This behavior happens due that I suppose you have not installed properly the theme. First of all, before each update, you should make a full backup to save all your data. Then you have to remove your old theme and replace it with the newest one. This process should have been done only via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard, in order to bring the best results. Install only the plugins which come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting between theme core and some untested plugins. I have a problem with theme panel. My theme version is 1.5 and I try to update to 3, but each time I have a lot of errors.
I use FTP to update the theme and updated all my plugins before.

I guess that you want to change your actual website with our theme, like Newsmag, right? First of all, you should make a full back-up for you data to avoid the way for losing this and then you have to remove the actual theme and replace it with our theme via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard. If you have your content which should be loaded in your database, you will have to import the demo without content because the theme will recognize your content from another theme which should be loaded in your database. If you are using an older version of WordPress, please check your panel and you will see a warning to update the WP to the latest version. The default theme behaviour, in this case, is to display the background image for category page and for articles which are included in this category. Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme, updated via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard and also, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of them and install only that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins.
If the problem is still there, please provide more details about the issue, provide some useful screenshots where to explain the issue and also, you can provide the website so we can further inspect it closer.

People get this error when the update is not done properly or they have custom modifications made. Please make a clean install of the new version by following this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Please restore all modifications you made to the theme, and switch to the main theme if you use a child theme. I made our website by using Newpaper 7 Theme (Version 7.5)
A strange thing happened to us.
As often as it connects by using smartphone, front Page is changing randomly.
(PC version didn’t find this problem)
it sometimes loads resposive page, it sometimes mobile page.
Two pages turn alternatively every loading.

Hi Guys, I was using Newspaper 7.0 and then I updated to 7.2… And now I know that one of my categories is not working… It’s getting this error: wp booster error:
Missing module: search… MIssing loop.php… tb_api.php etc….
I’ve updated to 7.5 and the error still exist… I deleted all the whole theme… upload via FTP… Put the license… The theme is working fine the problema is only about one Category….
Could you help, please. I loved this theme and I dont want lost it..

Sometimes your WP setup times out or has permissions issue due to hosting setup.
Try deleting the old theme via FTP or your admin filemanager from hosting setup.
FTP always best way to update themes to ensure all files updated properly!
Issue with your WP install permissions or timeout.
Need to remove old folder via FTP or your hosting panel.
i updated the theme properly using http://ftp..also cleared all cache ,cdn
the theme fonts section,ads section are affected, every options value on those page shows as -1
