You can probably replicate that on a page and place your sidebar using rows in visual composer, but for a post, the sidebar stays on top. The theme has no options to move the sidebar. The closest thing to the blog page you specified is this example using the classic blog demo: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_classic_blog/i-enjoy-my-hobbies-photography/ except for the sidebar of course.

Please try to disable all your plugins except visual composer. The avatar should be there from the default WP avatar. Maybe some other plugin comes in conflict with avatars.

If you want to change the background-color, you should use the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom Css area and if you want to change the color of the ajax filter, please check the block background-color from Block settings from Visual Composer, like this: http://screencast.com/t/XXNW2L4n1woz

The search widget works fine with our theme, we have no reports of any issues with it. It could be a plugin conflict on your end. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and cdn and check the search again.

This feature is not controlled by the theme. There is an option for it within Visual Composer-WP Archives element. Daca tot nu se schimba vizualizarile, atunci ar putea fi un conflict de plugin-uri. Incearca sa dezactivezi toate pluginurile exceptand visual composer si verifica daca vizualizarile sunt la fel sau daca numarul se incrementeaza.
