Hi,
This can be done if you are using the tagDiv Composer, select or add a new block and set on that block the post ID you want to https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/ https://i.imgur.com/oguqWd6.png https://i.imgur.com/2jePtiQ.png
Thank you!
Hi,
You need to use TagDiv Composer to edit the single post template. Then, select the elements you want to remove and press the Delete key on your keyboard (or right-click the element and choose the Delete option).
Thank you!
Hi,
That is the mobile menu element from tagDiv Composer. Unfortunately, that element cannot be edited to change the way it works.
What you can do is create your own mobile menu using the elements you prefer. To do this, you can create a page and then use the Popup element for that page, so when the popup menu is triggered, it opens that page as a mobile menu.
Additionally, you can use elements such as “Menu Login”.
Hi,
You need to use the tagdiv Composer to edit the header version on mobile – https://i.imgur.com/cK5z1c5.png – https://i.imgur.com/7Jy7u1x.png (you can set everything you want in the mobile menu zone, this will not be displayed on desktop).
Hi there,
I am experiencing a strange issue that I am struggling to fix. I have created a custom template for one of my categories. On the page, I have two rows. The first is full-width, the second is split into two 50% width columns. Each section uses the inline text element. I have used the extra class on the row and two columns to allow for a scroll to navigation.
The top row has a background image with white text. The row below with the two columns has a normal white background with black text. The page looks perfect on desktop, but when viewed on mobile, the two columns below seem to inherit the white text from the row above. The title element for the sections is also a completely different format on mobile to the other titles. Narrowing the browser to mimic mobile still works as intended.
I have viewed on iOS and Android. Tested on Chrome and Safari and it is broken on both.
The page in question is https://baitingtheswim.co.uk/category/fishing-competitions/fishomania/ The sections are FishOMania 2025 Qualifier Dates, Previous FishOMania Winners and About FIshOMania. The last two are the ones that break on mobile.
Any idea why this is happening. I have tried to force black text in the composer, deleted the whole row with two columns and create again. It just doesn’t seem to work.
The only way I have managed to force black text is by adding custom CSS in theme panel, but that changes the titles and link colours in those sections even though I haven’t specified to touch links or header elements.
Hi,
For that, edit the single post template using tagDiv Composer and go down to the comment element, select it, and use the right click on it to delete it.
Thank you!
how to ad inside your webiste column your facebook feed live and updates automatic tagdiv composer can oney tel me easy way
Hi,
There could be more situations, if in the tagDiv Composer is displaying, then it can be related to an extra plugin interfering, please do a test using only tagDiv plugins.
Another situation is to have the column sticky and there can be some problems with that option, if possible, please provide a link where I can investigate the problem.
Check if the sidebar column is under the main column or over it.
Thank you!
Hi,
If you want to globally remove the author from blocks, you can do this from the Theme Panel settings: go to Newspaper > Theme Panel > Block Settings > Meta Info on Modules/Blocks (https://i.imgur.com/7P6nxtv.png).
For single posts, you’re using a cloud template. To remove elements there, open the template in tagDiv Composer, select the elements you don’t need, and simply press the Delete key (or right-click the element and choose Delete from the menu). https://i.imgur.com/UsJvNAU.png – https://i.imgur.com/bCSgUTC.png
Thank you!
Hi,
If you are referring to the pop-up modal, then the only way to add extra fields is to edit the theme files, use a child theme ….
What can be tried is the new option for login/register that is added in tagDiv Composer by the plugin tagDiv Optin Builder.
Thank you!
Hi dataconurbano, sorry, but I do not understand why you need that code? The theme provides the option to display pagination for categories.
If you want more control over categories, you can use a cloud template for categories, which you can edit using the frontend builder tagDiv Composer.
Hi,
Whenever banners or images are placed inside an ad block element or added through the theme panel, ad blockers will automatically detect and block those sections. If you want to avoid this, you’ll need to use a regular image element instead, where you can select the image from your website and add a link to it. This can be done using tagDiv Composer on pages and cloud templates (unfortunately, it won’t work with the standard header you’re currently using).
Thank you!
Hi,
I recommend asking your host to check if mod_security is enabled. If it is, ask them to disable it and then test again to see if the issue with Composer persists.
Additionally, make sure there are no restrictions in place that limit query execution time to a maximum of 10 seconds.
Hi,
If a page has been made using the theme builder tagDiv Composer, then it will be necessary to use it to edit the page, if you use the wordpress editor, you will see only the shortcode.
When I try to edit pages only code shows like [tdc_zone type=”tdc_content”..
although editing does work O/K with TagDivComposer.
Any advice would be great.
Thanks
Good evening.
