Hello !

If you are using cloud library templates for posts you will be able to edit your page using tagDiv Composer and you will be able to create your sidebar, everything will be customizable using the composer so you will be able to switch the colors and layout.

Thank you !

Hi,

So you would like to enter an ad code in the header file and in the footer file? What are the exact requirements for the ads? Maybe the theme panel header and footer code can be used instead https://prnt.sc/ubgh2l
If they are required to be entered directly in the files, that depends. Are you using the standard pack plugin or not.

If you use the standard pack plugin, the header and footer files that are used are in it
https://prnt.sc/ubgip4

If you are not using the standard pack plugin, the header and footer files that are used are in the composer plugin https://prnt.sc/ubgjfk

Thank you!

Hi

I am using the ‘Gossip’ demo as a basis for a site I am working on.

How do I get the subtitle / subheadings to appear under the title of posts? Does it need to be created in the composer and added? Can you give me instructions and point me in the right direction!

Thanks in advance for your help.

Anton

Hi,

Please try what is suggested here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/unable-to-edit-page-with-the-tag-div-composer/
Reinstall the composer, clear the browser cache and check again.

Thank you!

Hi,

A link to the website would have been very helpful.

Maybe the Instagram section is not coming from the theme panel footer setting. Are you using a cloud footer template?

Please edit for example the homepage with the composer, scroll down and see if you can remove the Instagram section from the footer.

Cloud footer templates have to be edited in the composer, only from there you can add/remove/customize footer elements from the template.

Let me know.

Thank you!

Hi,

If you are using WordPress v5.5, you must use the last version of Newspaper theme too, only this will work on this version of WordPress.
Also if you already have Newspaper 10.3.6.1 and you have this problem, then try the below steps:
1. Disable tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/uzBdRB9.png
2. delete tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/xGGfYE7.png
3. Reinstall tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/Ay0zJHn.png or -> https://i.imgur.com/ZMgV9at.png
4. Clear all cache from your website, host and browser ( for browser use force refresh Ctrl Shift R ).

If the problem still persists, please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Also you can use the Enable jQuery Migrate Helper in some cases this can help you to make tagDiv Composer to work.

Let me know the results!
Thank you!

Hi,

While editing the header template in the composer, please select the mobile header in the header manager https://prnt.sc/ubfx3k

The mobile header zone settings will appear on the left, in the CSS tab check if there is a margin bottom of 35px set there https://prnt.sc/ubfy5i
If there is, remove it.

Let me know.

Thank you!

Hello,

We have developed most of the pages on our site with cloud templates. These pages, which look exactly the way we want in the desktop version, unfortunately do not look good on mobile devices.

While we design these pages with tagDiv composer, we cannot design the mobile version of the same page separately.

Question: How can we use the mobile version of the homepage and other pages in a different visual without using the “tagDiv mobile theme” plugin? How can we do this, at least for the home page? We can design a separate home page for mobile only, but how do we ensure that this page is fetched on a mobile device when accessing our site from a mobile device?

Of course, the most useful thing would be to add a feature to the tagDiv composer that can design the same page separately for mobile devices.

Thank you in advance for your interest and help.
Regards.

I’ve edited the home page using the TD Composer, but obviously don’t want to be doing this for every new post, new page etc…

Hello !

Yes, by using a Cloud library template which is fully editable using tagDiv Composer you will be able to remove the featured image element. Find out more about it here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/

Hello !

Then your posts are available. You can edit your blocks from the demo using tagdiv Composer and use the filters available if you want to bring them up to surface: https://www.screencast.com/t/gPbfbfajm

Hi Vlad, I’ve been on WP for 7 years now using more than 12 different templates for customers. Please consider than for some people here, if we post in the forum, we already tried a lot before… (of course we can do basic errors too) .
I renewd support extra for this bug and here is your response.
However please read carefully :
“ps : I tried to desactivate all plugins except TD”
(cache plugins included!)
I sent TEST credentials to the support, but I encounter the pb on the PROD too (and I checked again after your post, desactivated all plugins, desinstalled TDComposer, purged the cache etc.) The bug is on on your side IMHO.
ps: there are daily about 20k unique visitors on the site.

Having upgraded WordPress to 5.5 I have found that when attempting to edit a Page with TD Composer it stays in a loading state. I have tried the recommendations from your good selves without any success. In the end I have loaded the Plugin ‘Enable jQuery Migrate Helper’ and having activated it all is working again. I am aware that this Plugin is not recommended by Tagdiv. What is interesting though is that it is possible to get TD Composer to load successfully if using a Mac but in the Windows 10 environment I cannot get it to load without the ‘Enable jQuery Migrate Helper’ being active. This would appear to indicate there is a code issue somewhere with the TD Composer plugin. Can you please shed some light on this issue.

We tried to delete and install plugin, clear cache, nothing helps.

I did not changed anything and I’ve seen that my pages that I built with the tagdiv composer doesnt work.
and if I want to make some changes with it I can’t make any actions and I get all the time these error-codes:

Error at rows: 8(models) : 1(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)

Error at zones: 6(models) : 1(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)

I tried to undo it like it says in the errorcode but I get no results.

Hi there,

CTA buttons in the TD Composer for pages are awesome, thanks for that.

Is there a way to have these cool buttons in posts as well? I can’t find nice blocks to add good-looking containers with buttons when comparing products, such as for the following website: https://www.top10vpn.com/top10/

Warm regards,
Siebren

Hi,

It depends on what exactly you are changing in the theme panel. Pro demos are entirely built with the composer, most theme panel settings will have no effect on the elements that are displayed, the customization has to be done in the composer.

Please mention what you would like to change and we will help. Also provide an example of the custom CSS you are using. A link to the website will be helpful as well.

Thank you!

Hi,

All the rows in the composer have a width setting https://prnt.sc/uavabl Initially they are set to default when adding them in pages/templates but some demos use that setting to allow a wider content.

You can use the setting to set a narrower width, if the header template you are using is initially wider. Edit it with the composer and choose from the available widths https://prnt.sc/uavd2k

Thank you!

Hello !

1. We have investigated and your homepage seems to look good on our side.

2. Those can be done from Theme Panel – Post Settings – Sharing

3. We recommend you to use a Cloud library template that is fully editable using tagDiv Composer as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/

Thank you !

Hello,

I have downloaded the Home page template – Lifestyle PRO from the Homepages of Cloud Template Library. It went to my pages section as Homepage – Lifestyle PRO. Upon opening it I noticed it did not have the slider on top. I tried adding the slide element which has always been there but this is not like the one in Lifestyle PRO.

Therefore I downloaded the slider Header Slide – Lifestyle PRO from the sections of Cloud Template Library. This was also downloaded as a seperate page called Header Slide – Lifestyle PRO.

I went back to the Lifestyle PRO Homepage and tried to insert the Header Slide – Lifestyle PRO. However I cannot find Header Slide – Lifestyle PRO or ‘insert page’ as a element anywhere on the TD Composer Elements. Neither it is a page nor as Header Slide.

Please tell me how do I combine both the Header Slide – Lifestyle PRO page into the Lifestyle PRO Homepage that I have downloaded to make it into one homepage.

Thanks.

Hello !

Those can be removed by using tagDiv Composer as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/ImxRTRtInqRO Right click on the element and delete it.

Thank you !
