Hello!
In your screenshot is an element called “Flex Block” which has a lot of settings, so you can customize it easily by editing this element with TagDiv Composer plugin on your page.
Please note that you need to use a cloud template in order to edit with this plugin.
Check our guides from here:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello!
First of all, please make sure you have a backup done and then you can update the theme and the TagDiv plugins also.
For this error you can check our guide also from here at point 5: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/
Also, try to deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Please also check the page for special characters and remove them if they exists.
Thank you!
Hello!
A solution for this could be to edit the page with TagDiv Composer plugin and add an element for example called ” Text with title “, push the button edit content and there you can insert the code.
Please try and see if this fits your needs.
Thank you!
Hello!
The parameter “category” only works for Visual Composer which is an old plugin, but this isn’t still working for TagDiv Composer plugin. The only reason why this parameter was kept is for backwards compatibility.
In the case of “tdc_category”, you can only write there one of the categories displayed in this code list: https://prnt.sc/ye1j6v. So, you can not add your own category because it won’t be dynamically created. Also, in the documentation is doesn’t write about adding your own category here.
In the future, we will try to add this functionality too.
We are sorry for the inconvenience created!
Hello,
This template isn’t available https://imgur.com/a/x7ZyiHp.
This template => https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_cafe/where-to-go-in-orange-county is the default post template, in Cloud Library can be found as => https://www.screencast.com/t/6ptBaLfJ , and you can customize it with tagDiv Composer.
Thank you!
Hello,
Sorry, I misunderstood what you want.
To show the author image, select with tagDiv Composer the Single Post Author and in tab General, you have the option “Show the author photo ” check it => https://www.screencast.com/t/2LqJDjUNnY
Thank you!
Unfortunately I don’t get rid of the CLS problems on my website. Since 27th January there are appearing CLS issues in the Search Console. The CLS issue is weird because at first I couldn’t find the reason for it. If I open a site of my blog the Extension for Web Core Vitals turns red immediately and shows a CLS of about 0,120. It’s nearly the same for every site. Chrome DevTools, Page Speed Insights and Lighthouse don’t show a CLS. You can only see it with the help of the Chrome Browser Extension: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/web-vitals/ahfhijdlegdabablpippeagghigmibma?hl=de
So I have disabled all plugins except those from tagdiv, but the CSL Score stayed the same. No change. After disabling the TagDiv Composer the huge CLS for every site was gone. It seems that Google changed something in the algorithm for the Web Core Vitals in the last time, because until now this was no problem. Will you fix it?
Without Composer: https://imgur.com/a/SvHPefG CLS 0,077
With Composer: https://imgur.com/a/qGJs6o0 0,124 (disabling all the other plugins doesn’t really make a change…)
The CLS disappears on the second load but this is no help 🙁
Greetings Kathrin

For example, how I will translate the text “RELATED ARTICLES” in this link into my language. All the words on the translate page have been translated into their own language. I want to translate the words on this “amp”, “mobile theme” page into my language.
I hope I could explain.
I’m writing with google translate, I’m sorry.

Everything is correct on the translate page. where am I doing wrong.
Hello,
If you use a prebuilt website standard or mobile theme plugin, please try to change the name of the texts from Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Translations -> Translations => https://www.screencast.com/t/KsCCF1KOrTbt . There you can see a list of texts to translate, search about those 2 texts and write in the right field the way you need to display on your website.
If you have a Prebuilt Website Pro you can change article name with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/WVrIIe1gGqW0
Let me know about your results!
Thank you!

Hi,
In most cases when you get a similar message “ Error at zones: 1(models) : 19(dom).. The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)” then indeed it is a problem, most of the time the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.
We have a guide for how to investigate this problem and fix it -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/
For “Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response.” I found this article => https://docs.wpstackable.com/troubleshooting/common-issues/im-getting-the-error-updating-failed.-the-response-is-not-a-valid-json-response
Hope this helps you!

Hope this helps you!

After the update of Newspaper theme, I am not able to edit any page and post with TagDiv Composer. I also try to resolve the issue with this-> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/ but no success.
Newspaper Theme version: 10.3.7
TagDiv Composer Version: 2.7
I request you to please guide me on this issue so that we can use the TagDiv Composer.
Hi Tagdiv team,
I wanted to use the following “Fashion” template for my articles https://imgur.com/a/x7ZyiHp or even https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_cafe/where-to-go-in-orange-county
but I can’t find them through your “Load Template” button when using tagDiv composer.
What should I do to load these single post template?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Theme version: Version: 10.3.9.1
Hello!
If you use a PRO/cloud template, then you need to modify the elements with TagDiv Composer and make changes there.
If you setup an option when you editing the page with TagDiv Composer, then the settings from theme panel haven’t any effect over the element from the page.
Thank you!
I just installed a new WordPress on Godaddy hosting. After instaling the theme with demo template, I cannot edit any page using tagDIV composer.
It prompts”Hmmm… can’t reach this pageIt looks like the webpage at https://cameroonsecurity.org/wp-admin/post.php?post_id=112&td_action=tdc&tdbTemplateType=page&prev_url=%2F%2Fcameroonsecurity.org%2F might be having issues, or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR”
I recently moved to a faster and more responsive hosting service. I ported the site over to the new host using their migration tool but because the Theme was originally installed on a different server it seems to be missing some data.
I am unable to use the TagDiv Composer without running a plugin called jQuery Migrate Helper.
jQuery Migrate Helper is a temporary solution and I am having all kinds of warnings on the WP dashboard as a result.
The site looks OK from the front end and seems to be performing OK, but I would like to find a solution to this issue.

I’m a complete novice running a non-profit website. I don’t mind paying for a new install if that’s what it takes, but with almost 6000 posts I would really hate to lose everything and start over from new.
