Please keep in mind that the mobile plugin will not recognize the Visual Composer shortcode and that’s why if your homepage is created with Visual Composer, on mobile mode will not be displayed anything. This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Please keep in mind that until now we do not have any bad reports in this regard, sorry! First of all, you should try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active and install only tested plugins which come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. You can ignore the license and update messages. Visual composer is activated with a license bundled within the theme. Updates of visual composer come bundled with updates of the theme. You can use all of visual composers features.

Please notice that you should not buy anything version of Visual Composer. Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and also, the latest version of required plugins which come bundled with the theme packet. The theme installing should have to be done only via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-install-via-ftp/ Also, if the problem is still there, please check your system status parameters and increase them to a higher value according to our guide here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/

I’m just a user here, maybe I can help a bit whilst you wait for official support.
Whether the images load or not, I would leave the lazyload option disabled, it is just an animation for the theme and not a true lazy load function. For true lazy loading I use BJ lazy load plugin. (Keep in mind it is not recommended by tagdiv) Now you can use the current version of visual composer.
ohh… also after downgrading visual composer, we can no longer see the editor in edit page, which is understandable being and older version, but the new version doesnt work with your theme

I am trying to get some help from you guys and I’m finding even more issues and the old requests have been shoved of as if they don’t exist
I’m not sure what to do to get help as we are now stuck and may just have to switch to old theme before we find a solution with a new theme.
We like the theme but these issues reported by others too are really of concern and I hope we can get some information if they will be looked into or not
PS; please dont’t say to deactivate plugins etc as it has already been done and doesnt solve the issue
1: Images do not load when lazy load is on, you said its javascript error, we have dozens of people experiencing the same thing and only solution we found was to turn off lazyload which only fixes images issues, and only solutuion that was better was to downgrade visual composer.
I believe you say its compaitble with visual composer, so are you looking into this or not?
2: Speed has always been an issue with the theme compared to others. We have switched to 3 others before, its just that we like your menu more than anything. We have followed your suggestions aboyut speed and even use https and cdn but we see significant bounce rate and google analytics is really not cool. Other themes have worked way better with minimum issues… Is there something you can look at or you still leave it up to our guess work?

The mobile theme is not actually any faster either? so what’s holding it back… I know this is a vague question, but what I want to know is if you will look at our site to see as we are loosing traffic and so much bounce rate right from day one. I pasted all my stats to see and even you said it will stabilize it’s been almost a month and things are getting worse
I do hope to get a reply with solutions more than disable plugins and see speed test solution all that has been done, and nothing really works. I just feel I am trying to hold on to hoe that this is the best theme but am I wasting my time?

I still have the problem. I have the ajax post views option, like in the screencast screenshot you send.
I have just updated the theme to the lastest version. Like you said I have disabled all the plugins except visual composer, cleared the cache. (I don’t use a CDN so I can’t reset them). I have also updated wordpress to the latest version.
Still not solution for it. Any more ideas how I can solve this?
As per the tagdiv team, you can ignore the warning messages.
The visual composer is pre-activated with a license bundled with the theme. Updates of visual composer will release along with updates to the theme when the new version of the visual composer plugin has been tested with the theme.
Same problem here. Purchased at 18-01-2017. Can not activate Visual Composer.
Hi there so upon installing your theme (newspaper – which is amazing) I saw that you included Visual Composer, I thought this plugin is for POSTS, but it seems to be only for creating pages? Am I wrong?
If it is only for pages, could you recommend me some “visual composer” for posts?

Hallo. I have now a big problem. I had tested allready to deactived all plugins to see, which plugin has a conflict. If I want to edit a page than its blank.

I’m trying to make sections on my home page that have a fixed background image using Visual Composer.

There doesn’t seem to be a setting for that in Visual Composer section editor. There’s the parallax effect, but as I set the speed ratio higher – to make the image stay still – It’s scaling up the image for some reason I can’t fathom. For instance if I set it to 100 the background image pretty much stays still, but the image is scaled WAY the hell up. Why? What purpose does that serve. The image is 2000px wide. It should easily fill the entire screen and let the section’s contents scroll right over it. Am I missing something?

i want to integrate horizontal lines to our page (http://www.nateuerlich-schoener.de) by using visual composer. By widget I can define the design of the line, but not of the text. So i define a class name and want to change font, style and size by custom CSS. Custom CSS works fine for the font-size but I’m not able to change font or style (bloder).
Please teach me, who I can change font (for example google fonts) and style or where I can find that in the theme panel.

Try downgrading the WPBakery Visual Composer plugin to 4.9 and this works well for me, not only this issue but with other issues as well.
I have tried with many other ways but finally nailed the issue. I have downgraded the WPBakery Visual Composer to 4.9 and works well with latest theme.
I have this problem, suddenly appeared.
I can not use the next page button (ajax) in visual composer, there is no way you can navigate the site, and visual composer don’t have an option to use pagination with clasic numbers.
Not quite sure what you mean by a ‘post element?’
You have recent posts, or post grid or slider. The nearest I have found is block 11 or 12, but they only show a small amount of the text and it is limited. What I want is a cross between your block elements and the ‘text block’ Content coming from a post, but displayed like the text block.
Is this something that I should actually be posting to the visual composer forum?
