All the plugins I send to the list below are up to date.
There is a folder named “Newspaper” running on 8.6 version of the server. The newly updated theme is in the same location under the folder named “Newspaper 8.7”. This morning I cleaned all the cashes and experimented by changing the names of the folders mentioned above (“Newspaper” to “Newspaper 8.6” and “Newspaper 8.7” to “Newspaper”). And then my site crashed. I had to get back everything I did.
The above scenario did not work even if I brought all the plugins into a passive state.

I restored my site before the update and am waiting for the reply from tagdiv team.
Also please do not respond with the obvious suggestion of disabling all plugins etc , the issue occured by reinstalling the composer plugin after updating the theme.
the support only say : “you have to update plugin before the theme ” but it’s not working too ….
the only solution i found to fix it is to replace the new tag div composer by the old plugin and it’s work again ….

I have sent an email to contact@tagdiv.com etc, I updated the theme etc as informed, then I moved on to update the composer plugin ie replace the old one with new one from downloads in theme forest, I installed the plugin and tried to activate it and I got error : Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Access to undeclared static property: tdc_config::$group_params
I have sent my login details via email as well.
all i see on my site is Fatal error with the code etc. This is unacceptable. Any new update should provide an improvement not take you back, in all honesty this 8.7 update has been a total failure. You guys need to realise that your customers are running legitimate businesses and they cannot be having these issues. It is totally unacceptable.

It could be a temporary problem with your opacity. Maybe your images are stuck in opacity 0. This usually happens on a js error caused by plugins or customization or other external optimization tools. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset CDN files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functioning of the theme.

All pages and posts went well with WPML except my Home – Front page (screenshot -1). There are only 2 items on my Home page to translate: Page Builder Page 306 related to 2 plugins: TotalPoll and SmartSlider3 (screenshot-2). However I used many TagDiv blocks and buttons etc. How to translate these items on my Home page?

Hi, at the backend the ads is not saving after pasting the ad code in ads on the theme panel, it just keeps loading and it won’t save. Please help with that. 1. This is not a bug and is not caused by the update. The space was always there. Please check this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/block-elements/
2. I cannot see any divider. Please provide more details.
3. We cannot see this issue on our end. We have tried all settings on the row again but we could not recreate this.
Please make sure you use the latest verison of the plugins as well. Tagdiv composer is now at version 2.2
Also please test without plugins as you may have a plugin conflict affecting your composer.

I have the 8.6 version since i bought the theme.Can i do it with that version or u can send me the 8.7.2 version? thanks !!

Replace tagdiv composer and newsletter plugin by the old plugin … it will fix the problem . I deal with that yesterday for 5 hours .

This solution only removes the header ad from all pages. You simply need to add the code highlighted in red to the specific file.
Any other banner that appears further down in the page content, can be removed from the page builder by editing the page in the tagdiv composer.

Sorry but for the moment our theme does not have any category sort filters. Only pages can be changed with the tagdiv composer. Category pages do not have this functionality. You will need to use a category sort plugin.

Unfortunately our theme does not have a multi-author possibility for posts.
As for the newsroom, you can create a separate page in the tagdiv composer and use the author box element.

Unfortunately our theme can only go full width on pages using the tagdiv composer. Posts and categories cannot be full width at the moment.

The empty columns do not show on the front end. But, to delete them, open the page with td composer and click on one of the empty columns. On the left, click where it shows ‘row’ at the top left (See http://prntscr.com/j76csf). Then scroll down and select ‘delete row’ http://prntscr.com/j76d2f. Repeat the process for the other empty column and then save the page (and/or update the page if you opened it via the pages section of the WordPress admin dashboard).
