I’m seeing this on the sidebar of my homepage: https://i.imgur.com/C89R9tu.jpg
It seems the sidebar has been emptied from almost all its widgets: https://i.imgur.com/3ZrDGbs.jpg
Did it happen because I switched from Newspaper child-theme to Twenty Seventeen before getting back to Newspaper-child theme? How do I restore my sidebar in its previous state?
Where can we indicate sensible data like site URL, etc.? Everything is public here.

I use Newspaper 8.1 theme. I have tried all I could to get secure https but i have a mix content warning. I have a valid SSL certificate – Certificate valid through: Apr 26 23:59:59 2018 GMT

However, my wp-admin page now logs in on secure https but my hope page doesnt.

I am experiencing some issues with the mobile logo, it is the right size, but it shows like it cannot load properly on the homepage. It works just fine when I open some articles, but not on homepage.
To be more specific: it appears a square with an X on it.

Today I have a few problems thanks for your help.

1. My default homepage is about to hit a big grid and a block 11 below. I would like to design the homepage just like the homepage of https://www.coindesk.com. There the Big Gird on contains the typical posts. But these articles will not repeat in the blocks below.
2. I want to edit a bit on the sub menu. When dragging the mouse will drop in a straight line and the corner as coindesk.com

I am struggling with a strange issue. I have installed the theme but when i set the homepage in the setting reading section. It is still showing the old theme, Which I deleted already.

Single post page is working fine but when i set the homepage as the frontpage. It won’t work.

1. You are correct, I do have both plugins enabled. I don’t want to remove the TagDiv composer because how will I be able to edit the layout of the homepage without it?
2. I removed the zoom feature for now.
Now I have a new issue.
3. The lightbox feature is not working. When I click a product image the lightbox pops up underneath my site’s menu like this https://www.screencast.com/t/BpvVikxR when I am on Mac using Chrome. It works fine on mobile but not on a desktop.
I looked at the theme demo https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_tech/product/woo-logo-3/ and when you click on a product image it redirects the user to the large jpg view which is not the desired behavior requiring the user to click back on their browser. Either the lightbox needs to work or I need to remove the link to the larger image?
Any idea on how to fix this?

Check the system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Most likely, your PHP memory has exhausted and that’s why you cannot save anything, sorry! Also, try to re-create your homepage from scratch with the TD Composer. I’m having a lot of trouble switching from VC to TD Composers. VC seemed a lot more intuitive and this one is filled with errors. I am getting a Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function get_current_screen() in /homepages/9/d566011515/…blah blah
I’m trying to add simple text/basic code to the home page. I tried the Text with Title Element but when I try to edit the text in the box, I get the fatal error, can’t save it, can’t preview it and basically have to exit the whole page again and start over – leading to the same error.
This is hours of work (and I’m only doing the homepage – I have a TON more to go). How do we make this switch with something less than 2 weeks of time? If all the shortcodes are the same why do we have to redo everything?
How can we get one on one detailed help for this? You made a pretty video for new users – but left out those of us who have to convert.

Hello. Just want to let you guys know that Newsmag has some incompatibility problets with the plugin Arena Products Store. The products list on homepage sidebar https://www.somosung.com is unclickable in mobile due to a div placing over the products and, the comparations thumbnails are not center due to css overriding styles (example https://www.somosung.com/comparar/galaxy-j5-2015-vs-galaxy-j7-2016/).

You can use the Yoast SEO plugin for that. Edit the homepage and change the title as you like in the Yoast SEO page settings

I could not say when such a feature as you mention will be available. There are many plans for future updates. We will just have to wait and see.

I want to delete some blocks at the end of my homepage however for some reason I do not get the option to delete blocks on the lower half of my homepage in the TD composer. I’m using the Gadgets Demo template. The blocks I cannot edit/delete are titled “HOTS NEWS” “APPLICATIONS” and “LATEST ARTICLES”.
In our homepage we have a Big Grid 3, but the categories of each post appear only one the picture on the left. And the category is not present on the posts on the left like on the demo: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/big-grid-3/
