Hello
Tag div composer is taking 8gb ram, website just gets blocked, when disabing this plugin everything wrks fine but website breaks
We were working and suddenly all website went back to default colors ?
very bad plugin
i followed all instractions and setup all necessary settings in php.ini and .htaccess and wp-config.php for ram i gave it 750M
i will restore to last nights backup but is there anything else to do to stop this plugin from consuming 8GB?
I also run the same setup as you in WC, and I haven’t experienced any issues in 4.7 in WC itself. Only that the newest version of WC messed up the TD Composer.
I downgraded to 4.6.2, and the TD Composer works fine after that. So the issue is layed down in the newest WooCommerce version.

Hi,
When this message appear “ Error at zones: 13(models) : 9(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)” then indeed it is a problem, most of the time the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.
We have a guide for how investigate this problem and fix it -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/ also after trying the steps from our guide you do not get any good results, you can contact use via email and we can investigate the problem on your website.
If there is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Let me know the results!
Thanks you!
Hi nyte2star, if you are using the responsive version then the post/page content should be the same for desktop and mobile, but the header not, on mobile you’ll have a different header, therefore you need to set a new content for mobile header using tagDiv Composer.
If there is still a problem, please provide a link where I can inspect the situation.
Thank you!
Hi,
When the theme panel are not apply, you are using a pro demo, those can be edited only tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/dNzfeAg.png use the right click to remove the elements you do not want to have in your single post template -> https://i.imgur.com/1gAnLJW.png- > https://i.imgur.com/xCG0Z8h.png -> https://i.imgur.com/DbnIZ3N.png
If the problem persists, please provide a link where I can inspect the elements that you want to remove.
Thank you!
Hi,
For mobile theme plugin, you can use this option -> https://i.imgur.com/YBHc2Y8.png and it will disable the live search and should be just what you need for mobile version.
For desktop version if you have a cloud header, then you can edit it with tagDiv Composer and you can use the “search form” that can be edited -> https://i.imgur.com/1FIceUz.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/n6837rt.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/gHitHOI.jpg
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hi lfowle521
, if the settings from theme panel are not apply, then you are using a pro demo, this can be edited using tagDiv Composer -> use the right click to remove the elements you do not want to have in your single post template -> https://i.imgur.com/1gAnLJW.png- > https://i.imgur.com/xCG0Z8h.png
The font can be change by selecting the element and in general tab or style tab you can set the fonts -> https://i.imgur.com/Q5jKCVA.jpg also using the manager you can see what fonts do you have on that page or template -> https://i.imgur.com/55UMHqU.jpg from there you can go on that element or you can change the font directly in manager.
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!

Hi meeshymee, sorry, for making you confused, I just remember that there is another way to set the galley in pages.
What you say, do you want to try with me the gallery implementation? this will be more easy and faster then Revolution Slider.
First you need to edit the page with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/nnRXj22.png then add a column text or text with title element where you want to set the gallery -> https://i.imgur.com/gqNkais.jpg then click on the edit content and it will be open the WP editor -> https://i.imgur.com/XkCtlYn.png where the gallery can be add as in our guide -> https://i.imgur.com/3txdvtj.png -> https://i.imgur.com/nF9WgNB.png -> https://i.imgur.com/ks6m6Fu.png the results will be -> https://i.imgur.com/kBNzO0B.jpg
Hope this will help you and sorry again that I do not remember about this before.
Thank you!
Hi headline, yes, this is on our list to make a better and flexible compatibility between our builder (tagDiv Composer) and WordPress default editor (Gutenberg ).
Thank you!
Hi mnhpias,
If you have the “more from author” and “Related Articles” in a tab like this -> https://i.imgur.com/ZuIs8Y1.png then you are using standard -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-default-templates/ therefore in theme is only one option that is disable both options -> https://i.imgur.com/M8bUmQu.png if you want to keep those templates the only way to remove the “more from author” tab is to use a custom css like this one:
.single .td-related-right{
display: none;
}
This code need to be set in theme panel> custom code> custom css.
Also the comment box can be set in other place only if you edit the post template file that you are using, for example if you are using single post template 1 -> wp-content/plugins/td-standard-pack/Newspaper/parts/single/loop-single-1.php and single_template_1.php
As an alternative (personally I recommend this) you can use a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library that can be edited using tagDiv Composer and you can set the elements where you want and you can use only the “Related Articles” section.
Thank you!
Hi shinwee, if the settings from theme panel are not apply, then you are using a pro demo, this can be edited using tagDiv Composer -> use the right click to remove the elements you do not want to have in your single post template -> https://i.imgur.com/1gAnLJW.png- > https://i.imgur.com/xCG0Z8h.png -> https://i.imgur.com/DbnIZ3N.png
If there is still a problem, please provide me a link and I will provide the steps you need to do.
Thank you!
Hi isi54, thank you for your kind words!
If you are using the pulses pro header you can use tagDiv Composer, click on header and in css tab will se the fonts https://i.imgur.com/JecnxVH.png -> https://i.imgur.com/u15r1Co.png
Also you can use the option from manager to see what fonts do you have on that page/template -> https://i.imgur.com/A0RM23S.png
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
It is not compatible with the latest woocomerce version.
I have woocomerce deactivated but that is not a longterm solution. What do I do, will there be an update of the composer?
I also get these warnings:

Hello,
I have checked amd all the requirements are met, but I still get the same problem. I deactivated, deleted and reinstalled TagDiv Composer. However now I am getting this warning –
Downloading installation package from https://cloud.tagdiv.com/td_plugins/td-composer/a658a28d2ec596dae36323688c6c3eb8/td-composer.zip…
Download failed.
So now I have no website . Pleas help urgently
We have made numerous tests on our website about the speed. It seems that the TagDiv composer is taking almost 75% of the websites memory and we cant work with it. also it is not making any changes once we do get to change something.
The website is this:
https://www.madamefigaro.cy/
We cannot work with this. Once we are trying 2-3 times to access the website we get this error below: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1uWJbG2-ehhtzWL-n45cHuneSPgDmlUpM/view?usp=sharing
Please fix or update the theme/builder in order to be able to work on it.
Hi chaitanya,
This can be achieve if you are using a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library, those cloud templates can be edited with tagDiv Composer and you can adjust the row width -> https://i.imgur.com/V9Ei5DI.png select the row and in css tab you can set left right margin to auto and set the width you want to have, also adjust the width for all viewports -> https://i.imgur.com/G4RUTT7.png or better set the width in % in this way it will adjust per each viewport -> https://i.imgur.com/OpqCkrf.png
Hope this will help you!
