I have updated everything possible!
I still cannot use tagdiv composer.
This sucks so much because my home page and my main seller page are built with it and it´s been months that it stopped working and no one can solve this issue =(

Terrible impression of the theme, I´ll need to change themes so I can edit my main pages =(

Hello,

I am the owner of Amazingtripmaker.com

I am trying to add the latest posts and articles. While setting up the block elements on the front page in tagDiv composer mode, latest posts and articles are visible. But when I check the main link, it’s not working.

I am looking for a quick recovery.

Thank You

I tried to access TD Composer via Firefox and this time I got a different error message, something about TD Composer was trying to take my SSL website to a non-secure page?

Hi,
I’m customizing the Newspaper Theme with the Gossip Pro Demo and after deleting all the demo posts… I can’t find a way to customize the first header that’s below the main menu – in which there is a big post and 3 other smaller ones on its right. I also can’t edit posts in the “Must Read” section that exists on the sidebar. I wish there’s a way to share a screenshot of my problem so you can understand me better. How do I publish content on these empty spots. When I’m editing on the Tagdiv Composer, all i see is “empty post.” Please help.

This morning I updated to Newspaper 10.3.9.1 and immediately I lost all access to the TD Composer tool, getting a “This site can’t be reached” error. I had been using TD Composer earlier and had made no other changes to the website or any plugins. I tried rolling back Newspaper to the 10.3.69 version but it still does not work.

Looking for other avenues to try…

Hi,

I am having difficulties with sidebars. I am using animal pro template and would like to have a sidebar in the categories pages. In the documentation it says that we can set it up in theme panel, however those options are not there.

How can I do in the composer and how to define different sidebars for different categories? And how to make them sticky?

If you also have some useful links with documentation or video related to sidebar configuration not only on categories but on individual posts and on hompegaes please kindly share.

Hello,

I think you referring to edit the footer with tagDiv Composer if you go to a page where it is assigned and edit that page with tagDiv Composer, and then you will have access to the footer also. For example, edit your homepage with tagDiv Composer, scroll till footer, click on footer zone and you can edit it.

Thank you!

OK now I understand, so top bar was used in older templates and in pro templates we just add a row in the composer.

Hello,

Unfortunately, you need to make the settings independently with tagDiv Composer on the header sticky, because are two different elements.

Thank you for your understanding!

Hello,

Our theme does not have the option to grant access rights.
Only the administrator and editor can do changes with tagDiv Composer and can save it.
The other users can open it, but the changes made are not saved.

Thank you!

Hello,

You need to add a row and in that row, you can add what you want with tagDiv Composer=> https://www.screencast.com/t/pPQDjn0JH
You can find more information about the settings of the row in these guides => https://tagdiv.com/how-to-add-delete-and-duplicate-row-newspaper-theme/ -> https://tagdiv.com/flexibility-rows-columns-newspaper-theme/

Hope this helps you!

Hi,

The footer templates from Cloud Library do not have the button to be edited with tagDiv Composer in the backend. Please check this guide:https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/
The footer template can be edited only from the frontend if it is assigned, edit a page/post template with tagDiv Composer and go down to the footer. => https://www.screencast.com/t/rpfNhfyrF

Hope this helps you!

Thank you!

Hello,
I mostly use the Text with title element on my pages.
I would like to change the color of these elements on ALL pages. Unfortunately it does not work via the composter >> https://nimb.ws/YvBDEW

About Theme Colors > Page it does not work either >> https://nimb.ws/8704si

According to the developer console the current color comes from .tagdiv-type:
.tagdiv-type {
font-size: 15px;
line-height: 1.74;
color: #222;

How can I change this color?

On my home page I don’t use text with title but the inline text element.
How can I change the font color of this element? There is no setting for this in the tag div composer.

Hello!

After duplicate the post template, you have to assign the cloned one for the posts you want to change items in it. To assign a template to a post, you just need to edit that post normally and choose a template or in your case a cloned one and assign like that: https://www.screencast.com/t/dkM3R27eK
After assigning a template to that post, you can access the post and edit with TagDiv Composer and change what you need to change.

Hope that helps you!

Nice to meet you, Bettina 🙂
Thank you!

Hi, is it possible to change the graphic style of a text-only page (without Div composer tag)?
I intend to change the CSS style of all pages not created with tagDiv composer.
Example: Cookie policy page.
Thank you

Thank you for the rapid reply. I have done all you mentioned and the problem persists.
1. I disable all plugins except tagDiv Composer;
2. I disable other plugins one by one.
The problem persistes.

I change the theme or disable tagDiv Composer, the problem dispeared.

Hello!

If you have a responsive version of your website which is looking similar like on desktop, then you need to deactivate Mobile Theme, then please edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB and there you can see your mobile version. Take a look also for horizontal mode for tablets viewport and see if there are some changes.

Hope that helps you!

Thank you!

Hello,

If the settings from the Themes Panel have not been applied it means that you have a header template from Cloud Library, you can edit with tagDiv Composer, select the Header login => https://www.screencast.com/t/0ylIqUY3G and with right-click =>https://www.screencast.com/t/ZyHxvJDH3bJhor selecting the element and with drag & drop place into the deleting red zone from the bottom right of the page.

Thank you!

Hello!

There is a setting to increase the space there if you edit the post with TagDiv Composer, click on that element and the setting is this: https://www.screencast.com/t/4rN0pInQF27q

Thank you!
