Hello,

Please access the theme panel under the header section and check the logos there. You probably did not add a mobile logo https://www.screencast.com/t/8q6Mb1UFk

Thank you!

If you want only a Header Image background, notice that you should load your image from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/2ZImkvYhTd

Is it possible to create a Header-Area between the Header and The Posts where one could use Widgets for Gallerries, Sliders or any other Widget.

Any CSS code will be welcome if the option is not there in the Theme.

looks better, but my image has the exact width and height of that header part and now it floats somewhere underneath the menu.
If I change the top-value to the height of the menu part it looks fine, but of course it doesn’t look good for tablet/mobile.
What can I do about that?

Hello Catalin,

Thanks for your answer. However, I am not looking for an image background, but for an image as a header, like in the Nature Love theme. https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_nature/

I really hope you can help.
Many thanks

Hello,

This post is regarding this URL: https://plankebord.dk

The H1 on the home page is in the header. Is it possible to move it?

Hi,

The background color of the header can be set in the theme panel, also the header menu and sticky menu background color
https://www.screencast.com/t/w1LF7D4w
https://www.screencast.com/t/0Fynig9t
Maybe those settings would be sufficient for what you want to do.

If that image is the logo, you can set a logo for desktop and a different one for mobiles

Thanks

Hi,

I could take a look, that could be done by reducing the padding between the menu items. Also note that the header menu space can be stretched if you have many menu items

Thanks

Hi there,

I am using header style 10.

I would like the color behind my logo and the main menu to be #222222.

I have inserted the following css in the custom code section, but it is not adjusting the color of the sticky menu which is still black. What code do I need to ensure that is #222222 too?

.td-logo {
background-color: #222222;
}

.td-main-logo {
background-color: #222222;
}

.td-header-sp-logo {
background-color: #222222;
}

Also, on my homepage I would like to display a different image on the mobile version to the desktop version (I would like a large banner at the top of the page that when viewed on mobile would fill the whole screen). This is the image I am wanting to use for desktop: http://www.thesitdowncomedian.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/1920x1080v6.jpg but when viewed on mobile it is too small to read so I would like to insert a different image that fills the whole screen. What code (and where should I insert it) do I need to achieve this?

Cheers

Hello gocciolo,

Please keep in mind that’s the default source code of our theme. If you will deeply check, there you will see all the required resources which are loaded (header, footer, CSS, js)

Thanks for your understanding!

Hi,

There aren’t that many ad spots in the theme, for example the header has only one ad spot
https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-ads-adsense/
Same for the footer section. In the page content and sidebar you can use the 5 custom ad spots with ad boxes, but header and footer are limited to 1.
If you require more ads maybe there are some plugins that can insert ads, you could search for them and try some.

Thanks

Hello edgardcarrijo,

You should edit the header.php core files and add your code between these tags from here
-> https://www.screencast.com/t/OJHSHA3hRfp9

Thanks for your understanding!

So it started showing up images by itself after a while? For me after updating the code to the pastebin one, it shows only the “Follow us on Instagram” header.

I have a lot more ads that I would like to display in the header, footer, and side bar. Do you have recommendations on how I should go about adding the ads? I want to add two more ads in the header and have a side bar widget with up to 10 small square banner ads.

The image doesn’t stay in the header when I scroll. Is there a way I can get it to?

I see the header ad is not displaying on desktop as well
http://prntscr.com/jzhetc

I found this useful guide about DFP
https://code.tutsplus.com/tutorials/introduction-to-google-dfp-debugging-ad-delivery–cms-25045
Upon checking that post page as suggested in the guide, there are some warnings
http://prntscr.com/jzhhk3
http://prntscr.com/jzhi8z
Maybe you can investigate further and check what those warnings mean exactly.

Hello TechieBraj,

Notice that our theme does not have any such a certain size for header and footer images. Our recommendation is to use HD images if you want to achieve better theme results.

Thanks for your understanding!

Okay. I need to use a predefined template then. Is there a way I can customize the predefined template 8 to show the category image as a simple background of td-category-header and not as a background?

The title could be remove only for that page with CSS, by using the page ID. For example on a test page
https://www.screencast.com/t/KaWd6Q2m

.page-id-XXX .td-page-header .td-page-title {
display: none;
}
