Thank you responding back Bogdan, I understand that it hasn’t been easy for you guys since the release of 8.7 update, but perhaps better to quadruple check everything before releasing an update would make sense as since the update to 8.7, it has caused more concerns than appease your customers including myself who has recommended your theme to 2 established news publishers and are currently running your theme.
I have emailed my ftp details to Alin who is going to try and fix the fatal error i encountered after i updated the site followed by reinstalling the TD composer plugin.
Also please provide us with the changelog info so we know what has changed in the new update.
Many Thanks.
Yes, the activation request is there, but please ignore it.
Please read this guide carefully.

Hi
I’ve tried several times to start to build up a site with tagdiv composer, but always when i create a new page and than i push the tagdiv composer it just starts to loading loading loading but there is never the change to the frontend view of the page so that I could work with. What is going wrong and how can I solve this problem?
Kind regards,
Patrik
it still looks v.8.7.2. speak cache memory cache memory. v.8.7.3 has not happened. also gives a fatal error when I load td-multi-purpose and td-composer files.
Fixed when I installed the plugins that came with v.8.7.2
Hello cucumberandco,
I have inspected your website but the Header Logo seems to be there as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/waG3onFAB Regarding on your images, I saw that you have a problem with opacity for your images. It could be a temporary problem with your opacity. Maybe your images are stuck in opacity 0. This usually happens on a js error caused by plugins or customization or other external optimization tools. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset CDN files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functioning of the theme.
We recommend using our TD COmposer because all of the major improvements in the future will be made on this plugin.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for the message!
Hello,
Sorry but I’m not sure what you are trying to achieve. Please provide more details to what you are trying to do and how you implemented it.
The sidebar background can be changed in the tagdiv composer by altering the column backgrund color: https://www.screencast.com/t/8WYuUWBTS3
Thank you!
Hello Timo,
I have checked your website and I saw through your console that you have a lot of js errors as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/rlvLknHgNko

Hello,
1. In most cases. the td composer issue is caused by a limitation on the server or a blocked php file on your end. Usually admin-ajax.php gets blocked by the firewall.
You can also try this method: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tagdiv-composer-goes-blank-when-i-try-to-edit-my-pages/
Plugins can sometimes cause this issue as well.
2. If the settings appear to be saved, but then after refresh they are back in their original form, then you are facing with a caching issue. Please disable all caching you can think of and contact your hoist and have them disable any hosting side cache. Sometimes hosts have caching that users are not aware of.
Thank you!
Hello joep,
I inspected your homepage and I saw that you are using some untested plugins which are not tested with our theme and also, we do not know the plugin’s functionality, sorry! Regarding on this section -> https://www.screencast.com/t/twyhRjJKJ I saw that you are using a shortcode which is added to our TD Composer element – column text and which cannot be translated by the WPML because it’s just a shortcode. You should manually translate from the plugin and make another shortcode with the translated version but I do not know how will work, sorry! This case is not theme related and also, we cannot help you because these plugins are not tested with the theme and we do not know their behavior and functionality, sorry!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
Actually it is not a valid point. We already fixed the issue YOU had, not the composer itself. It was a limitation on your host causing the problem: https://www.screencast.com/t/t6qhpzFmrrmh
@masterskg if you have similar issues, please contact us via email and provide access. Even if we do not have an immediate answer to the issue at hand, we can investigate and get to the bottom of it as we did in this particular case. We do not claim to have all the answers, but we do our best to help.
Thanks.
Import the demo you want with content in Newspaper> Install demos. Then edit the page and its blocks with td composer and put your own content. Once done, just delete the demo content (posts, pages, categories and menu content). I am not sure if sidebars will import. If they don’t, you might have to create content for your own sidebars. (I don’t work here).
Hi there,
I want to know, how I can insert a Newsletter Form into my Blogpost.
Ive created my Newsletter form with the Newspaper Plugin. I can insert it via ”external shortcodes”, when I’m in the tagdiv composer. But apparently I cant enter the tagdiv composer, in my normal Blogposts.
I have a little text in my blogposts and in the middle of the text, I want to insert a Newsletter, that I created with the Newsletter Plugin.
Thanks in advance
Im also having this error
Notice: Undefined index: Newsmag in /home/melo143/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/includes/tdc_version_check.php on line 26
Im also having this error
Notice: Undefined index: Newsmag in /home/melo143/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/includes/tdc_version_check.php on line 26
Hi, I tried adding back my sidebar to posts that I made using visual composer, and the sidebar appears on top of the text, rather than reformatting the text into a smaller width column. How do I successfully add my sidebar back to the right side of my page? Thanks!
Hello,
While trying to save my work in tagdiv composer I receive an invalid page template notice and cannot save: http://cld.publisherdesk.com/242Q412k2C1K
Can you point me in the right direction of what could be the issue?
Thank you,
Jeff
Hello greenboxae,
Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com so we can take a closer look at your setup page and at your TD Composer. Provide there the link to this topic so we can quickly identify you.
Thanks for your understanding!
thanks. ive tried disabling all plugins and found that the problem is caused by either the tagdiv composer or the tagdiv social counter. im figuring i dont need these two anyways, so ive kept them disabled.
Thanks, Catalin. I deactivated and deleted the Jetpack plugin, but it does not help. I find it very weird that the pictures are clearly where they are supposed to be, the show in the backend, but not in the frontend. Have you had a look at the screenshots above? Not explaneable to me đ
Another thing I suspect: I created the sites with the WPBakery Visual Composer and still run a not-up-to-date version of that plugin. But I understand that you do not use this page builder in the theme anymore? Would it help to update it – and how would I do that? Or should I not use this plugin at all anymore?
Thanks for your help!
how to update ” tagdiv composer ” plugin since I have used that before? Will lose data?
Hello, I was in version 8,7,2, and even installing the new plugin and the theme update it does not work. I have seen the hours of support, however yesterday, you answered everyone but not to people who had problems with the update … and still today no valid answer. Many of us can not benefit from the complete update of the tagdiv composer.
Hello! how are you?
First of all nice theme!, really fast and really easy to use.
My problems are that I’m having trouble with tagdiv composer and with the theme panel.
1 ⢠TagDiv composer: whenever I make a change on some element, the tagdiv composer shows the change, but when I click the “save” button it keeps on saving for eternity (like a loop). I go to my homepage and I see the changes but, tagdiv never stop saving, something is wrong here.
2 ⢠Theme Panel: what’s happening here, is that it does not matter what changes I make, when I click the save button it does not save them. It says that the changes are saved but when I go to see the homepage (or the option I was working on) there’s no change. I tryed different things but the only thing that “makes it work” (not always) is to create a nonesense new css class like “.test { color:white }” and save the changes. Then I can see them on the web.
What could be happening? can you help me fix it? any help is appreciated. Thanks very much!
regarding td composer what’s the best procedure to update it?
disabling it before apply the theme update and then update it or what?
thanks

Things are getting answered but not the TD Composer issues. I’m assuming you have no answers and you just don’t want to admit it?
