Hello,
Please make sure you update the theme to the latest version as wordpress 4.4. created a few issues with category pages.
If the problem is still there after updating, please try to disable all plugins except visual composer and clear cache to rule out a plugin conflict.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!
Hello Bluehacks,
Please ensure that you have the latest version of the Theme (6.6.3) and this was released on 23 December 2015. This kind of issues were caused from WordPress 4.4 and not from Yoast Plugin. After you have updated your theme, please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer and SEO Yoast (tested plugin), clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and try it again. It is necessary to do this because in that way you can rule out the plugins in conflict which can cause some errors in theme.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thank you for the message!
Hello StockFanatic,
There is an option for it and you can edit from Social Counter Settings within Visual Composer, like this: http://screencast.com/t/Bbxa3DPswF0z
Thank you for the message!
Hello colgate,
If you want to disable all the sidebars in mobile and tablet mode, you need a bit of CSS to hide this option. Plase try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area, like this: http://screencast.com/t/5iPUuNZoso3l
@media (max-width:1018px){
.td-ss-main-sidebar {
display:none;
}
.td-pb-span8.td-main-content {
width: 100%;
}
}
The above code is only for posts. If you want to hide them for pages, it is not a simple task because it is not easy to target the sidebar class and it depending on how you set the sidebars for pages. As a method to add the sidebar for pages would be with Visual Composer and with Wigetsized element, like this: http://screencast.com/t/dXPluCP9xJy and you can try the code below:
@media (max-width:1018px){
.wpb_widgetised_column {
display:none;
}
.td-pb-span8 {
width: 100%;
}
}
The result you should see here: http://screencast.com/t/tYMlNthWcx
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hi
Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches, and test again. Also if you maade any customizations in theme’s files please make sure that they don’t affect its functionality
If you still can’t manage to solve this issue please send us your login credentials via email at contact@tagdiv.com so we can have a closer look at this issue, also include a link to this topic.
Thanks!
Hello,
Unfortunately the plugin is not tested and we have no idea of it’s functionality. Please try to add a table from html in text mode. There are many html table creators online that allow you to create your tables easier than coding them: http://www.tablesgenerator.com/html_tables
you can also try to disable all plugins except visual composer and tablepress to rule out plugin conflicts.
Or alternatively you can find another plugin that will not cause the layout to break.
Sorry but i cannot provide any further insight as we cannot offer support for plugin implementation.
Thank you for your understanding.
Hello Skip,
If you want to have the same sidebar for each post, you have to set it from panel Widgets area, like this: http://screencast.com/t/pKRjtqXuPz and you should customize it as you wish and then you have to select the corresponding sidebar when you edit your posts, like this: http://screencast.com/t/ZjjHLabs
For more information about sidebar, please check our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/sidebars-tutorial/ and if you want to have a bottom ad, you can select it from Theme panel->Ads area, like this: http://screencast.com/t/Wyv8jP5XjjJu
Also, you can activate the Visual Composer for the post, but please notice this plugin is not tested to our theme and after this are necessary to do some customization. -> http://screencast.com/t/6hPH9TZghH
Hope this helps!

Hello,
Please provide more details to what feature you want the title changed. The blocks can be named from block settings, the sidebar if it is created in visual composer can be changed from there as well or if it’s created in the widgets area you need to edit the names there: http://screencast.com/t/LcsYfxNWjBPz
If the footer section is the one you cannot change, then you will need to use an empty footer style as the demo content from footer style 1 and 2 cannot be edited. You can then add your own elements to the footer using the 3 footer widgets in the widgets area: https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/
Thank you!
Hi
I’ve tested the comment system on my side and works fine: http://screencast.com/t/u4D2iKFW6 I am not sure why this happens on your side but you can try to deactivate all plugins, leave just Visual Composer active, clear all caches and test again. You also can try to make a new local install on your computer, with the latest version of WordPress, the current version of the theme available on themeforest, V 2.3.4, and Visual Composer plugin, then check how it goes.
If you still can’t manage to solve this issue please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your login credentials and we will inspect this issue as soon as possible, also include a link to this topic.
Thanks!
Hi @DaneOLeary
Try to deactivate all plugins, leave just Visual Composer and Jetpack plugin with Subscriptions module active, clear all caches and check if the problem is still there. If the problem persist try to use a different plugin from subscriptions, for example mailchimp: https://wordpress.org/plugins/mailchimp-for-wp/
Thanks!
Hello rodrigocarlos,
I suppose that you are referring to Visual Composer. This plugin you can use for Pages, Posts and Custom Posts but with mention that the Visual Composer is not tested for posts with our theme. Also, you cannot use this plugin for the category page. In this screenshot, you should see how you can activate the VC for Posts -> http://screencast.com/t/WkXRflCV
In order to display your Big Grid, please ensure that you have right selected this feature with available posts, otherwise, it will display nothing. -> http://screencast.com/t/bKEEPrhuWqAN
If is not what you mean, please provide more details so I can be able to provide a more accurate response.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hello,
I set the kite one font for the post content and it works as expected. I could not recreate your issue: http://screencast.com/t/F1Wq0kZ8scwq
For pages the fonts work a bit different. You have to change the font for the modules and blocks: http://screencast.com/t/X5gLmbvg If you add text with visual composer elements (text block) these will not be affected by the theme panel. Add your text in classic mode so it can be controlled from the fonts section
I tested the bold issue as well but it seems to display fine on my end: http://screencast.com/t/vCt2x9hgA
Please make sure you do not use any plugins that might come in conflict with the theme. Disbale all of them and just leave visual composer and check again to see if the errors are still there.
