I have made changes to the files:
td-composer\legacy\Newspaper\includes\modules\td_module_flex_1.php
td-composer\legacy\Newspaper\includes\modules\td_module_flex_7.php
How do I incorporate this into the child theme?
I read the documentation but I don’t understand.
In my wordpress project I use this theme “Newspaper”. This theme allows me to use plugin “TagDiv Composer”. Every time I activate this plugin I get 500 Internal Server Error.
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator to inform of the time the error occurred and of anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.If I deactivate this specific plugin everything is back to normal.
I have tried to deactivate all the plugins and activate them again, but problem is not solved. Finally I tried the same theme with the same plugin in another WordPress project and I didn’t have any problem (at least till now).
Any ideas or any help would be very helpful!

Unfortunately that option will not become editable. We recommend you to switch to cloud library templates which will become fully editable using the tagDiv Composer.

Did you regenerate the thumbs ?
Also if you are using a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library, you can edit it with tagDiv Composer, click on the “Related articles” and set the image size that is look better -> https://i.imgur.com/QN2HLqh.png

If you want to customize the footer, then you can use a footer page and set in it what you need, if you have a code for statistic then you can set it in footer page with tagDiv Composer in a column text or text with title.

If you are using a standard post style/template you can check the settings from the theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/A1wxZKm.png or if you are using a single post template, then you need to edit the single post template using tagDiv Composer, click on the single post content and check in style tab -> https://i.imgur.com/mMyEkEg.png

If I’m right the NEXTGEN gallery is a plugin, check to see if this plugin do not have a shortcode, if yes, you can set it on homepage using the column text or text with title from tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/RhgNs9C.png

Hi Calin, thank you for your time. But the problem is that my homepage is not listed in my “Pages”, so I don’t know how to edit it with tagDiv Composer. I switched from a different theme and didn’t build my site in tagDiv Composer.
I just loaded my mobile site for the first time after finalizing the design in TagDiv composer for mobile and it looks nothing like what I designed. Why is this?? Is there a fix?

Thanks for the response. Again to clarify:
* No changes have been made to environment other than update to 10.3
* Traffic is same (or less) than before installing 10.3
* Server was restarted by hosting provider after first crash, yet issues continued
* I have seen other support requests (like this one: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/td-composer-problems/) that talk about similar out-of-memory issues after this update
My site was performing quite well prior to the 10.3 update, now, less so. I’m curious as to if a bug fix is in the works to optimize for memory or other issues.
I will dig through my log files to see if I can find anything relevant.

The date from the header can be removed with tagDiv composer only if is a cloud header, if is a standard style header then can be disable from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/oXJleVk.png

On that page are set two different fonts -> https://i.imgur.com/vXWCEj2.png -> https://i.imgur.com/rte0F5M.png you’ll need to check the fonts from search, if this is a cloud template for search then you’ll need to edit it with tagDiv Composer, click on the elements with the different stile and change the front from style tab -> https://i.imgur.com/jrl8t48.png

Thanks for your answer. I am using version 10.3 and have only installed the required plugins for the theme (e.g. the TagDiv Standard Pack/Composer/Etc). Any other ideas?

However I could not save tagDiv Composer after edit.
I could open and edit but could not save it.
I did WP_MEMORY_LIMIT try to increase it at least to 256mb.
Also I did following set.
php_value memory_limit 999M
php_value upload_max_filesize 400M
php_value post_max_size 400M
I did, the theme worked perfectly until some days ago. I downloaded the latest theme version and I uploaded just the Composer plugin folder. Now it seems it works well, at least for now.

The background image will be set on the element that you have selected if you are set it using tagDiv Composer on cloud header, if you have a standard header and you set the background image from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/OnBjBuH.png then the background will be stretch, what you can do is to set a background color and the content of the page will be boxed https://i.imgur.com/IUyNQzL.png -> https://i.imgur.com/vH4YOQd.jpg

I also don’t understand what you mean by “you will have to edit the post template and not use the tagDiv composer”. When I click edit template, the tagDiv composer comes up.
