Now the website is working normal, the only problem that is are the icons.
Is look that you have a problem with Access-Control-Allow-Origin (CORS origin)

Also please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

For the moment it will be alright to keep using WPBakery, but I can not say this for the future, but if you are using only this builder and tagDiv Composer will be activate only for theme functions and layout, then should be no problems.
Unfortunately you can not keep the theme functionality with tagDiv Composer, this is the core of the theme, sorry!

@ludyma for some users is possible to not appear the theme update in the theme if they change some demos (this was a bug and it is fixed now), for the moment you’ll need to make the update via FTP, this is the best way from the classic updates. All the settings made in theme panel and using tagDiv Composer are stored in database, therefore these will not be lost, only the changes made in them files will be lost
@kevinperry in most cases it is a plugin conflict, you need to check all the plugins, and if after this it sill a problem, we’ll investigate and try to fix it.

That is not an error, most probably you are using an overlay option per page or header, if you are using a standard header style -> https://i.imgur.com/le1U7eI.png then you need to change the page template for that page from Page Builder + Overlay Menu on Default Template or Page Builder + Latest Articles + Pagination -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-templates-2/
If you are using a cloud header -> https://i.imgur.com/BL6Uwll.png from tagDiv Cloud Library, these can be edited d with tagDiv Composer, these can be find in Cloud Templates and if these are overlay will have this word in there name like this -> https://i.imgur.com/R1YbIIh.png you’ll need to use another header that is not using the overlay option.

Please notice that we do not recommend to make changes in theme files, because these will be lost after you’ll make a theme update.
Also all these elements are appearing only if these are set inside of article.
If you still want to make these changes in post style/template, then you’ll need to edit the post style you are using, for example if you are using the post style 2 you’ll need to edit this file wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/parts/single/loop-single-2.php -> https://i.imgur.com/IrcINbf.png if you are using the default post style you’ll need to edit this file wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/loop-single.php also will be better to set these files in a child theme to not lose theme after a theme update.

If your plugin only affects the post content that shouldn’t be a problem. We have not tested this, you will have to try and see how it works. What I can say is that tagDiv Composer will not work on other templates ( not created with tagDiv Composer )

By default our “Trending now” option have the both options, is automatic changing and have the manual buttons, to set it on auto, you need to edit the page using tagDiv Composer like this -> https://i.imgur.com/BP1Uysn.png click on element and select auto an the number of post you want to slide -> https://i.imgur.com/oIO3qAp.png unfortunately there is no option to remove the arrow buttons from the element, but you can do it using this custom css

The code need to be set in theme panel> custom code> custom css.
If the Trending now is not slider automatic it can be a plugin conflict, , please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Unfortunately, the topics you linked to don’t really help in my case, because I guess the structure of the Newspaper theme changed a lot since then.
I guess, I have to change files in the wp-content/plugins/….-folder now (instead of themes-folder). Nevertheless, I don’t really understand the structure. Can you maybe tell me, which files are for the Blocks (for example “Block 6” in TD Composer), the Slider and which ones for the category styles set in Theme Panel?
Otherwise, does TagDiv offer a paid customization service to get some changes like this done maybe?

Thank you, I better understand how to use the zone manager and cloud library. However, what happens when I built new content is different from what you explain:
– nothing is imported into my cloud library : when I import a template (section, block, whatever), the button “add” brings it into a page (the page I was working on, or it creates a new page). You can see here a new page that was automatically created when I tried to add the section “our specialties-Retro” to my Cloud library. It was created with a URL that I didn’t choose: https://devenirbilingue.com/our-specialties-restro/. And it was even automatically published !
– one of the issues is that there is an autosave in TagDiv Composer. I tried to import another section, “Call to Action – Fitness Pro” and this change has been saved without clicking on the Save button.
– I still don’t understand how to create a page by importing blocks and sections from the Cloud library. You can see that I tried twice to import the section “Call to Action – Fitness Pro” because I wanted it in 2/3 of a row. I thought it was an element that we can use in the left column of a row, not on full width. But I can’t import it where I want, since it goes in a new line each time I import it. And it still isn’t in my own cloud library (the only template in it is an old one I imported one year ago).

You have different ways of advertising is to set the articles. In the theme options you can deactivate them for mobile etc. So far so good, but why can’t you set in the composer in the block “single post content”, that for example an InlineAd should not be shown mobile.
The problem is, if you display an ad in the article on the right, it looks pretty stupid in the mobile version. But since you can’t specify that the ad should be placed in the middle for mobile, this function is not necessary. (Example)
Furthermore, the word “advertisement” is displayed above the ad, which is quite a problem from a legal point of view.
It may be that Adsense does this automatically, but not everyone uses adsense

The most easiest way it will be to change the header style -> https://i.imgur.com/pZIto7r.png or to import a cloud header from tagDiv Cloud Library and set it in theme panel -=> https://i.imgur.com/ICmtaTr.png these can be edited with tagDiv Composer and you can achieve the header you want.

Indeed this new option is enable by default on all blocks and modules, unfortunately there is no general option for this, you need to disable it individual, by editing the page with tagDiv Compose, click on block, grid check the -> https://i.imgur.com/z0g9ZOU.png

If you want to create a new block then we recommend to use a flex block, these can be easily edited using tagDiv Composer.

I have lots of widgets that I would like to display with this time. I can’t seem to find where and how. All templates are edited via tagDiv Composer and I can’t find a way to insert the widgets, no sidebar, no footer nothing. The theme comes with its own widgets which you can put them into Newspaper default, Footer 1, Footer 2, Footer 3. But where are they expected to show up?

Please note that you are trying to edit a standard post template -> https://i.imgur.com/CNVPL9S.png with tagDiv Composer that is way you get that message, these post style can not be editable only pages and cloud templates, the templates that can be edited are highlight -> https://i.imgur.com/fKMCr8m.jpg and for pages will be like this -> https://i.imgur.com/RXWdUCO.jpg

Please note that our theme need to have tagDiv Composer activate in order to work properly, with out the theme plugin will be like a normal/default WordPress theme, also if the plugin is disable the pages made with it will display only shortcodes.
Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If there is still a problem, please provide some more details and some screenshots.

So if I understand correctly you want to have a page that display logos and this to be accessed only from the footer menu, if is so then you can create the page using tagDiv Composer -> set the row layout how you want -> https://i.imgur.com/s24N3x0.png -> https://i.imgur.com/zWnizoY.png after that set the logo element -> https://i.imgur.com/bfmxviJ.png also if you want you can use an image, after you set all the logos -> https://i.imgur.com/av3rzsF.png save the page.
In order to add it in footer menu you need to go in Appearance> menu select your footer menu or create one -> https://i.imgur.com/QmycLXw.png and add that page -> https://i.imgur.com/lO0WSMb.png
Now the step 3 set the menu to footer, if you do not use a PRO Demo and cloud templates or footer page then you can set it from here -> https://i.imgur.com/AfNxq9c.png if you are using a footer page or cloud templates, then you need to edit theme using tagDiv Composer, click on the footer menu and choose the one you want to display.
