I specify once again that we are currently using the Theme “Newspaper – Aramis Pro” whose demo link is: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_aramis_pro/.

The width of the Header on which there is the Logo and the Menus is a little short (see the limit represented by the “Yellow” Line on the following screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/WIxI9SR) compared to the limit of the body content of the page represented on the same screenshot by the “Blue” Line.

So, we want to widen the Header Width a bit so that it is adjusted to the same width of the body content of the page represented in “Blue“.

So, how can we widen the Header Width a little bit so that it reaches the “Blue” line of the screenshot so that it has the same width limit as the body of the Page ???

Hello, I’ve read the support threads but I wanted to make my own.

I’ve used this theme on several different sites and this is the first site I’ve ever encountered the theme panel not saving. And I’ve used the same hosting company before.

I installed the theme demo of newsmag but without the content, so the design only. Then I am using WPBakery Page Builder. I use the wpbakery page builder on this theme and have never had issues before.

It says there’s a yellow icon and the memory limit is 40 and it suggests 256.

Already deactivated plugins and did suggestion with wordfence, both deactivating it completely and setting it on learning mode.

My questions are:
Is the memory limit the issue? And I need to increase the memory to 256?

If I call the hosting company, what specifically do I ask them to change in regards to this issue?

Am editat un articol (acesta) şi după salvarea lui apare o porţiune de text în fiecare articol de pe blog (nu și pe pagini). Curios, dar atunci când deschid orice articol pentru editare, textul de mai jos nu apare nicăieri. Şi nici când accesez blogul de pe telefon. Hi, I’m building my website off of this pre built template (https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_gossip_pro/) and I want to change the main red color to another color. I have attempted to do this in Theme panel > theme colors – but it looks like the colors have remained all red and nothing has changed. Is there a way to replace all the red theme color to the new color i’d like to change it to. Thank you for your help!

I installed the Newspaper Template as a child theme with the Default PRO Demo here:

When I want to edit the Header Template – Default Pro with the TagDiv Composer an error occurs:

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Error at zones: 6(models) : 0(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)

What can I do here?

I’ve tried this in 3 different browsers, logged in, logged out, there is something fishy going on.

1. I duplicated the cloud template:
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_shop_vintage_choppers_store/product/diplomatic-tt/
and gave it another name.

2. I went into edit the duplicated template and changed the “featured image” at the top and all the other photos. That is all.

RESULT:

A normal logged-out visitor will not see the “featured image” at the top. All other photos changed will load regularly. However, if I’m logged into wordpress, the image appears.

If I choose to apply the original cloud template, everything works (as logged-out visitor). But if that image is changed, it will not load.

I used the “page inspector” tool to see if it was defined while logged-out, and it was. It’s in the code. But it doesn’t show.

What could be the problem? I’ve ran out of ideas and places to look.

I installed the magazine pro demo without including the content. There is a Login / Join section in the demo header.
I also bought the Ultimate Membership Pro plugin. When visitors click sign in and join, I want to redirect to the page created with the ultimate membership pro plugin.

How can I do that?

The images in the most popular part are circular. where is this setting if I want to make it square or rectangular?

Hi there!

After updating my Theme to the current version, I observed that the layout, in live mode, changes on mobile and even on desktop sometimes. Since I did not edit any PHP scripts or touched the backend of the theme, I did not expect anything to affect the layout at least. Whereas the layout is as expected to be as the original demo in production or edit mode (see ), it is not the same in live mode (see a screenshot of layout on desktop and a screenshot of the same layout on mobile device ).

2. Another weird issue on mobile device: The correct layout both on desktop/device is as seen here . However, when you click any of the footer menu links e.g., About Us, the link does not display the page, instead, it displays this . I am not sure why the footer menu is displayed again instead of the requested page. This issue does not affect the website on desktop view. For the record, I did not create nor assigned any mobile page as I do not find it necessary.

3. In trying to resolve the issues above, especially issue 2, I explored the Mobile Theme Panel which I guess came with the new theme version. Under Footer, I see

. I am confused with these two because I only have one Footer named td-demo-footer-menu. I expected this footer to be the main Footer instead, it appears under Sub-Footer. Because it is the only footer I have, I enabled the

SHOW SUB-FOOTER

button. Currently, the

SHOW FOOTER

button for the main FOOTER is not enabled, and I think it may be an issue as well. Because I am confused, I have left it as it is hope you will assist with clarification and the way out to resolve the whole issue. I believe the issues I have explained in 1 and 2 stem from here. I hope my query is clear. Thanks for your kind assistance.
