The message you get is quite common with WordPress. In most cases it can be easily fixed.

For example – https://wordpress.org/support/topic/the-link-you-followed-has-expired/
In that case the max upload size was limited, increasing it solved the problem. Usually this is the main cause.

Check this guide carefully and make modifications if needed

If everything is set properly there should be no problem. Contact your hosting provider if needed and ask them to make changes as the guide suggests.

This error occurs because the theme’s core files have not been correctly overwritten or due to a bad theme install. I suggest you make a new theme install, probably to another sub-domain for testing via FTP way, according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/

Please install the theme via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case. Usually, we do not recommend to install the theme via Envato Toolkit because might appears some issues. Remove all of these, clear all the caches and check again the results. Also, if the problem is still there, please try to update the theme to the latest version of the theme via FTP way and check the results.
