I am using siteground which according to https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-theme-97/ might have a plugin causing the issue however
1. This issue with all plugins was not a problem on staging
2. On production I disabled all 3 plugins, went into the siteground backend UI and purged cache manually
3. According to siteground , I can’t disable ModSecurity
4. I dont have this file https://imgur.com/yWvbbrt
5. This is not effecting TD composer homepage customization, but all other cloud templates.
6. The staging site still works perfectly, its when I pushed from staging to production that this error happened
It shows the error with different numbers depending on the page tempalte
Errors at columns: 1(models) : 3(dom). The model does not match the content
Error at rows: 1(models) : 2(dom). The model does not match the content
Error at rows: 2(models) : 1(dom). The model does not match the content

Hello!
Thanks to the Cloud Library, you can use any demo’s layout on your website. The Cloud Library lets you install any section, page, or template from other demos. https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-use-tagdiv-cloud-library-templates/
Please note that it is not allowed to use a single template on the homepage. You should install a single template only on a single template and not on any other page.
We recommend using cloud/PRO templates to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer, which contains a lot of functions and features; please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/

Hello!
You can add them in the menu from Dashboard -> Appearance -> Menus. You can drop them in More, and they should display: https://app.screencast.com/s6aRXyXWlkDD7

Hello,
I’m not exactly sure how you want the mobile version to look, but if you want the responsive version to appear, please deactivate the TagDiv Mobile Theme plugin. Once you do that, the changes will show up, because right now I can see that you’re no longer using the mobile theme on posts.
Using our theme, you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/ The option that you need to use; for this , you need to convert the header and footer -> https://www.screencast.com/t/HrjOBNayd to edit with tagdiv Composer.
Suppose you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer. In that case, when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc, so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY.
So, the mobile responsive is what you see when that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
The Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin cannot.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page, you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.
Thank you!
Hello,
You can try to set that code in a test page using column text or raw HTML and check if it works; after you can set it on the homepage.
Thank you!
Thank you so much Anamaria
Is there a way to reset the theme or template for this Homepage and keep the content?
I appreciate you guidance and expertise.
Hello,
I just checked now, and you have disabled the mobile theme from homepage. Do you want to use it? If yes, then please check the logo from Theme Panel -> Mobile theme -> header to have your logo on the posts, categories, etc. -> https://i.imgur.com/YStg9po.png
Thank you!
I was editing my homepage on darrenpriest.ie when suddenly the text and images I was working on vanished. I know they are there: I can edit them and for a moment on loading they float into view but then disappear. I am mystified as to what I have done wrong and would greatly appreciate your help.
I tried on the Cloud homepage template and the page itself. I deactivated the caching plugin and security plugin and purged the hosting cache.
Hello!
Use the shortcode called Ad box and configure your ad into the shortcode’s options.
You can hide it on desktop and tablet viewport and make it visible only on mobile: https://app.screencast.com/ocBb9hWOVZRPs?conversation=hTxKinRUQnBBLCqE2JpJlM
Also, you can build a mobile page, copy homepage content, and add your ads with the help of the Ad box too. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
Thank you!

I’m using the Newspaper theme and I’d like to display ads on the homepage, but only for mobile devices (phones). I want to make sure these ads are not shown on desktop.
I’m using the built-in tagDiv Composer (visual editor), but I can’t figure out how to set this up properly.
Could someone please help me with the best way to do this?
I have uploaded the articles to my website and linked the menu items to the respective categories. However, in some categories, the articles assigned to them are not being displayed, even though they appear correctly on the homepage. In some cases, fewer articles are shown than the actual number published.
I’ve already tried clearing the cache, checking from different devices, and making sure that each article is assigned to the correct category.
My website is http://www.ragazze.media – here’s an example of a category page where articles are not being displayed: https://www.ragazze.media/category/fashion/

First, read carefully and try to understand because I wrote plenty of emails to tagDiv, so don’t have much time to repeat and repeat one thing all the time.
Can you tell me how to enable AJAX Live Search without the help of the tagDiv Cloud Library?
From the last 2 versions of the Newspaper theme, you have disabled (invisible) the “Live Search” ON Button from the Theme Panel.
AJAX Live Search works on mobile and wants to be enabled on desktop.
tagDiv Cloud Library: delete the plugin and reinstall it many times without success.
The main thing is I do not use any kind of Cloud Templates, so maybe I don’t need “tagDiv Cloud Library plugin”.
I don’t use a page for a homepage.
I don’t use the child theme.
Only activated tagdiv plugins with no luck because from the last 2 versions of the Newspaper theme, you have disabled (invisible) the “Live Search” ON Button from the Theme Panel.
tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Mobile Theme, and tagDiv Standard Pack are already installed and activated with no luck for “AJAX Live Search”.
If you want to visit my site: SOFTFULLY.COM
I think I changed the default Admin ID 1 in WordPress a few days ago. That might be why the old ID 1 needs to be updated in the database for the tagDiv Cloud Library plugin to work.
My main purpose is to enable AJAX Live Search on the Desktop without the help of the tagDiv Cloud Library plugin.
You have to guide me to enable “AJAX Live Search” manually from theme or plugin files in any way because I have been struggling past 2 months.
Hello!
Please edit the homepage with the tagDiv Composer, change the color of the article title, or set a featured image for all your posts. Also, try re-adding this block or another one, like flex block one, and see if everything is all right.
If not, then make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and try again.
Thank you!
Hi,
Can you tell me how to enable AJAX Live Search without the help of the tagDiv Cloud Library?
AJAX Live Search works on Mobile and wants to enable it on Desktop.
tagDiv Cloud Library won’t work with the “Tech News” template, so please check on your side.

Yes, the popup modal works from the menu “page” (https://blogmickey.com/flyout-menu/), but not as a menu from my homepage/site pages
Hello!
Go to the Newspaper -> Plugins and ensure you have the Standard Pack plugin installed and active.
1. Did you use the Homepage post shortcode?
2. Do you still have the ad code in the theme panel settings?
3. Check the settings from the theme panel settings -> header -> logo. Maybe you have a backup of the theme panel settings? Do you can import it from Import/Export: https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/
Thank you!
Hi
Upgraded https://atlanticgull.com/ and 3 things have now changed and I would like to know how to get it to looks exactly the same as it did before:
Home page:
1) At the top where the main latest article is meant to display, it had a error saying “[td_block_homepage_full_1 sort=””]” and it is missing the latest article, as well as the image being used as a background
2) In the top right of header my Ad disappeared
3) The header now has a text header saying Atlantic Gull and a tagline over the image, which should not be there and needs to be removed. It is just meant to be the image background and the ad on right
Here is a screen shot of what the site used to look like:

Screenshot 2: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1PRAIOH9OyLJDBlTyOwvXlNIsHiWxnzFi/view?usp=sharing
Can you let me know what I can do to get it the same?
Thanks

Hello,
Please disable the AMP and tagdiv mobile theme plugins. AMP is deprecated as of January 2023-> https://developer.bigcommerce.com/docs/storefront/wordpress/platform-integration/enabling-amp so we don’t longer recommend it.
