In LatinoLosAngeles.com, using Newspaper 11.4.1, the posts are repeated like in a loop. I tried to disable infinite loading single posts but nothing happened. It is the same post repeated.

If I understand correctly the problem is on posts.
What you can do to get a better pagespeed is to remove google fonts -> https://i.imgur.com/gP28V6X.png and use custom fonts, remove the infinite loading from posts, set for images the width and height.

I experience some issues with the search function..
First three questions that I asked before, and you said you would work on:
1) Is it possible to disable the live search function?
2) Is it possible to add a “filter” function – sorting in specific dates etc.
3) Is it possible to only search for posts, not pages and other special pages
Some issues:
1) The search results are showing the same result multiple times 5-6 times
2) It does not loading more search results, but the infinite load is enabled

Unfortunately, this plugin is not a tested one with our theme.
For this customization, you need to modify the theme files which is not covered by the support team. The file of this functionality can be found here: wp-content\plugins\td-cloud-library\includes\tdb-ajax.
