-First of all you need to check if your facebook/twitter/Instagram account is public. If not the theme will not be able to pick up the information.
-Another thing you can do is check your ID if it’s set properly. You do not need to type in the URL just the id. -You can try with a different ID to check the counter, something like ‘cocacola’ and see if the info gets picked up. Then revert to your own account.
-If it still doesn’t work, try to disable all your plugins(except the social counter and visual composer) to rule out any plugin conflicts.

The visual composer latest version will be available in the next theme update. Until then please use the version that is bundled with the them.

@k2point0 You need Visial composer plugin installed and active. Then edit your home page in backend editor + clic on add new element + you have 8 diferents big grids + 1 grid slide.

Normally the message should not appear with the visual composer version that comes with the theme. The message you see may be due to the fact that you had the full license of V.C. prior to this version. You can either ignore the message or try to contact the plugin developer to explain the situation and see how the message can be removed.

I’ve checked your website and i saw your problem with posts images. You have a problem with this,
meaning that when you click on the image does not open. The issue maybe comes from another plugin.
I suggest you to disable all of active plugins, except Visual Composer and try it again.
Notice – it is an option for active/inactive modal image in theme panel. Make sure that this option is
active or if is not, please check manually in article editor, if image has an active modal mode.
If after you have followed these steps, the issue is still here, please let me know.

I am trying to install the visual Composer plugging and I received the following:
– El plugin no tiene una cabecera válida (the plugging does not have a valid header) and
-La carpeta ya existe (the file already exist) /home/content/n3pnexwpnas02_data01/24/2912324/html/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/
Fallo en la instalación del plugin. (failed in plugging instalation).
I did not have any problems with the others pluggins.

Hi, have few questions about the home page.
Question 1. where the top section of the content where you have 4 posts displayed with their featured photo.(when you mouse over picture zooms) on bottom of the left image you have autor and date below the article title. How do I get rid of the date and author. I ONLY want to remove it from there not from rest of the page. When I change the option from the theme panel, it removes it from every page. I still want to display author and date for the rest of the content.
Question 2. Under “Don’t Miss” section Immediately to right you have categories (all, fashion, new look…) how do I remove that. I don’t want to show the categories there. When I make changes in the visual composer Block2 has no effect. It doesn’t matter what I change in the Filter Tab or Ajax filter, nothing happens.

I want to update the theme from 4.3 to the latest version 6.x
Wordpress has been updated.
I did the theme alone and Visual Composer broke. Front page was totally wrecked.
What steps would you suggest to upgrade the theme and visual composer with a chance of not breaking my front page layout?
Is it possible that I’m going to have to rebuild the entire front page in the new Visual Composer?

Hello I am still having a problem with the Masonry Grid on the mobile phone display. When I try it on an iPhone 5s on Safari and Google Chrome everything loads beautifully until the Masonry Grid where it displays off to the left in a thin column.

I have tried the theme without plugins (leaving the Visual Composer). But it still does the same thing.
I am running Visual Composer 4.7.4 but I see that version 4.8 is available from the plug-in author but not through you?
I have had this problem for two weeks now and no fix in yet. I have not done any code adjustments or added css.

The content on the page was built with Visual Composer. It is a combination of text, images and graphs. None of the content is working at all.

This cannot be achieved using the Visual Composer elements, you will have to try a plugin like Wp Post Carousel that I guess they use. There is not block 13 it just looks like the tagdiv block.

Try to disable all your plugins except of Visual Composer, clear cache and see if you still have this issue as I have checked your site and you have many js errors in the console – http://screencast.com/t/JvumqolXWQk These errors are usually caused by plugins that are in conflict with the theme javascript.

Please make sure you only install the visual composer version that is bundled with the theme.

Note that the sidebar added within the widgetized sidebar block applies only for the section built with Visual Composer pagebuilder. If you’re using pagebuilder + latest as page template, for latest article section will be set another sidebar from loop settings: http://screencast.com/t/UUaXCvUjZj2L
The default sidebar can’t be used only for the part of the page generated by VC, the rest of the page will use the default sidebar or other one, depending by users settings.
If this does not help please provide a screen of your layout from Visual Composer or the entire code from bacakend mode via http://pastebin.com/ so I can inspect it closer.

I am having a little difficulty here. Based on the documentation, a page created with visual composer won’t have use the default sidebar, but the widgetized sidebar.
I have a widget on the default sidebar, which should normally appear everywhere except the page (my homepage) created with visual composer.
Now, I see both widgets appearing, on the page created with visual composer.
Please, how do I fix this?

Blocurile temei pot fi folosite doar daca ai Visual Composer activ. Chiar daca folosesti functia do_shortcode() pentru renderizarea shortcodurilor layoutul va fi afectat fiindca lipsesc unele clase din de css din VC.

Pot adauga news ticker-ul in toate paginile site-ului si pot afisa un image block cu cele mai recente articole doar in prima pagina.
Nu folosesc visual composer si as vrea sa stiu cum fac totul doar cu invocarea block-urilor.

This is a very strange issue and I am not sure appears like that. On our demo, for example, the block aren’t edited from more then 1 month and also the latest post was published last year, however the posts are displayed fine in blocks.
If this happens again try to clear all caches deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer and test again.

I tested this at my end and it changes from 3 seconds to 6 seconds. Try to input a bigger value to see if the ticker gets affected at all. Try something like 30 to make it real fast or 30000 to make it really slow and see if anything changes at all. If not, try to clear your cache or try it without plugins at all (except visual composer).
