Please keep in mind that our custom ads were not changed and all of them should work as properly in our latest version of the theme. I suggest you do a new clean install from scratch via FTP with the latest version of it and also, you should install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins.

If the install was done properly, there should not be any error. If there is one, please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.

I did the update via ftp and there were no issues whatsoever, a quick look at those comments (they are open btw) and I would imagine they are on very poor hosting plans that are timing out or can’t handle the file size. There are no missing files.
It seems the most common problem is that when you download the theme it is in a zip file along with other files that shouldn’t be installed. You have to extract all the files and locate the included zip file that is the actual theme. As far as ftp settings, I used FileZilla, entered my wp login and copied over to the server. Hope this helps.
Just bought the theme two days ago as well and I get the following error as well:

I have tried uploading and installing using WP, FTP client and through cpanel and all 3 ways are not working for me.

My advice is to make a new clean install from scratch with the latest version of the theme. You should re-download the latest version of the theme which is now available on Theme Forest and install it via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard. 2. Unfortunately our theme does not support RTL language. You can translate it to Arabic and you can change the wordpress language to Arabic as well and the general direction will be reversed. Unfortunately our theme elements will require customization in order to position properly in rtl . For this it is recommended to hire a developer if you do not have the coding skills necessary.

To be safe, please try to make a full backup to your database, delete the old theme and install it again via FTP with only required plugins which come bundled with the theme packet. Notice that the theme should have to work as properly in default state because it was tested and until now we have not encountered any bad reports in this regard, sorry! Try to make a new fresh install, clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the result. First of all, please try to remove all untested plugins, leave just only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there, try to make a new clean install via FTP, load a new video on your desired section and check the results. It should work as properly. I suspect your issue happens due to your configuration of your theme, untested plugins used by your or other additional customizations which might damage the theme layout. Revert the theme to the default state and see what is happening.

Unfortunately, I do not know what type of changes you want to do, sorry! Also, please notice that this file is part of the theme and it should be in theme packet, as well. Otherwise, you should make a new clean install with the theme via FTP and check the folders. If you do not have good coding skills and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take for your desired changes, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

Hi, I just purchase theme, following steps to install via ftp. All ok, but when I install revslider.zip and activate it, I get this message in backend: The plugin generated 211 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.
and on front: Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias newspaper-politics not found.
