Hi,
my website blog.tecnomusic-evolution.com is slow and i think it may be caused by the theme itself.
I checked with siteground that this is not a server issue, also, Google PageSpeed Insights says the slow loading is due to the theme code. I was wondering if there were ways to make the website load faster by using theme optimizations.

Please provide information on the required hosting specification that can quickly launch a NEWSMAG website for year 2021.
I’m also interested in whether you think pages will work faster if they are created in a TAGDiv composer, or through a Barkly editor.
In the previous period, we tried a couple of times to create pages in the TAGDiv composer, but it didn’t end happily, whether because of editor bugs, hosting or something else, I don’t know.
I seem to be facing 3 problems with newspaper theme.
1. The sidebar doesn’t appear on implementation of single post cloud library templates despite it being there in the template itself.
2. The LCP in speed test for mobile site is above 3 despite image compression and google will sooner or later have an issue with it.
3. Third is a request for a custom code to darken the subtitle text on mobile theme. I see an option to increase its weight in desktop version settings but not in mobile theme. So will appreciate a css code for that.
In order to make the site faster, I was trying to shift my post template to a cloud one so i could disable the standard pack as advised by tagdiv documentation but unfortunately i can’t seem to find a way to reduce the post from full width to one with a sidebar. For e.g. the default pro post for default newspaper theme has most popular posts on the sidebar with an ad box above. But when I implement it as a default post it goes full width minus the sidebar and i end up seeing the side bar content on top of my post while scrolling up and down on an article

After some research and some discussions with our developers this in fact is not an issue.
The images will remain saved so they can be served faster to the users, instead of waiting for the API to pull the images, the last 3-4 images will come from your website.
Our developers are working on updating this and making it better but it will still remain most likely the same.

Last year I spent a lot of time optimizing my site (cache, optimizing images, etc). After a lot of work, the site became a lot quicker and this was also reflected in speed scores, etc. This was probably about 2 months ago (last update) and now the site seems a lot slower again. I have an unlimited plan with my hosting so it can’t be that but it seems like my pages are taking up to 6-7 seconds to load.
I have been a customer of tagDIV for about 3 years now and love what the theme has to offer. I would love for a developer can take a closer look at my theme and make the necessary changes to make the website faster. I talked to my hosting and they said the issue is related to the theme setup.

I recently moved to a faster and more responsive hosting service. I ported the site over to the new host using their migration tool but because the Theme was originally installed on a different server it seems to be missing some data.
I am unable to use the TagDiv Composer without running a plugin called jQuery Migrate Helper.
jQuery Migrate Helper is a temporary solution and I am having all kinds of warnings on the WP dashboard as a result.
The site looks OK from the front end and seems to be performing OK, but I would like to find a solution to this issue.
I’m a complete novice running a non-profit website. I don’t mind paying for a new install if that’s what it takes, but with almost 6000 posts I would really hate to lose everything and start over from new.

I am wondering if there is any other follow-up to this final question about autoloaded data because I’ve run into the same situation.
My total db is about 1.3GB and td_011_settings accounts for about 0.8 GB of that.
If I could safely turn off the autoloaded data, it seems like the database might run faster.
My site is using Cloud Library. In the wp_options I see some larger items such as widget_td_block_21_widget and widget_td_block_7_widget. Those blocks are no longer used on the site. Do you think I could safely remove these from the database?

This has to be checked manually unfortunately. You will have to go using tagDiv Composer, or the browsers inspector tool and see where those fonts are loaded. In my opinion the inspector should help you work it out faster.

I am trying to speed-up my Website and want to generate a critical CSS.
When applying the critical CSS the website is a lot faster.
Unfortunately, at the same time Google PageSpeed Insights sees an increase in CLS.
The Value rises from near 0 to a plain 1. Everything above 0,25 is already seen as a very bad user experience.
Going to the diagnoses it shows me that “<div id=”td-outer-wrap” class=”td-theme-wrap”>” is responsible for the whole content-shift. Is there any workaround for the critical CSS so that there won’t be any content shift?
I am using the Plugin WP-Rocket but had similar results when using Asset CleanUp.

To make the website faster on mobile, you can use the mobile theme plugin.
Unfortunately the page speed is a custom request, is not covered by support teem.

Dear @Amit you always such great tips to get Newspaper Theme faster. I did everything that was possible (Page Speed is now 94/99 without AdSense) but I have a big problem with the Largest Contentful Paint (the new ranking factor). It’s pending between 2,3 and 3,1 seconds since the last Google Core Update. Most of the time the LCP is over 2,5 seconds and I get the information that I have to improve my sites. But should I do? A test with GMetrix has shown that there are a lot of fonts, CSS and JS is loaded. I have disabled all Google Fonts.
Which part of the theme causes the large LCP?

Im not on apache or nginx, Im on litespeed which is much faster and better protected against DDOS. What issues occur if it stays on 1000?

This CMS is to my own proyect and i bought this becuse i like so much and i think this is the best way to be faster if i try to develop by my own knowledge 3 or 4 months of work, but if i want sell your license to my customers i need to fix this.

If the cloud library is that much light weight and faster, wouldn’t it be an option to simply make all layouts available through cloud library, to avoid us using the version which pretty much slows down heavily? From what I’ve seen, not all elements from some themes, for example SayWhat theme, are available in the library?
Also any other tip what I could do to avoid the bad performance with standard pack? I’m running it on a 32GB RAM, E5-1650v3 CPU ( 6 cores / 21 threads ), 2x240GB SSD + RAID-1 server with dedicated up/down line, so I think it’s fair to say it should be more than enough ressource wise.
