Hi,
I’m currently using 2 Blocks on my page, Homepage Post and Big Grid 6. Is there anyway i can remove the Big grid styles? Currently using the Default, animation is ok, but this choice is “darkening” the bottom half of the images i post. Is there any workaround to do this?

On the front page it seems to be configured properly, on post or category pages the YouTube is not present in the social counter at the moment

Please try to configure the counter using the same information used in the homepage, and it should work as intended. The configuration has to be made in Appearance->Widgets in the sidebar used.

I don’t see any problem with the website, browsing the homepage, category pages and posts. The displayed posts are as late as Oct 20 and the grid and block filtering seems to work properly.
Regarding the sitemap issue, try using the Yoast SEO plugin, and configure the sitemap again

The theme does not have any setting or options concerning SEO pr sitemaps, everything has to be done through a plugin. We don’t have an optimization or website review department. Try the Yoast plugin, enable and customize the sitemap if needed, then submit it and check the results.

I see you are not using a static page as homepage at the moment. For example create a page and select the Latest articles page template

Place the grid of you choosing at top (like Big grid 1 that is present on your category page)

The module that displays posts in the Latest articles section can be changed as well, in addition a custom name can be set for this section

The result will be a page with a grid on top, and a latest articles section below. Just like you wanted. Using the composer you can create pages in any way you like, it is not hard to use.

We have a section on our homepage which shows most popular most called ‘Trending Today’. Up until recently this was working perfectly, however it’s no longer showing any posts. I don’t think I’ve changed any settings, so would you mind taking a look any letting me know if/how we can resolve this?

There have been many changes since version 7.7. The latest theme version is 8.1.1 at the moment. In version 8 the tagDiv composer was introduced as the main page builder

This editor can have an impact on pages created with Visual composer. It is activated by default when the theme is updated or installed. Simply deactivate it in the plugins section and the website should display properly.
Also custom code or theme modifications you might be using with the current version, might not work properly with the latest update. The child theme if used, might need adjustments as well. Use this guide to update the theme

I see that currently that you are using version 8.1 on the website. There are no issues with the homepage that I can see.
That flash could be caused by a plugin conflict. Try deactivating all plugins except theme plugins as a test. Clear any caching installed after this. Then check if the issue is still happening.

That is an unusual problem. If there is no caching then the homepage and website should display the changes and modifications immediately, on all browsers. There should be no, or minor delay.
That kind of problems are usually caused by a form of caching

The general issue you are describing seems to be with the homepage content. Try inspecting this page, check the blocks and grids settings. Specially the filtering and sorting.

OK guys, i reverted back to the previous version of the theme as the latest one was kind of breaking the website.
Im going to leave on this version now i think.

Yesterday i noticed that the website had developed an issue. The problem was that when navigating between pages on the website there was a flash of the mobile menu background before the page would load. So before the pages load theres a quick flash of the purple background used on mobile menu.
I decided to look in my envato account to check on theme updates. I saw that i was on version 7.7 so needed to update my theme.
Since updating the the latest version of the theme my website layout has broken.
Now the website homepage has changed to full width. Now there is also something called TD composer in place of visual composer tab on the homepage.
The website also seems much slower to load now. https://news.lovepattayathailand.com
Anyway,if possible i would like to re-install the previous version of the theme and go back to how it was before.
Or id like some support in fixing the mess my update has caused please.

PLEASE HELP!
I have the Newspaper theme and as of recently, my mobile function is not working the way it used to. I have the dark theme selected and on mobile it shows something completely different. The theme is white and only shows just one category and not my whole homepage. And my menu bar displays nothing.
However, on desktop, everything functions the way it’s supposed to. Please help!!!
The main header is not appearing on my public homepage in some browsers. It is appearing on Safari, but doesn’t appear in Firefox or Chrome. What is weird is that the header does appear on those browsers when I am editing the page using tagDiv Composer.
I have done the above, but the UA code is still appearing at the top of the website homepage in my Safari browser. What is weird is that it is an old UA code that is appearing. I replaced this with a new one yesterday, and the old one is still showing. It doesn’t appear on the homepage in any other browser, or on the mobile site. Thanks.

I understand now, but please note that the modules can display the post title only, not a sub-title. They are not meant to display such an element, so there is no implementation for that.
There is a solution that you can try, it involves modifying the actual module file. It will have to be made for each module that you want to display this. After making this modification the module will display the post subtitle, that is by default displayed only in the post page

For the header & subheader (I don’t mean menus), please see screenshot. On my articles, I always include a subheader. But this only display on the article page. What I want is to display both the header and subheader of an article on my homepage like: http://www.zeit.de/index.

I am very thankful!
Everytime I upload a logo it loses quality. For example, the size of the logo on media files is 22KB and looks fine, but it loses quality when it is uploaded as the theme logo. Then, if you go to the homepage and you save the logo as an image on your computer, it wheights 8KB.
So, the wheight and the quality of the logo is beeing reduced, why? How can I stop it?
