Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. Notice that the Latest Articles modules are comes from Pagebuilder+Latest Articles+Pagination as the page template and that’s why it is not showing on Visual Composer. If you want to remove this feature, you simply switch the page template to another one, like Page Template Default.
If you need more assistance in this regard, please provide your websites so I can take a closer look inside them.

I update visual composer to latest version from theme package. The following notice happen on my site.

I can’t edit any contents such as blocks, custom ads using visual composer. Also can’t edit any widgets in widgets window. I’m clueless Please help me in this.

Hello, I have this as well….
Imported a DEMO and customized it from there… removing some blocks, adding others.
All’s well except that there are 3 blocks between the footer and the last one shown in the Visual Composer. It’s showing Latest Articles in main area and sidebar has Stay Connected, Adverisement, and latest Posts on sideaber.
How do I remove these blocks and why are they not showing in Visual Composer?

I have a problem between my theme and the plugin visual compose, When i go into my home page mounted with visual composer which contains many blocks,
I have just 1/5 of the blocks that are displayed. It annoys me because not seeing all the blocks it is impossible for me to modify on my page.
I do not know if the problem comes from the theme or the plugin, I reloaded the latest versions of the theme and the plugin but the problem is still there.
Need your help please it makes the day that it lasts and I have an urgency to correct on the website

That grid is a revolution slider element. You will have to install the revolution slider plugin like so: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-install-revolution-slider-v5/
Then you need to import he slider we made like so: https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-revolution-sliders-on-demos/ and then place it on your page using the visual composer element that calls for a revolution slider on that page. It can be found in the VC elements list

unfortunately if a plugin is not tested to work with our theme that means that it can at some point become incompatible with the theme as the theme and the plugin get updated and code changed. FOr the compatible tested and recommended plugins, we always make the right adjustments on an update release to maintain compatibility. Unfortunately we cannot do this for every plugin out there. Sorry
You can try to test your plugin just with the theme and visual composer to make sure it does not conflit with another plugin as well.

A descending or ascending smart list only changes the numbering sistem in the list not the order of the articles. I have tested it to my end and works properly.

The new author box can be seen in the visual composer elements in the latest version of the theme like so:

IT is only for pages at the moment, it can only be added on posts using the visual composer shortcode if you want to show the author box, but it will only show the author id you set it to show. Not automatically.
If you cannot see it in the visual composer list, check the role manager under the visual composer settings and make sure all elements are allowed to display.

Try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Try to do this and let us know how it goes. If the problem is still there, please provide a screen with before and after, for a better understanding. Also, you should provide your website for a closer inspecting.

It appears the error points to the wodrpress directory. Please try to switch to a wp default theme to see if the error is still there. You can try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Also if you use a child theme you can try to switch to the main theme.

I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues. Please try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Also, if the problem is still there, please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP, without any untested plugins and check the results.

Thanks for the quick response. I disabled all the plugins except Visual composer and the Woocommerce plugin (wouldn’t be able to see if it worked otherwise).
However, the problem hasn’t changed. All is fine on desktop but then slightly blurred on mobile/tablet. Do you have a recommended size for Woocommerce image settings, perhaps? That would be compatible with your theme?

There is no license issue. You probably see the activation message from the Visual composer. Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ Please notice that this type of plugin come bundled with the theme packet and it is not necessary to buy any license for it.
