Please only use the visual composer version that comes with the theme. Please disable the plugin and delete it from the plugins section and then install it again from here: http://screencast.com/t/PtNqOuhl
If the error is still there, then access your files via ftp and delete visual composer (js composer) from your plugins folder and then try to install again.

hello! After installing mobile menu I realized, that certain menu categories wont show up on my mobile version.

Please try to make a new fresh install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest way in this regard. You should use only the required plugins which come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. After this, if the problem is still there, please provide your website URL so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.

a) in the wordpress settings under ‘discussion’ – part of wordpress; this is ‘master control’ for your WP install
b) in the theme, under ‘post settings’ is also a ‘toggle’

Best solution how to install plugins is unzip plugin and upload it to the plugin folder in your wordpress installation. After complete upload you can active plugin. I have not such problem with Visual composer when I upload it by FTP.

Where do I install the code on newspaper? I tried installing the Amazon mobile popover in the footer file and the Custom Code file in NewsPaper (Custom Java, Custom HTML) neither of these worked.

I have new versions of all software:
WP= 4.7.2 (New installation two days ago)
NewsMag= 3.3.1 (Purchased, downloaded and installed two days ago)
I have also updated the system configuration to match your specs, unless my host’s specs were higher:
max_execution_time= 60
max_input_vars= 5000
WP Memory Limit= 64MB/request
I have flushed the WP cache and let WP PHP read the new .ini configuration file.
The problem is not fixed. I cannot access the text in the fields. Not editable. Unlike yours, the text also appears grey, which is making me think the fields are locked. Other fields I edited on that page have black text.
What are the next steps?

Hello. Who is gettng this issue from using WP Super Cache plugin with Newspaper Mobile Theme Plugin?
When i activate WP Super Cache, the cached posts are displaying the non mobile pages, instead the mobile plugin pages, why? This is a big problem due the ADS positions.
Please tell me what i am doing wrong. I already followed your install/configure documentation.

Unfortunately, I did not installed any new plugins recently, All the plugins were working correctly with the post view until i updated the theme and some plugins.

Most likely, you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues. You should try to delete all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Please keep in mind that the Ajax View Count is fully tested and compatible with our theme and it seems to work as expected. Until now, we do not have any bad reports in this regard, sorry!

Our product has been tested with Cloudflare which should have to be implemented according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/ and also, with WP Super Cache like this -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Regarding the cache on the server, we can not give any reference because it varies from server to server and is not a problem related to the theme.

I have installed tagdiv speed booster plugin and I wanted to move the render blocking js and css to footer.
I made following modification based on suggestions listed at https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/” :

For JS files i have added following code in js_mover function:

And for CSS files, added following in css_mover function:

I’ve reinstalled WordPress once again(I thought that might fix this issue) but still having the same problem
Here is what I’ve done.
1. Uninstalled the WordPress and freshly installed.
2. My website is already linked with the Cloudflare so I unlinked it completely by changing the Nameservers on the Domain Registrar
3. Installed the Newspaper Theme (7.6.1)
4. Registered the Theme, Installed the WP Super Cache Plugin and Change the WP Memory Limit to 256M according to this guide “https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/” & “https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/”
5. Cleared the Cache (WP Super Cache Plugin)
6. Finally when I try to upload the logo and the same thing happened.

I did as you suggested, but it doesn’t seem to work. When installing Revolution Slider, once it is enabled, the queries it is trying to return time out and the site and the admin go down with 502 bad gateways. I had WP-Engine confirm it is the plugin causing the issues. Any other suggestions?

Last night I purchased and installed NewsMag into a clean (new) installation of WordPress 4.7.2. I installed the Classic Blog demo site with all of the accompanying data. I’m now customizing that default to meet my own needs.
I would like to use Header Style 10 with a Text Logo and Tagline. When I navigate to Theme Panel/Header/Logo & Favicon to change the “Text Logo” and “Text Logo Tagline”, the fields are locked and uneditable… I can see the default values, but cannot click into the field to highlight or otherwise access the text.
Your documentation states that these fields are not accessible if there is a image logo loaded, but I do no have an image logo loaded… the image thumbnail fields above show an “X”.
What can I do to edit these fields?

Every time I press the activate button I get the message “”Sorry, you don’t have permission to access this page”. Required and suggested plugins are already installed.
