My header is self-designed with TD composer. As long as I’m logged in, everything’s fine. When I watch my site with e. g. private browsing, I see an unstyled mobile header on top of the desktop header and, in mobile, the desktop header under the the correct mobile header. In TD composer everything looks fine. What can I do?

Your pages should look like in the tagdiv Composer. The issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue. That’s why we recommend first deactivating ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser), and see the results.

I get the error below and followed all steps from earlier posts involving the same problem but nothing worked.
Only thing I can think of that could have caused it is that I have been trying to get google ads on my website and accidentally placed the script wrong. Could somebody help this demsel in stress?

Another question. I was denied google ads as my content wasn’t good enough. I am an SEO writer so it’s hard to believe it’s the written content. But I use Calisight and I can imagine the “Tourism (activity) pages are considered very poor with barely any written text. Is there a way for google to like these pages more and also to index them better? I mean if I add a content block, will it be indexed by google as it does with posts?

Please add an option to add and style menu descriptions for menu items and display them for all menu shortcodes in TD composer (Header menu main, mobile horizontal menu, mobile menu, and list menu) like in newspaper default demo “FEATURES” menu item and tagdiv homepage “Services” menu item, etc.

I am using newspaper theme on my website https://hergiri.com. I set Mukta Font in theme panel theme fonts. Also while customizing home page in visual composer, i set Mukta as a global font in website manager. Also i set Mukta font in style of each elements of each module individually. But still this font not showing in frontend of my site.

There are lots of issues we are facing –
1) The inbuild Visual Composer – WP BAKERY – is not filtering posts properly – Example – If you check the homepage – There is a Category ED ORIGINALS – it should show post just from this category – but its showing post from Politics, Technology etc – https://snipboard.io/HqIp8j.jpg
2) I tried to create a page from TAG DIV COMPOSER – but unable to import any prebuilt templates – when I click on Import Template – it does nothing.

4) The slowness on the website still continues randomly
5) We cannot share staging server because I have to create a new clone server which will cost us 300 DOLLARS which we cannot afford now – if you want we can share you a one time ZIP BACKUP of the complete website with database and you can try to solve the issue on your side – once you solve it – you can guide us the steps on live

From that moment on, the website stops working. TagDiv Composer is not installed with the following indication:

These are the links I am sending you to demonstrate the template names are showing up( tdb_templates/custom-taxonomy-doctors-pro-3/ and /tdb_templates/blank-custom-post-type/)
I created the page, loaded the template, assigned the specific post type, save(from tag div composer, and click view. When it loads on the front end it uses the name of the templates instead of the post type or taxonomy.
When i try to do the same using the cloud template for /tdb_templates/blank-custom-post-type/ and /custom-taxonomy-doctors-pro-3/ it does not let me. it gives this message: Invalid template type! Please make sure your are editing a supported template type title.
I would add screen grabs but there is nowhere to attach files.

I recently installed the new 12.6 update for Newspaper and the design of all our pages and content is out of place. When I open the pages in the TagDiv Composer, they look exactly as they are supposed too, but when I go to the live website, the design is out of place, and on some pages the featured images are not displaying.

Hi, we have problems with the Tagdiv Composer as when we try to edit a page it shows only code or gives a server error 503.
We had problems with the last Newspaper upgrade, now we can’t upgrade the theme and the tagdiv plugins because then the site is full of code. The theme is not working well.

Yes, you can utilized the directory with all pro demos, as long as those can be edited using tagDiv Composer the directory can be used – https://forum.tagdiv.com/introduction-cpt-acf-newspaper-theme/
The problem that you faced I think that it was related to the type that needed to be filtered in the flex block, by default the theme blocks are filtering the posts, but you can set the type you need, for example, posts, pages, books ….
Also, you can import from cloud the template, blocks, modules you need. If you want we can take a look together to this situation.
Using the App Find Pro plugin will need to do change to the plugin to change the url and other structures, in my opinion it will be better to use the CPT Ui to can make the cpt and taxonomies like you need.

I just tested the option and for me seems to work ok – https://i.imgur.com/EiRDhsA.png – https://i.imgur.com/iJLDbe0.png but this will work only on mobile theme. If is a page or a cloud template it is possible to be set using the tagDiv Composer.

My recommendation is that before updating the theme to make a full backup for the database and current website, disbale the extra plugins during the update process, after that update the theme manually – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ (after the theme update, make sure that the needed plugins are installed, like tagDiv Composer, maybe tagDiv Standard Pack and tagDiv Cloud Library).
In the worst cases, the settings in the theme panel may be lost (there have been isolated cases), in these cases, after the theme plugins that were previously used are activated, you will have to use a backup for the theme panel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/

My problem is i am using the cloud template for the custom taxonomy in one case (https://theledger.whatchacatchin.com/tdb_templates/custom-taxonomy-doctors-pro-3/) and the cloud template for the custom post type in another (https://theledger.whatchacatchin.com/tdb_templates/blank-custom-post-type/) but I cannot edit the bold italic part of the these links,
example: i used a regular template for https://theledger.whatchacatchin.com/podcasts-directory/ and I was able to edit the the page title from what the original title was to podcast directory from the tagdiv composer at the top of the composer above where it says Welcome to tagdiv composer. When i try to do the same using the cloud template for /tdb_templates/blank-custom-post-type/ and /custom-taxonomy-doctors-pro-3/ it does not let me. it gives this message: Invalid template type! I installed the 12.6 update, and it causes crashes when I click on seemingly random homepage posts. I deleted the tagdiv composer plugin and was about to click on the problematic homepage post(s), but when I installed it again via the Theme Panel, the problem returned. This is an urgent request

If you are using a standard post template, then it can be removed only with some custom code, but if you are using a single post template, then you can edit it using the tagDiv Composer, select the socials share element and make sure that the option “Show all” is enable. – https://i.imgur.com/ZporNEV.png

I want to display an oembed acf player but when i do it with Tagdiv composer, it only shosw the url
