Hi, brand new site with nothing on it, on siteground, server cache off, no other plugins on site.
When I install the latest version 12.3, it errors when installing the plugins.
tagDiv Composer : Ajax error
tagDiv Cloud Library: Ajax error
An error occurred and we could not finish the process. Please manually update the plugins.
And if I manually do it, then it works, but license doesn’t activate to install demo’s, it just hangs. Any ideas?

I’m using the tagmanager code in the head, inserted in the newspapper panel
I already tested the advertising codes in the advanced ads plugin and in tagdiv composer by inserting an ad box block
I already tried to change the tagmanager code, removed it and installed it again.
I tested removing everything and putting only the google analytics code, but the persistent error

1. I am using Cloud Template for Header – using the WEEK PRO template
2. I created my home page using TAGDIV composer -No Cloud template
3. For the other template – single, page, etc I don’t use any cloud template. I just use the default or Standard Pack.
The problem is why the FONT on HOME PAGE looking different from my SINGLE PAGE
The Theme generally uses WORK SANS and PT SERIF but the HOME PAGE and SINGLE PAGE look differently.
Can you let me know where the problem is?

A. Notice the text on the header
B. Notice the sidebar heading texts.
C. Note that the SIDEBAR content is identical. A simple custom widget.
D. You can inspect the HTML and CSS used – they are identical setting which uses WORK SANS or PT SERIF

I’m basically happy about the standard post template
BUT – I would like to be able to edit with the TagDiv Composer in order to adjust it just a little bit.
That, however, is not possible unless the template is found through Cloud Library – and I can not find the identical standard template in Cloud Library.
Am I missing something somewhere?

Hello, after years of regular use, I don’t know why since yesterday my site returns this error to each article preview or once logged in trying to view the site:
wp_booster error:
td_res_context->get_att(more) Internal error: The atts are not set yet(AKA: the render template method was called without atts)

The problem is caused by WP BAKERY plugin; please disable it. Usually, this problem can appear when you are using the WPBakery if you have this plugin enables, then please disable it and try again. There may be a conflict between WPBakery and the tagDiv cloud library.

I am trying to place a form in the center of the page so that the modal popup will work. For the last ten years I have been unable to add text to any site using the Newspaper theme’s text edit widget. I would love to get some help with this so that I can add short code to forms (a very basic feature in WordPress that does not work for me with the Newspaper theme).
How do I center the page for the popup modal without using tagdiv composer? If that is not possible, could someone please help me enable the text editor on my site? I have purchased this theme about 30 times. It would be nice to have that function available to me.

Your prebuilt website is an older prebuilt, made with standard templates.
Now, because that is a standard template that can’t be edited only in the theme files if you change them, but you need to do it every time after the update.
Also, we recommend using cloud templates, which have more options and can be customized with tagdiv Composer.

Thank you for your reply but there is no code on the SVG. It seems that this content is below the tagdiv composer as it won’t let me select it.
My problem is like 5) The model does not match the content . Tag div composer is not working how can i clean codes or edit . I tried but not possible from side .

Hi again, I deactivated all plugins except TagDiv Composer and Cloud, cleared cache, and still had the issue. I repeated the first step you sent about the Composer plugin and still have the display issue. I’m not using a child theme.

hello tagdiv composer is not functioning or edit function is not happening . while i try to edit with tagdiv composer is says ; ERROR , Errors at columns: 2(models) : 9(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)

I’ve implemented CPT, but I use standard WP taxonomies. I need to show category into CPT single template, but the “Single post categories” field in TD composer isn’t available for CPT. How can I show the category in this case?
