Do I need to add my Facebook pixel and analytics codes in the header again?
i deleted a section and element but the css code still there
i even added new section and deleted the old one but still wont change.

i’ve followd your instructions below but when i click on the header, i don’t see “row stretch”, i only see “Zone specific parameters – display – default”
the footer is set to “row stretch – default” but its still wide and not boxed…
If you want to make the website boxed, you need to have set a background image/color from Theme Panel -> Background => https://i.imgur.com/i2qlhzX.png and Theme Panel -> Theme Colors => https://i.imgur.com/h808nlK.png and enable the option to make the background boxed layout. Hi all, I would appreciate any help as I can’t seem to figure this out.
Basically I just want my black menu bar and the white row underneath to be the same length. As you can see from where I’ve circled, the black menu/header is currently shorter.
Is there a way to stretch the header menu to reach the row below? OR is there a way to shorten the row below it to match? Thanks

Most of the time when this is happing, this code is not correctly set somewhere in the theme.

A, B) You can do this for responsive version only if a cloud templates it is used or the mobile theme plugin, unfortunately with the standard header templates it is not possible. For a cloud template, all you need to do is to edit the header (for this you can edit the homepage) select the mobile view port and set the menu that you want to be used on mobile -> https://i.imgur.com/TWLzEAr.png -> https://i.imgur.com/zkBWXfA.png
1) The menu on the standard header can be changed from the theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/sJotuYE.png and from appearance > menu -> https://i.imgur.com/LaLCw4D.png
2) Indeed this can be done only with a cloud header and it can be edited/set like in above example.

I watched your video re making transparent header but it stays white for some reason. I set to overlay, changed the row BG to transparent in both the header section and the menu row.

Our goal is to…,
A) To replace the menu from the Main menu to Mobile menu when visitors access the website with Mobiles.
B) We really do not use the cloud template, since we conclude that the basic template = standard pack is the most reliable and stable template and easy to customize. We are not sure how we can change the header template and apply it for ALL pages including pages which are NOT edited by TDC.
1) How can we change the menu for ALL pages?
2) How can we replace (change) the menu from Main menu to Mobile menu? It seems it has no setting of like “hidden” or “replace” selection.
To solve this matter, we assume that we need to use “cloud header template”, still though we are not sure the way to change it.

The header has CPT format, but I believe that the condition is running only for the content if is header or footer is possible to not recognize it.
Now if you can provide a link with an example (with to have set the code in header and content to see how it is working) maybe we can understand why this is happening.

After a few days of peace, the css gets crazy again.
It happened when we uploaded a new post.
I found it could be the host problem (Siteground) so I installed the siteground optimizer. It solved the problem.
But now the header dropdown menu stops to work.

I am now looking for the way to add a “mobile menu” WITHOUT using the plugin “Mobile theme”.
This plugin (= Mobile theme) is not suitable and does not display as we wish.
To adjust the website with default style + standard pack is the best way to customizing the design (= with CSS).
I do notice that we can change the mobile menu by installing the plugin.
Still, we do not wish to install this and do some more work on mobile. = the default style is the best.
Therefore, I would like to know if there is any way to change the menu ONLY mobile WITHOUT installing the mobile theme.
Creating the menu for Mobile + adding “mobile menu” on the menu list of WP (with Header Menu, Footer Menu and Top Header Menu). This will be a normal way to do it so.

Hi Guys, I use custom shortcodes to render conditional elements in tagDiv Composer such as category-specific web banners. These custom shortcodes are placed inside the text column shortcode as recommended by you in an earlier support ticket.
The shortcodes I’ve registered fetch a template part, inside which is a conditional statement to check the current category which then displays the relevant web banner shortcode. So my shortcode is a conditional loop file which checks the cat and returns an ad space using do_shortcode(‘[show_ad_space_1]’);
My shortcodes work fine when placed anywhere inside the main body container in tagDiv Composer but when trying to add them to the header template they don’t seem to render, and no ads are shown.
Is there anything which would stop them from working inside the header of the website?

These features are new, and we haven’t uploaded the new CPT templates yet.
Yes, you can use the element called “Page title” for the category header if you mean this and style it in the composer as you like.
If you mean the category of the CPT, then this feature will be available in the next update.
We need to check this issue. Maybe there is something wrong with your permalinks.

As I can see the problem with the text that is displayed when the submenu is opened it is related to an opacity/transparency that was been set on the submenu element. Or maybe you set a custom css somewhere -> https://i.imgur.com/8Trjpvg.png
Now if you do not find the css option you can use this custom css:
body .tdb_header_menu {
z-index: 9999!important;
}
This need to be set in the theme panel > custom code> custom css.
Also, when you set a row it will display with green in the place where it can be set and it also display if is in the content, footer or header. You can simply drag and drop the elements from the header in the content section.

Header main menu doesn’t show categories well in New Hub Theme

I customized the categories on New Hub Theme. The Header main menu that it should be in this way:

And when I click show me all the post from the categories.
But when I changed the categories in “post–>categories” and next add the categories on “theme panel –> categories”
Don’t show me the images and when I click on the categories don’t take me to the categories post.
