You do not need to use a child theme as you can specify widfth and height with custom css you can use in the theme panel:
.td-header-style-12 .td-main-menu-logo img {
max-height: 120px!important;
width: 220px;
height: 120px;
}
Please edit these values to your logo size.

This field is controlled by the Seo Yoast Plugin. If you want to have the same option to add some media for each category header you have to install Seo Yoast plugin.

You can always use css to hide the header and footer for a specific page like so:
.page-id-147 .td-header-wrap, .page-id-147 .td-footer-wrapper,
.page-id-147 .td-sub-footer-container{
display:none!important
}
You will need to change the page id in the code to your own.

If you want to decrease the height of the main menu gradient, you have to use a bit of CSS code to do that. Please try the code below and add it in Theme panel->Custom CSS code area.

Different header styles use different logo sizes. Unfortunately the theme has no settings for image dimensions. If you want to control the logo dimensions, you need to use a header style that displays the full logo. This way the image you upload will be displayed full size without re-sizing.

Some plugins actually require their javascript to be rendered in the header. That is why speedbooster was made compatible with known plugins as it may create conflicts such as this.

Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option to add another subheader menu under the main menu, sorry! Please try to find some plugins with this functionality and see how it works for you. Also, if you do not find any plugins for what you want and if you want to display more levels in our theme and you are not aware the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to do this for you because we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry!

1,3 -> I have added these kinds of suggestions to our list of updates. In a future update, it is possible to implement them but we cannot say for sure if it will get done in the next update because we have a big list of fixes, improvements and suggestions to implement. It’s hard to filter them and select which one gets implemented now and which one gets postponed. The developers decide if it gets done or not, though. Until we can do it, you can try to use a plugin with these functionalities.