Please provide more details about the toolbar toggle so we can understand better what you mean.
Thank you!
I want to edit the name of the feature sections that show up on the homepage. I cannot edit this on the home page or the visual composer. What do I need to do to edit the title. Also, how can I select the categories I would like to show up within each?
So I figured out what that error was. It’s the “Subscriptions” module of the Jetpack plugin. Here’s the thing: I really, really, really want to keep the “Subscriptions” module active. Even if I use nothing else in Jetpack — and I really don’t need any other modules — I want to keep the “Subscriptions” module because it’s been the only way that I can include a way for visitors to subscribe to my site on the main page. If I use anything else, it won’t consolidate my subscribers and allow my to use that single module/widget for all subscription boxes. I haven’t yet found an option for this that’s easier and keeps subscribers all in one place that’s not some third-party service. I don’t want to use MailChimp or Constant Contact or any of those services; I just wanted to use what was built into my WordPress and keep my subscribers in one place so it would be more seamless.
Here’s what I did. I wanted to use the Jetpack shortcode for the subscribe form/box on the main page, which I used the Visual Composer to create. However, I struggled to do this because the Jetpack widgets weren’t available to me when I was using the Visual Composer for my main page, so I added a custom text/HTML block in the Visual Composer, and then typed in the Jetpack subscription shortcode in order to include that little subscription form on my main page. (My website is http://www.daneoleary.com if you want to see this for yourself.) I don’t really understand why using that Jetpack subscription shortcode on my main page that I created with Visual Composer is preventing Google Analytics from working correctly. The home page is the only place where I’ve even used it in that way and I noticed that the error I mentioned above doesn’t appear on any pages other than the home page.
Is there a way to work around this?
Hi Catalin,
Thank you for the quick response!
I followed your advice and disabled all plugins other than visual composer but the images still aren’t showing up.
Hello asymonds,
I’ve checked your website and I saw your problem and also, I saw that you have a lot of errors in your console, like this: http://screencast.com/t/Km1eiSq1h4k It seems to be a problem caused by plugins in conflict. Please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear all your caches, purge your CDN files if you used and try it again. If you are using untested plugins on your theme the chances are high that they cause conflicts with your theme and is important this advice because you should rule out the conflict. If your problem is still there after this, please let us know.
Hope this helps!
Thank you for the message!
Hi,
For some reason, the images in the Tour are not showing up on the site, even though they’re appearing fine in the Visual Composer.

Would appreciate any help.
Thank you!
Aaron
Hi,
You can use visual composer on pages and use the adbox element: http://screencast.com/t/vf04vAmUqet which grabs an ad from the theme panel ad spots. You can read more about it here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/custom-ad-spots/
Thank you.
Hi
I cannot recreate this situations on my side but looks like a css issue. Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches and test again. Also if you made any customizations in theme’s files or you added some custom code in theme panel > custom code make sure that this don’t affect theme’s functionality.
Let me know how it goes and if the problem persist please provide your site url so I can inspect it closer.
Thanks!
Hi
Please make sure that you updated the theme according with our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ deactivate the child theme, empty all caches, deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer and test again. Also you can try to make a fresh install on your computer, only with WordPress, the theme and the Visual Composer plugin and check if this issue is still there.
If the problem persist please address as via email and we will inspect it in shortest time possible.
Thanks!
Hello Baltar,
Thank you for purchasing our theme. The front page uses some blocks to display the posts and you can control this from Visual Composer settings. If you want to change the title to these blocks, please follow this steps:
http://screencast.com/t/GRhrhOYb – http://screencast.com/t/vMKfxTCSDbo1
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hi
Try to deactivate all others plugins except Visual Composer, just to make sure that there is no conflict with some other plugin, clear all caches then check again.
If you can’t still manage to solve this issue please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your login credentials and we will inspect this issue as soon as possible, also include a link to this topic.
Thanks!
Hello,
Please try to disable all your plugins except visual composer and clear your cache. This looks like a plugin conflict. Not all plugins are compatible with our theme and some of theme create a few issues such as this one.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!
Hello,
The demo content has 2 places where the social counter is specified. One is the widgets area: http://screencast.com/t/vz8UqIF3x and the second is the page itself. The sidebar on pages is set from visual composer :http://screencast.com/t/ewkhobJCld
You need to change both of these in order to get rid of the default social id’s.
You can use this tutorial to set up the social counter: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
Thank you!
Hello,
I disabled all of the plugins except visual composer and am only using the tagdiv log in on the top menu bar and it’s still not working. The links below are screen shots of what happens when I try to register with an email as well as when I try to recover a password. The “please wait” screen just remains and no email is sent to me. What else would you suggest I try? Thank you.
