Please let me know what template you use for posts, if you use a template from Theme Panel, then you need to enable the Post View from Post Settings -> Post and Custom Post Types -> Show Post Views (also, you can let enable for Single Post Template).
Also, I recommend creating the sidebar like in this article https://forum.tagdiv.com/sidebars-tutorial/ and you can use Flex Block.

For the cloud/pro post templates, you should access the post, edit it with the tagdiv Composer and add, customize the element called “Flex Block” as in this video: https://www.screencast.com/t/iHnNCerv

1. If you want to display a block with the same article on top, then you should use a cloud template, add a flex block and set the ID of the post as filter. Please make sure you do not have any offset.

2. I think you are referring to a table of content. Unfortunately, we do not have any tested table of contents plugin with our theme.
You can test/use a plugin which is suitable for your needs, but please take care for a future plugin conflict.

Unfortunately, the filter from our theme is apply on entire block/grid, it can not be set only for one module from that block/grid. Also, the theme do not have a pin option, to make a post sticky, you need to set it’s id on block filter.
Now if you want to make a grid with one posts pin and resto of them normally, you can
set a row and set it in 2 columns -> https://i.imgur.com/hfOkQUH.png then in left section set the pin article by setting in filter section of block the post id -> https://i.imgur.com/lXMTg9i.png -> https://i.imgur.com/rAmxj8I.png the post id can be take from here -> https://i.imgur.com/yI1tcL4.png -> https://i.imgur.com/MPDXCTE.png then in the other column set a block that you like, for example this grid -> https://i.imgur.com/TyBSZaB.jpg

I just checked your website and the flex structure do not look normal. For this I have a few suggestions. Please disable all tagDiv plugins, delete them and reinstall the plugins from Newspaper > plugins.
Make a test using only the tagDiv theme plugins, also if you have set some custom code, please remove it. In case that you use child theme, please set the main theme.
If the problem persist, what you can do is to use pa page revision

Also, if you have more blocks on pages, then the time will be longer because each block is searching in database using sql_calc_found_rows so, the more blocks you use more requests will be make.
Also, if you are using ajax filter on blocks -> https://i.imgur.com/baEwDLe.jpg, this will also request access to database.
If you check all those, then you should get some improvements!

A solution is to create a category named “Sponsored” and set it on the post as a parent category, you can set the filer in the block to display the sponsored posts.

In related block that is using the flex block 4 there should be 3 inline posts, but something somethin is interfering and one is above the first one.
What I can suggest is to set another flex block 4 under that one and set the filter on it to see if this is look the same or not. If the problem persist, then please add this stronger css in the theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/8RPT00C.png