I created a page with TagDivComposer, which has a title, then a body with two columns, and then an image below it. The layout looks perfect in the design, and I can edit it for all device sizes. However, when I open it on a mobile phone, only the title, the right column, and the bottom image appear; the left column is hidden. If I rotate the phone to landscape mode, the space where the left column should be is empty.
What could be the reason? It’s really frustrating.
Thank you very much.
Hi,
Fixed. Is this a know issue?
on the other had, I still have one issue while saving, especially the home page from the editor:
On save all, it saves: header, footer and content.
Header and footer save OK, but content (wp-json/td-composer/save_post?uuid=ad1d24c3-ca98-5763-2f74-8d04749032cf) gets canceled after 10s.
If it manages to save it under 10s it returns the success message, if not, the loader stays on forever.
Do you have a solution for this too? the content seems to be saved all the time, but it doesn’t return the succes confirmation.
Hi tagDiv team,
I’m experiencing severe scroll stuttering/lag on Safari (macOS 15.5) on my website built with Newspaper theme 12.7.3. The issue occurs on all pages immediately when scrolling begins.
Environment:
Newspaper Theme: 12.7.3
WordPress: 6.8.3
PHP: 8.3.27
Server: LiteSpeed/Apache
Browser affected: Safari (macOS 15.5)
Browser NOT affected: Chrome, Firefox
What I’ve tested:
✅ Disabled all plugins except tagDiv Composer and Cloud Library – issue persists
✅ Disabled tagDiv Composer – issue persists
✅ Switched to Twenty Twenty-Four theme – scroll is smooth (confirms issue is theme-related)
✅ Disabled Raptive Ads – no improvement
✅ Tested CSS fixes:
animation: none !important – no improvement
transition: none !important – no improvement
-webkit-overflow-scrolling: auto – no improvement
✅ Object Cache Pro with Relay is configured and working
URL: https://simscommunity.info
The scroll is perfectly smooth in Chrome and Firefox, but Safari has consistent frame drops and stuttering. This is affecting user experience for a significant portion of our visitors.
Is this a known issue with Safari? Are there any recommended fixes or theme settings I should adjust?
Thank you!
Hello,
I know that removing author from posts inside the post or in the homepage is doable through the editwithtagdiv composer.
the problem is i am talking about this ( td-post-author-name )
html code :
<div class=”td-editor-date”>
<span class=”td-post-author-name”>…<span>
</span> </span> <span class=”td-post-date”</span> </div>
it is in the features section , or below in the middle of the page where it is 1 complete element which holds the article title and image and some text.
if i click on editwith tagdiv composer and try to edit these elements, it is not doable, since all of the things inside that element is 1 row and 1 columun . means i can’t chose to remove the author , or the date, or the image or the title..
I hope you understand where is the problem.
Do you have a solution for that, or I need to edit the html / php ?
Thank you
Please remove that code and make sure that you do not have any cache or object cache aply on wp-admin, then check the wp-editor with tagDiv Composer, it should be working.
Hi,
While on the editor the design is as it should, the front looks broken (the slider is empty and the rest of the design is broken, with missing styles. It is as if some styles are not loading but no error on the console).
I’ve saved the tempalte again, even recreated motos from scratch, cleared cache, wp-rocket, cloudflare and server again but same result.
I’ve even disabled wp-rocket and deleted server cache and cloudflare and still the same issue.
Sometimes on save I get an error while savind the post content: wp-json/td-composer/save_post?uuid=… gets canceled after 10s. BUt even when it saves the content, sometimes id does, it still doens’t apply the corect design on the front page.
It happens only on these 2 pages:
https://soymotero.net/
https://soymotero.net/motos/
I am using the latest theme version: 12.7.3
wordpress v 6.8.3
all used plugins are updated.
I need help fast please, since this is been like this the whole mornming and we’re out of options…
Thx,
Giulian.
Hi,
Yes, this can be done using tagDiv Composer, select the viewport you want to hide the element, select the element and in css tab, look for the display option and set it on hidden – https://i.imgur.com/8hdUpgF.png
Thank you!
Hello tagDiv Support Team,
I’m experiencing a critical issue with Module Templates in Newspaper theme.
Problem Description:
Module Templates display correctly in the backend editor – Felx Blocl Builder (tagDiv Composer)
When viewing the published page on frontend, all Module Template configurations are lost
The module appears but without any of the settings applied in the editor
Regular blocks work fine – only Module Templates are affected
What I’ve Already Tried:
Disabled all caching plugins
Cleared browser cache and tested in incognito mode
Created new Module Templates from scratch – same issue
Checked browser console for JavaScript errors – none found
I installed the WP Super Cache plugin, which caused the homepage to crash.
However, when I go to the Edit with TagDiv Composer page, everything works normally.
How do I fix this?

URL=https://wiangplus.com/
Here is an example on the homepage, where a black area should normally display an image.
And just below, in TagDiv Composer, the image is displayed correctly.
