Just bought the theme, I chose NEWSPAPER WEEK PRO https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_week_pro/ as a pre-built template, I tried to upload a logo but that “Newsweek” header just won’t go away.
How do I add my logo to this template?

I bought Newspaper for the first time today.
There is a lot to look forward to in the future.

I have a question about setting up after purchase.

01. The header is strange

The width has been widened and the menus look weird.

02. login
Currently, the input field on the menu does not match the situation in Korea.

[your username -> email ] How can I change it?
Is there a social login function in Newspaper? (If there is, does Naver Kakao in Korea also support it?)

03. How to use Newspaper Builder
This is the first time using Newspaper Builder, so there are difficulties in using it. Do you have a how-to guide or something? If you have a video, can you share it?

Also, how can I import or create layouts from other themes in the Reel NEWS theme I selected?

Hi! On my website I’m not able to set the header background to the right size. I created several images of different sizes 1068×145, 1068×221, 1146×146, 2292×292, 2040×221 but every time I upload the image, it appears grainy and extended to the logo part but shouldn’t be because I chose the header style 3. I also tried, with every img, all the settings I have: full height, cover, contain, but the problem is always the same. Someone had the same problem?

The posts does not open! Only the header is visible, but there is no content. What could be the problem? Latest wordpress and updated theme Newspaper Version: 12.1.1

PS. When I’m logged in as admin, I don’t even see the admin bar at the top of the posts page.

PS2. Which file is used to display posts in the pre-built theme History of Newspaper theme?

Visually, site doesn’t look quite right.

Initially, tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library didn’t show up under appearance > install plugins, or standard plugins menu. I deactivated all plugins, then the newspaper menu took me through installation of both plugins. They now show up in the standard plugins library, but do not seem to be working as I have shortcode on front end of site instead of expected content.

I am trying to place an ad on a categorie page. However, every time I go to save it only saves the header and footer and nothing else. Just to be clear.. I can add the ad box and place the image and link inside but it will not save

Can you let me know where I may be going wrong?

Is it possible to lock the header from being edited while editing a page? I have accidentally deleted part of my header twice now and would like to avoid it from happening again.

I know you can lock Blocks in Gutenberg, but not sure if Tagdiv has that option.

Ich kann im Tagdiv Composer keine Templates in meine Seite laden. Wenn ich ein Header Template laden will, wähle ich eines auf der Templateseite aus und klicke auf importieren. Die Auswahlbox Importieren Ja oder Nein erscheint jedoch nicht und ich kann den Import nicht bestätigen. Können Sie mir weiterhelfen?

I’ve tried changing the colours in Newspaper > Theme panel > General Theme colours. I want the main desktop nav bar background colour to be blue, but it is stuck on a hot pink colour (#ea2e2e).

I’ve tried changing the colour in the CSS, but due to the below code being present at root level, the nav bar keeps showing the hot pink colour on load, before changing to navy blue.

I’ve tried downloading and searching through the theme files for ‘background-color:#ea2e2e !important;’ but I can’t find anywhere in the code where this css is written.

I messed up playing around with TagDiv settings. I had a header that included my site’s logo and the lead advertisement. I tried to get the current header setting in Cloud Templates but to no avail. Which predominates the tagDiv or the theme panel settings for Newspaper.

I want to use Google Analytics and copied the tracking code into <head></head> (Appearance –> Theme File Editor –> Newspaper Theme Files –> header.php) but it doesn’t work.

I can’t find the tracking code copied in <head></head> when I check the source of my website.

Could you please tell me how to add the code inside <head></head> of the Newspaper Theme?
