would be very helpful to add an opt-out, because in a multi-user-environment this might be a mayor problem
Revolution slider alias is not working/showing in TD Composer column, any idea why? What other options I have to show it on the homepage.
I tryed everything and it didn’t work. I noticed it only happens in the homepage, I don’t know why. In the other pages everything looks well.
Moreover, since the update I don’t see the “Header manager” orange button in TagDiv Composer and I can’t hide the footer. So if I want to make an empty page I just can’t do it, because you also removed the empty page template.
It’s true I updated the theme overwritting, but I deleted the theme, TagDiv plugins and uploaded the latest version downloaded from themeforest, and the problem still persists.
I’ve been so many years updating the theme overwritting (I didn’t know it’s not a good practice), and now I just noticed in FTP that I have a lot of folders and files, many of them empty and I think now the hosting is “dirty”.
I just don’t know what to do to solve the problems.
Hi,
The mobile version is look like that because you have the mobile theme plugin that provide you a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)
-> https://www.screencast.com/t/ebUIzt4se
Mobile Theme: Automatic Optimization for Mobile with Newspaper Theme -> https://tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-automatic-optimization-for-mobile-newspaper-theme/
Also for the 3 blocks, you’ll need to have set same feature posts (that have set feature category) -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-posts-2/ -> https://www.screencast.com/t/QsJ6ppY4
If you want the responsive version and amp you should use this opinion -> https://www.screencast.com/t/jZct5ueBqOrb but if you have amp activate on pages you’ll need to create in Mobile editor a content for AMP version of page.
If you do not have the featured category, you’ll need to add some posts in feature category -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-posts-2/ if you do not have this category you can create it, just make sure that you set the category name to be
Featured

Hi,
Yes you can use static content on pages/templates using tagDiv Composer and you can use column text element -> https://www.screencast.com/t/QcOdTEPtT
Thank you!
Hello !
In order to change the placement of elements you will need to create a single post template from the cloud library and modify the elements using the tagDiv Composer.
Here are some tips and tricks on how to use the cloud library and single post template: https://tagdiv.com/customize-articles-with-single-post-templates/ ; https://tagdiv.com/cloud-library-page-templates-newspaper-theme/
Thank you !
Hi,
Unfortunately, the OnePress Social Locker plugin has not been tested with our theme and therefore, we cannot say for sure if it will work or not as expected with the theme, sorry! Also, we cannot provide support for untested plugins.
This is our list with tested plugins with our theme -> https://www.screencast.com/t/cmPkh9jba4sZ
You can set the shortcode with tagDiv Composer in column text -> https://www.screencast.com/t/suiXXLisoaHc -> https://www.screencast.com/t/GWkYo0L5nh
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi!
I am trying to update the Newspaper-theme to it’s latest version but when I do that + update the js-composer, the site is completely broken. Please see this printscreen: http://www.jkankkunen.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/Näyttökuva-2019-05-16-kello-14.02.43.png

Hi,
I’m glad that you’ve manage the problem!
Most of the theme files were moved into the tagdiv composer plugin as per the requirements of envato: https://help.author.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000472383-WordPress-Theme-Requirements.
We wrote an article on the subject here: https://tagdiv.com/updating-the-core-of-tagdiv-themes/
Thanks.

