I am trying to change a graphic in the header and I am unable to find it in any of the options in the left panel in the admin.

The graphic is not the NOW logo but the we.png with has the text “YOU’LL BE THE JUDGE”

The category tag can be disabled for each theme module. You can see what modules that grid uses in this guide (module MX9 si MX10)

I don’t quite understand what you want to add to to the grid. If you mean a post excerpt that is not possible with a grid. Only blocks can display excerpts. It could be added but with some modifications only

A button in the header can be added , you would have to use a multi-purpose header style

At the time the demo was created the them did not have the option to set a header background image. So it was set in the demo stylesheet

In order to set your own, please remove that highlighted code from the demo stylesheet. Then the background you set in the theme panel will apply

The combination of reducing the height of the post header and the code from above produced that result.
The title is visible only partly, you could try reducing the margin-bottom in the code from above to a smaller value. Then the title would be more visible

We used some css to make the body font in all of our posts (on mobile) a couple sizes larger, and with doing that we feel all the headers throughout the posts need to be a little larger too. We use the H1, H2, and H3 throughout all of our posts, and we would just like to increase the font sizes (globally) of those to look better with the larger body text on mobile.

We made a few tests on some available iOS and also Android phones, for us the post background image loads no matter how many times we tried

The post page does not have any errors that could be causing this problem as well. This template would be somewhat complex with the post header parallax effect, but that should not affect the loading of the featured image background on all devices.

1. Do you use any caching or CDN? If possible try without any of these as a quick test. How the website loads could be affected by such services. You can check the live theme demo, see how it loads

2. From what I can see you use stretched rows with blocks. The images may look blurry, the same thumbnails will be used, as in a non-stretched row.
You could use the flex block which allow you to choose a thumbnails size, this would be more suited for full width. Or use Full big grids

If you use WPBakery page builder for your website, remember to deactivate the tagDiv composer after you update. When both these page builders are active there could be problems with some elements.

Indeed, this header style together with a sticky menu logo may not produce the best results. I will add this on our list and our team will take a look to see what can be done about it. Sorry for this inconvenience.
You could either remove the logo when sticky and keep using the header style, or try another one.

For the text color of the menu item there is no theme panel setting. But it could be done with some CSS.
I see you currently have two menu items in the header menu. You want to change the text color when hovered or active. This would be a similar topic you can try

Hello,
I have some questions regarding css features on Newspaper in my site (www.topensandoemviajar.com). Maybe you can help me:
1. When the homepage loads, it appears the the html is loading before css. Why?
2. The images on homepage appears to be low res when I use large screens.
3. Sometimes when I reload the site, a blank space appears between menu and big picture. I inspected the element and it shows like this:
