I know, this question is kinda stupid, but I am really lost right now and I can’t find the option where I can change the complete width of my page (I’m using the iGossip Demo).
I want a block layout like a newspaper with a white bar on each side, I guess you know what I mean.

Hi karlrosqvist, there should be no problems, but we recommend to make first some test on staging or subdomain not directly on live website.
There are two ways to use cloud templates, installing a pro demo and all the settings and edits will can be made using tagDiv Composer and will be made on fronted.
Using the cloud templates you want from cloud library, now the first one is faster, but when you change a demo all the settings for that demo will be lost therefore if you want to can keep the settings and cloud template import the templates you like and assign theme in theme panel.

I just check our our demo and now is working ->https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_scuba_pro/ make sure that youtube api key is still set in theme panel.
If there is still a problem, please make the below steps;
1. Disable tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/uzBdRB9.png
2. delete tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/xGGfYE7.png
3. Reinstall tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/Ay0zJHn.png or -> https://i.imgur.com/ZMgV9at.png
4. Clear all cache from your website, host and browser ( for browser use force refresh Ctrl Shift R ).

I have imported the black pro demo and modified – however I am having trouble with the footer template – though i see them in cloud library and I can import and create a new one, I can not edit them from cloud library – I only get an edit link in them – and not an edit template link – there is also no option to use tagdiv composer from the edit page – even though the code is clearly tagdiv composer code. How can I use tagdiv composer to edit the foot templates ?

Hi there, maybe it’s just a coincidence, but we started to look at your scuba pro theme a couple days ago. We installed it today for the first time (https://111.chat) and the background video on the home page doesn’t work. And we just noticed that also on your hosted live demo it no longer works either. Perhaps this is just a coincidence that WordPress 5.5 came out? Either way keep up the good work guys!

If you are using a PRO Demo, this is using cloud templates, that can be edited with tagDiv Composer and these settings will not be lost when you’ll make a theme update, also for theme panel, our theme is making a backup for also settings that are saved -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/
Also the child theme is use only for default files, you can use our child theme by checking our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/

Starting from amber light pro demo i added “big grid flex 2” module , but switching on mobile preview from tag div composer the module seems to be not responsive as other navite modules inside the demo how can i solve that?

I do have set a featured video, but not the Post settings as mentioned. I tried with “Enable playing only one player” and, of course, with “Enable sticky video at scroll” but nothing happened. If I set the “Enable pause hidden player” it works, the Youtube player is paused when I scroll the post.

Using the Pulses PRO theme, and having a problem in mobile. Looks different from what the preview on the editor shows and the tag line says “Discover the Art of Publishing”, can’t find a way to remove this and none of the demo articles pictures load on mobile which just concerns me the same might occur for real posts.

I have a Big Grid Flex 1 block at my home page (https://demo.kamecomunicacion.com/). Although the filter is set for a certain category (“Eventos”), and the sorting is set to latest, I cannot see the same post sortered as they can see at the category page (https://demo.kamecomunicacion.com/index.php/category/eventos/).
Is there an error with the block or did I miss setting something at block properties?

I forgot completely to create the child theme before editing the demo I have used for my site. I have change lots of things in the appearance of home page, header, footer, category pages, tags and them (block, colors and all this u know). I have noticed my fault when I have seen the theme update today.
I remember to make a child theme years ago helping a friend to make his site, but since then I haven´t touch web design so I forgot some things. The only I want know is to create a child theme with all the changes I made and not to lose the appearance when updating. An exact clone of all block, colors….
It is possible doing this with any recomended plugin which exports the css and all this just to show the site like is shown right now?

Using the above suggestion you can set the code only in the mobile functions, therefore it will no longer index that mobile pagination, since you do not have any pagination on desktop, there should be no problems, also the category pagination will be indeed on desktop, therefore is no need to be indexed again mobile.
As i can see these 2 sites has pagination on mobile and desktop too and are displaying just fine.
Please note that your website is checked by our designers and developers when you submit for showcase and you need to have something special made using our theme, not only using a demo and with few modifications, usually there are add the build and customize using our tagDiv Composer.

Usually “All Rights reserved” is set in the footer of website. If you are using PRO Demo you can do this using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/nzqtMCq.jpg scroll down until the end and there you can add this on an existed element -> https://i.imgur.com/sOdP9KN.png or you can add the inline exited in other place and set your text -> https://i.imgur.com/T3VPy5Q.png -> https://i.imgur.com/o2LKB66.png

Hi martol, indeed the cloud templates for the Five Newspaper New PRO Demos are not available for the moment in tagDiv Cloud Templates and can be use only if you install the demo. These templates will be add in cloud library soon, there are only few templates that need to be set and will be updated in cloud library.

Hi aztartarcontrol, by default the rows when are set are using a white background color, since that you are using a demo that has set the black background color, you need to set this color on the new rows too, for this you need to check the css tab from the row -> https://i.imgur.com/Hsc4Lky.jpg