Hello,
I am using TD Composer to build my website. On my website there is a plugin called OnePress Social Locker (https://wordpress.org/plugins/social-locker/). This plugin allows me to hide content before someone shares or likes my post.
However I don’t know how to add this shortcode of this plugin to TD Composer and make it work.
Also I want to add sharing button like single post, how to do it?
Thanks!
Hi,
Since I updated the last version of the theme the design broke. For example in the homepage the menu is in the left (before it was in the right), the titles are smaller and they are in the left (before they were centered), the buttons look different, etc.
I tryed deactivating plugins, cleaning the website cache and the browser cache, and the problem still persists. When I’m logged in the website looks okey and everything is normal, but when I log out everything looks bad. I just can’t understand if all the caches are cleared.
Can you check if it is some problem with the update? Maybe TagDiv Composer or something else is not working properly.
Thank you.
Hello !
Sorry for missunderstanding your issue.
In order to have the radius you will have to make some custom modifications:
First we will need to set an extra class to our element: https://www.screencast.com/t/Zyp5OZdsQ I named it underheader ( you can name it however you want )
Then you will need to apply this code:
.underheader .td-element-style {
border-radius: 20px;
}
Into the custom css tab located in Theme panel – Custom Code -Custom CSS: https://www.screencast.com/t/0eXhvHQlreqy
You can edit the border radius and .Underheader to the name you selected but don’t forget to add the . before the word.
To allign the text in the element you will go into the CSS tab from the composer like here: https://www.screencast.com/t/NbG9YJizK7
Thank you !
Hi,
I think that this problem can be fixed by changing a line of code in wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/header-amp.php
Replace:
<html <?php language_attributes(); ?>>
-> https://www.screencast.com/t/Fj94HAommH
With:
<html <?php language_attributes(); ?> amp>
-> https://www.screencast.com/t/yIjgHPfpB
Thank you!
Hi,
Usually those words can be change from theme panel>Translations -> https://www.screencast.com/t/6WXHYWDK -> https://www.screencast.com/t/v0p9XQN9h -> https://www.screencast.com/t/i7WDRrgyIdmD but if the login element is set with tagDiv Composer is not set from theme panel, then you need to edit the page using tagDiv Composer and edit that element -> https://www.screencast.com/t/sVnJB3HQrU1
Thank you!
Hello !
Having the menu on single row without using a cloud template will not be possible since the font and size are litteraly too big for the menu. If you’d be using a cloud template menu you could stretch the menu.
Unfortunately you cannot set the posts by release date.
To filter what to you want to be displayed on your block you simply click on them using the tagDiv Composer and go to the filter tabs.
Thank you !
Hi,
With the composer you can design pages and also templates. Post templates can be created with the composer, not actual posts. A template cannot be a post, it can only be applied to a post.
You can design as many templates as needed and apply them to the posts you want
– https://tagdiv.com/what-is-the-cloud-library/
Currently I am not aware of plans to allow the composer to be used for creating posts not templates, so I can’t provide you with a definite answer unfortunately.
Please let me know if you have more questions or need help.
Thanks

Hi,
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
When tagDiv Composer is not working -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/
This can be a plugin conflict, please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Thank you!
Hello !
Please provide a link to your website and the name of the header your are using.
If you’re using a cloud template you can edit the colors using the tagDiv Composer by going to the CSS tab and edit the colors from there like here: https://www.screencast.com/t/sT1jiAK8ZN7m Keep in mind that on a header there can be more than 1 zone so make sure you edit every single one. See the difference between first picture an this: https://www.screencast.com/t/z0v5wwSxi93
Thank you !
Hello !
If you are not using a Pagebuilder page template you cannot edit the theme because the tagdiv composer won’t be available. Please provide a link to your page and the name of the plugin maybe we can find a solution for you.
Thank you !
When I build a page with the tagdiv builder it says its saved and then if I exit and go back into the page it shows the shortcode or text but then when I go back into the tagdiv builder there is nothing in the content and the shortcodes are gone when I close out of it
Hello !
Yes it’s possible. As you can see in the screen i provided here: https://www.screencast.com/t/Psse8EmLvr. You can add a ROW and by clicking the ROW box when tagDiv Composer is active you will be able to change the layout of the row.
Hope this helps !
Thank you !
hi,
when I activate the mobile theme plugin, I get this message
Fatal error: Class ‘td_style’ not found in /home/xxxx/xxxxx.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/td-multi-purpose/styles/tds_title/tds_title2.php on line 9
I check this code Line9,
class tds_title2 extends td_style {
It seems td_style class is missing. How can I fix this issue??
Problem is that Page Title widget in tagdiv composer is not responsive and on the mobile then it looks bad. Any ideas?
