Yesterday i was trying to edit my post which has created using tagdiv composer.
I am using ‘Column Text’ element and tried to edit content.
Below i am sharing SS of console error.

I also really want to get rid of tdloadingbox.js and tdinfiniteloader.js, its only a source for problems regarding caching plugins etc. especially tdloadingbox.js. I really cant find a way to deactivate the tdloadingbox.js like, this should be a checkbox in the composer for the header template.

We are using the prebuilt site “Fashion”, however, there are two sections next to the footer that we cannot edit with Tag Div Composer. The sections are labeled “Latest Articles” and “Style Hunter”.
We are unable to click on these, any clicking activates the link instead of the theme editor. They are not in any theme template pages. Please let us know how we can get rid of them?

I am trying to edit the content with the tagdiv composer. But when I click on the button ‘edit content’ it keeps loading. How can I fix this? Newspaper is running on the latest version.

Usually the “Invalid reply from server endpoint error” is caused by insufficient WP_Memory_limit, if you’ll set it to 256M, and is still not working, please double it and check the rest of the settings from our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ also make sure that you are using SSL and you have a good bandwidth, the one from our server is 1GB/s and the one that I use at home is 500MB/s, if you have low bandwidth, then you can access parts of the cloud, this can be done from the frontend, for example, if you are on a post -> https://i.imgur.com/4G74M7F.jpg or from tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/2F6MhfI.png or from backend -> https://www.screencast.com/t/wekHmc7kJ8J

There appears to be an issue with fonts in general – when I change fonts using TagDiv composer, the font does not change in the preview.

You have the mobile theme plugin activated; please disable it.
Using our theme, you can choose from 3 mobile versions

Suppose you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer. In that case, when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc, so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).

So, the mobile responsive is what you see when that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).

The Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin cannot.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page, you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.

Please check the console when you hit the save button and see if there is an error. With right-click -> inspect -> console -> select the error in the tab network -> preview, you can see the cause.

Hi,
The tagDiv Composer is our page builder and it can be used for building pages and cloud templates, but not for creating posts. For this, you’ll need to use Gutenberg or a classic editor.
Using tagDiv Composer, you can build/edit the single post template (the layout of the posts).
Here is a video that will show you how to use the builder to create a website from scratch https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SoGQ0d5kIBg to do this you’ll need to have the posts already.

Usually, the ads in prebuilt websites are set in the element AD BOX, and you can remove it, edit with tagDiv Composer, select the viewport for phone and select the Ad box element and with right-click you can delete it => https://www.screencast.com/t/2GfCVx9BCAw7 or with drag & drop place it into the deleting red zone from the bottom right of the page
The ad box has 3 sections for ads: using theme panel ads -> https://i.imgur.com/KFa9ibl.png, using images/banners -> https://i.imgur.com/MfAPTaE.png and custom code -> https://i.imgur.com/2rh8SuD.png save it and will appear on the post (you can set a shortcode like a shortcode from adrotate plugin or other plugins).

I’ve got a website using the Newspaper theme with tagDiv Composer. Recenllty tagDiv Composer keeps deactivating (about every 5 minutes), breaking the site. I have to keep going into the Plugins panel and reactivate tagDiv Composer.
Any ideas what is causing this?
Need guidance on the best practice. Do I need to use tagdiv composer for posts or elementor? I don’t see tagdiv composer option when creating posts, how do I enable it?
Hi – I am not able to get the appearance of the mobile menu module to show properly on mobile devices. See screenshots below. The mobile device does not display the font changes that are visible on the tagdiv composer. I have tried clearing cache etc.

Indeed, this title is a text set using the tagDiv Composer and should also be changed on languages using WPML, did you tried to edit the translated page on Spanish? Normally it should work to set the title text.

What is the easiest way to add a sponsor’s banner to the top of my home page ? AdSense isn’t appropriate as this is not advertising for my gain but for a sponsor so just need to post a banner image with a URL link to their business. Should be simple but can’t find a way, not least because Style Div Composer has a single image background option but not a single image option !
We’re encountering a frustrating issue on our website. Recently, we’ve encountered an unexpected roadblock: we can’t access the editor anymore. Instead of loading properly, it throws a 403 error in the console, making it impossible for us to carry out essential tasks.
The exact error message we’re seeing is: GET https://www.xxx.de/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/includes/wpeditor.php?wp_path=/var/www/vhosts/xxx.de/httpdocs/ 403 (Forbidden)
It functioned smoothly until 1-2 days ago. We did not do any major updates or new installations.
I actually found it while looking around in the tagDiv Composer. I didn’t think it would be under the CSS tab. Thanks for the help.

Usually, the color and image are set on the row, so please edit with tagDiv Composer and select the row and go in the tab CSS https://i.imgur.com/UkgqKNM.jpg -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/background-color-of-the-main-menu-be-changed/ please check each row/column and delete the background image.

I am translating my site with WPML. Primary language is English, translated langauge is Spanish. There are some labels on the home page that I cannot locate anywehere in WPML. I have translated all categories in Taxonomy translation. Please advise how to translate. Examples:

Do you have a backup? You shouldn’t lose the design after an update. But you can lose the design if you install a demo. You should use a cloud template in order to be able to customize them in the tagdiv composer.
