Hi,
Using our theme you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
If you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer, then when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)), as I said above.
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
So, the mobile responsive is what you see then that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin not.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activate and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activate.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.
I hope this information helps you!
Thank you!
Hello,
If you have mobile responsive you can make changes in this path wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/parts/register.php, if you use the mobile theme plugin you need to make changes in this path wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/parts/register.php
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
Hello guys!
The issue has been resolved. All what you need to do is to re-install the TagDiv Composer plugin and try again.
Thank you!
Hi,
This will not be quite easy, but I will try to help you.
Usually, the category description us display using this line of code
https://i.imgur.com/twqjKUI.png
those can be found in category template files on this path wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/includes/category_templates for example -> https://i.imgur.com/dAUCpV1.png
Now the problem is that you need to call this function in another file and this can be with problems, for this you need to use a new code
https://i.imgur.com/a27HfRN.png get he code from here -> https://pastebin.com/TeyRktvQ
And set it in wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/category.php here -> https://i.imgur.com/jqWZsNh.png
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!

Hello,
If you have installed a Pro prebuilt Website, you can hide the author name from the block with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/wEdPdPyp2ChA , edit the page and select the block you want to edit and in the tab called “Layout” you can hide the author => https://www.screencast.com/t/fjrVaQm5IX
but if you have a Standard Prebuilt Website, then the change needs to be done in Theme Panel -> Block Settings -> Meta Info on modules/blocks => https://www.screencast.com/t/Xn9fCsUFen.
If you don’t mean this, then please provide me with more details and screenshots.
Thank you!
Hello,
What demo did you install? A Pro Prebuilt Website or a Standard Prebuilt Website?
If you have a pro prebuilt website then you need to use the tagDiv Composer https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-manager/
If you have a standard prebuilt website then please make sure you have the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin installed and activated.
Also, you can find more tutorials on our channel on youtube =>https://www.youtube.com/user/tagdiv which can help you to design
Thank you!

Since I know the default answer is “this is custom work and not covered by this team”, I’ll put it as a suggestion for future updates: PHP blocks on Newspaper Composer.
My site needs a lot of custom functions and it’s a real pain to edit cloud templates, things would be much easier (and some possible, what is not the case today) with a simple PHP block – like that one for raw HTML. Many customizations would be possible with something so simple (or if the HTML module accept PHP too).
I guess it would be useful for many users. Thank you.
Hello,
In most cases when you get a similar message “ Error at zones: 2(models): 3(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)” then indeed it is a problem, most of the time the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.
For this error, you can check our guide from here at point 5 -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/ also after trying the steps from our guide you do not get any good results, You can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin login, as well as cPanel and credentials. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Every time I try to edit a page, mainly the home page, it gives me the same content error. I’ve tried to figure out what code is causing the error, but I have not added any new elements since the last time I edited the page. The specific error I am given is included below. The website is Filmnetic.com
“Errors at columns elements: 2(models) : 3(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”
Hi,
I understand that this plugin is important for you and I’m sorry for all the issues, but unfortunately we need some time to fix the potential bugs caused by our theme for untested plugins. The tested plugins are treated with priority, but this doesn’t mean that we don’t care by the other popular plugins.
A quick fix was added in tagdiv Composer for this issue, so please reinstall the plugin on your site and see how it goes. Also last time when Anamaria suggested reinstalling it was provided another fix. But this time the donation form issue should be solved.
Hope it helps! Thanks!
Hello!
First of all, try to do these steps as quickly as possible, so your visitors do not notice the process:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
Also, make sure your WordPress and plugins are up to date(specially Standard Pack installed and active if you use default templates).
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.
Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Our team will take a look!
Thank you!
Hello!
Unfortunately, CPT and TagDiv Composer are not compatible, so the default templates or CPT you can not modify with TagDiv Composer plugin.
Thank you!
Hello!
In order to edit a page with TagDiv Composer you need to use a PRO/cloud template and not a default one. If you have a cloud/PRO template, but you can’t edit the footer, then edit your homepage with TagDiv Composer, scroll till footer, click on footer zone and you can edit/delete the elements there.
Thank you!
Hello!
Edit the page with TagDiv Composer, then click the row of the element, and set up also the row like stretch row. You can choose which option from there is suitable for your website.
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!

Hello,
In most cases, this problem occurs because you have the latest version of WordPress with an older version of the theme.
Please check if you use the last version of WordPress 5.7.1 with the last theme version Newspaper 10.4 (if you have a theme version older, than NewsPaper 10.4 and you have the latest WP version 5.7.1, tagDiv Composer not work) and check to see if the problem persists.
If you need to make an update, before please make a full backup to all files and the database, in case something goes wrong. => https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Also, make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Also, if the problem persists please check if you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache (also from your browser) and try again.

Hello!
You can find that in td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/parts/header/td-login-modal.php
Please note that any change you make in the theme files after update will be overwritten and you have to make the changes again. Better save the code somewhere and then apply it again after every update.
Thank you!
Hello,
I think you referring to the option the Auto Loading on the Single Post Template you can disable it with tagDiv Composer -> Show site wide settings => https://www.screencast.com/t/4RnV1CnxiuA
If you don’t mean this, then please provide me with more details and screenshots.
Thank you!
Hello,
Can you provide some screenshots of your problem?
You can edit the mobile page with tagDiv Composer https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY (03:11 – Mobile Templates & Pages)

Tag div composer taking much time to load even after a long time theme not loading on the page. As the existing full website is running with tag div composer, we cannot disable or deactivate tagDiv composer. please let me know if there is any other solution to solve this issue.

Hello,
Unfortunately, this plugin and the way you want to integrate it with the theme can only be done with custom work.
What I can do about support is just send the path to the files, if you want you can find the files for flex block in this path wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/includes/shortcodes and the modules used in this path
wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/includes/modules and for standard blocks in these paths wp-content/plugins/td-standard-pack/Newspaper/includes/modules -> wp-content/plugins/td-standard-pack/Newspaper/includes/shortcodes
The blocks in our theme have options that allow the font size as a general in the Theme Panel (standard pack) => https://www.screencast.com/t/eMWIOqeV3Xhor using tagDiv Composer for flex blocks. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jQvA64uTLkI
Thank you!
