Hi,
If you want to update the theme, you should download the latest version of it from Theme Forest account and download it.

I recommend that you update the theme manually https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ via FTP/cPanel/File Manager, also if possible disable extra plugins during the theme update to avoid any problems that may arise and make sure that you have activated the tagDiv Standard pack plugin to keep the website’s look. You can try to update the theme on a staging website.
After you update the theme, you need to update the theme plugins too.
In the worst cases, the settings in the theme panel may be lost (there have been isolated cases), in these cases, after the theme plugins that were previously used are activated, you will have to use a backup for the theme panel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/

Our news blog are implementing TTS feature (text to speech). We would like to check, how to create a custom post type for post that have this function enabled. We might need to have some indicator like a listen icon on featured image or before post headline on homepage, to all news modules.
Or, can we assign custom post template to news tag?

Hi, I have a very big problem!!!!
I have a homepage created. Google does not index the page because there is no mobile one. I’m getting this error when creating a mobile page. It doesn’t matter if it is copying the content or not. It’s still the same.
How to fix it? Message and screen below.

Thank you for your answer. There are also such URLS with the templates that I don’t use anymore. Is there any way I could delete these templates/URLs? Or should I redirect these URLs to homepage, instead?
Hello, in the newspaper theme (I’ve a license associated to another account, I’ve email you to have istructions on how to assign that license to that account), when from the AMP plugin I select that I want to load AMP version on homepage, then when I visit the homepage it does an infinite loading loop and never loads. How can I fix? I’ve no custom code.

Please, the tagDiv team, add a way for the latest Google Web Stories posts to appear on the home page.
Currently, most of our visitors are visitors to Google Web Stories, not articles, so we hope that Google Web Stories can appear on the main page of our website.
We heard that Last year, Astra Template integrated Google Web Stories so that it could appear on the homepage.
In the post: https://rockmyfaith.wpengine.com/?p=187, a featured video is set, however on the homepage does not show the thumbnail of the video. Please advise.

Hi Calin,
I have made the changes as per your suggestions and able to get the best performance stats.
But, the main problem remains unsolved. I am still not getting the mobile page layout to work in sync, every time there is different layout loads sometimes the responsive version of the homepage and sometimes the mobile page layout.
I am really worried about why it is failing to load the mobile page layout every time.
Please help here.

Hello, I’ve a Newspaper license, I’m waiting instructions on how to switch it from another account to this one.
I don’t understand that much how should I work with the responsive options, and the mobile theme.
I’ve built an homepage with the tagdiv composer. I set things like “columns width”=50%. Now if I resize the window from PC, on smaller window it looks bad. If I enter from mobile, it loads the mobile them.
In order to have my website work 100% with any screen resolution, screen resize etc., should I edit the options of ALL ROWS/COLUMNS/ELEMENTS for ALL the 4 viewport that appear on the top of the tagdiv composer siderbar?

The homepage on awn.com/dev has a blog list and custom pagination can you please look into this and want to place an ad banner after every 5 posts? I am using the advanced ads pro version.

I checked, all the required plugins are installed and enabled… The issue I’m having right now is just the Mobile Homepage, no matter what I do to fix it, it’s displaying the Desktop site, all other mobile pages are working just fine. I have tried disabling and re-enabling the tagDiv Mobile Theme several times, sometimes it fixes it temporarily, other times it just won’t work. Please help
Updated to the newest version of Newspaper and it seems to have killed my site.
I now just have a homepage that is a long list of code.

I am using Cloudflare for caching (no other plugin). I have created a mobile page for the homepage of my website – https://www.buzinessbytes.com/
Sometimes it shows the mobile page on the mobile but sometimes it shows the responsive version of the desktop homepage. I have tried disabling the caching from Cloudflare and even purged the cache several times but nothing is working.
Can you help me with any guidelines to make it work or any JavaScript that need not be minified or create any sort of rule in Cloudflare caching?
Can’t leave the site looking like that while waiting for help. I have deleted Newspaper theme and re-installed it. The Mobile theme including the problematic homepage is now displaying Desktop site… I think I can work with that until you find a solution for me
