Please try to identify what you changed since you last saw it working properly and revert any changes. You can try to disable all plugins except visual composer clear cache and reset cdn files but even so, whatsapp sometimes is able to grab the image and sometimes not. I ran a quick test in sharing an article from our demo but no image was grabbed so it could be an app issue.

It will get overwritten if you update and replace all the files in the main theme as a normal update does. If you use it in the child theme(i’m not sure the demo_style.css files work from the child theme as we have not tested this) then only if the demo css file gets changed will you have to re-apply your modification. (A child theme is not update proof as if the main file you transfer to it gets changed in an update and you still feed the old file through the child theme, it will create problems so you will have to replace it in the child theme as well)

This is the property of css code, it is applied in cascade. First the default code and then it is applied the custom code.
A solution to avoid this delay will be to modify the default color directly in the stylesheet file. I suppose you use the video demo, so here you can make the change – http://screencast.com/t/HVtDs00c8
Another solution if you want to apply another background color can be, to remove the extra class from your row, so the default css is not applied anymore – http://screencast.com/t/f8HmkfXEAe and using the row settings add your own background color.

If you just want to remove the black background and leave it by default, just remove import_video_slider_bg extra class from the row.

Well, yes that site menu loads faster than our demo, but that does not mean it takes 2 seconds to load as you mentioned above. If your site loads slower than our demo, then there is a problem on your end that needs addressing, if not, then this is the way our theme works.

Our css is not the biggest one, we found other themes with bigger ones. The css got so complex due to market demand and users don’t want simple themes anymore and the majority of users want a theme that works with a lot of other features. Many large complex themes have one large CSS file for better caching, while some others break it down into 4-6 other files. Our choice is one file for better performance and it can be minified.
We also have worked on this and now the woocommence style is in a different file which is loaded only when woocommerce plugin is active and also the demo styles were removed, each demo has its own file.
So if you want to remove some code from style.css you are free to do this if you have some basic experience. The specific css related to the post templates contain the unique class for each one for example:
– .td-post-template-default – for default post style/template
– .td-post-template-1 – post style/template 1
– .td-post-template-2 – post style/template 2
and so on

Menus load instantly in our theme. You most likely have a plugin conflict affecting the menu. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files.
Then test the menu again.
