Then, i went to hosting folder: /wp-content/themes/Newspaper -> delete this and upload Nespaper 8.1.
I also deactivate and delete WPBakery Visual Composer plugin. And install from Newspaper-tf/plugins/js_composer.zip.
But nothing is changed. I upload Newspaper 7.8 again 😀
Now i drink cup of coffee and keep finding..

If you need a 50% 50% layout as the link you posted, it cannot be achieved with the tagdiv composer. We only have 3 column layouts in our them. Please use this guide to learn how to use the tagdiv composer: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/

Please do not use this setting in Seo by Yoast:

Also, I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues like this.

I can’t modify my existing home page or create one using either Visual Composer or TagDiv Composer. With VC, I just get the constant hourglass on the logo, and none of the elements or layouts can be clicked on. On TDC, I just get the hourglass icon on a grey screen. Nothing his happening on Firefox, Chrome, or Safari. What am I doing wrong?
You don’t have to activate the Visual Composer plugin, it is already activated. Ignore the activation message. It will appear for everyone.
I have installed a CDN on my site (via WPEngine hosting), all the images within the posts are working fine.
But once I turned on the CND any images that are related to Newspaper theme components are not being shown, from the CDN location or from the standard wordpress content folder. The images that are not showing are part of TD blocks/TD composer pages, related posts area, more from author area, mega menu (newspaper theme components).
If you visit https://www.thedailypositive.com you will see that the first block shows images but the rest do not. Also on a post if you see the related posts section you will see no images, but if you click the link “related articles” the image appear (images from local folder not cdn)
! have purged all the caches several times. Changed themes and back to Newspaper but didn’t help.
Please let me know how I can get the images showing.
I have received a notification to ask me to activate the visual composer, just wanna know if activiation code is included in the newspaper theme?

When I attempt to use the Tagdiv Composer, I just see white space on the right of the screen. After contacting my host with System Status guides that I have found in the forum, they suggested that I reach out to Tagdiv. Please help me to resolve this issue.

Using TagDiv Composer, trying to edit the Contents inside any column text, a pop-up window (WP Edit) appears but shows an infinite loading loop (the typical circle) without giving back the control

You can change the block header style in general in the theme panel

For pages built in the composer this general block header can be overridden, in this case the pages can be edited with the composer and each block can be customized

There are two composers provided in the theme package at the moment, Visual composer and tagDiv composer. Each one can be used along with the theme.

Other builders are not tested and may not work properly.
You could deactivate these plugins and delete them from the plugins section if that is required, and make tests with the editor you mention. Any content created with one of the two page editors will probably have to be recreated with the new builder.

The recommended editor to be used is the tagDiv composer

This composer can only be used for pages. Visual composer is meant to be used only for pages as well in the theme

In future theme updates, more options and features will be added exclusively for the tagDiv composer.
Having both editors active can cause layout issues, elements specific to Visual composer will not display property when the tagDiv composer is active. There is a level of similarity between the two editors, in order to make the transition to the new editor easier

Hi,
That layout issue could by solved by deactivating the tagDiv composer from your plugins section. This editor is automatically activated when the theme is updated or installed.
Having both composers active can cause this kind of issues.
For the theme panel saving issues, maybe you have restrictions installed or firewalls that block the process. If it works on other computers that means the issue is locally.

From what I can tell, there seems to be the block you modified displaying only the thumbnail, then a text column and an empty space element

The empty space has a set height of 100px

If you want that space removed, remove the empty space element by editing the page with the composer.

I currently want to remove Visual Composer in my Newspaper theme. I guess it came along with the Theme when I bought it. It’s not activated and it’s taking up space on my website.
If I remove Visual Composer on my Newspaper theme, could it possibly break the whole website?

I need to use both tagDiv and WPBakery on my site. On one hand, tagDiv Composer is perfect for the homepage, on the other hand I need WPBakery for the articles.
The problem is that when both composers are active, the layout of the articles created with WPBakery is completely messed up. Apparently the only layout option that works is the one with 3 columns. It is not a CSS problem, the width classes are missing from the column div (ex: td-pb-span3 for 4 columns)
Is there any solution to use both of the composers but on different pages?

I made some brief tests with the plugin you mention. In this page built with the tagDiv composer I placed two default form shortcodes in a text element
