Hello
I installed newspaper 11 and Jetpack 9.9.1 and the view stats are very different from each other.
Jetpack displays many more than those displayed in individual articles next to the eye icon.

I’m a new user. I installed the theme properly, and chose 1 pre-made website, which is “Pulses Pro”. I selected the option “Design only”. I made some changes to the template, such as some filter rules of some blocks in the homepage, as well as some similar changes in category template.

Now I realized the the Newspaper theme has an updated version.

If I now choose to update, will my changes be lost?

If so, how can I update properly so as all my custom changes to the templates of Pulses Pro can be kept?

I do not want the mobile version of the LIFE NEWS PRO theme to be displayed on mobile devices.

When I enter a post it shows a different version of the template. In order for it to show how I want it, I must click on ´exit the mobile version´

If I uninstall the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin it is worse. Can someone help me? Thanks

I have purchased the theme, and when I tried to upload the theme to my wordpress, I get the error

The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

What do I have to do to fix this error?

I’m trying to use more of the prebuilt pages/post pages for my website.

I have installed one of the single post pages and have customized it for my use. The one thing I’m struggling with is using the different sidebars.

Currently, I have sidebars for different categories (my category is baseball, so I have a baseball sidebar; if the category is football, I use the football sidebar).

Using my newly created page, I add the widget sidebar but if I don’t add widgets, nothing shows up. If I add widgets, only the widgets Created on the custom page appear and not the individual sidebars that I have assigned to categories.

How can I get those custom sidebars to appear on the correct category post?

I noticed that using the pricing table it is not possible to change the color of the icons (feature and missing), changing style there are other bugs like the header background color that does not change color or that the color of the icons changes only in the third column in an inner row.
For the sake of consideration I deactivated the cache plugin (W3TC) from that page but the result does not change, even by reinstalling your plugins (I have also noticed this problem from previous versions of the theme).

I’m staging your Shop and Opt-In Builder plugins; excellent!

For Opt-In Builder I would consider integrating them with services such as MailerLite and also managing the consent part, otherwise it would be completely useless given the GDPR rules that will come into force in Italy (and I believe in the rest of Europe) in 2022.
It would not be bad to manage the membership thanks to WooCommerce to create paid / subscription content, tagDIV Newspaper would become a truly All in One theme.

I note with regret that even today nothing has been done with the Newsletter plugin, not being compatible with the Confirmation checkbox and Interest groups field of MailerLite is a great lack that forces us to use an alternative method and unnecessarily burden the page.

For us, being 100% compatible with a service would mean taking as few steps as possible to export the data of a person who requested it.

Hope you take these tips into consideration!

Hi,

We’re facing a very weird issue where the important required plugins get disabled when we install Theme Updates.
We’re using Easy Updates manager for automatic updates, is that is causing the issue?

Apart from the plugins getting disabled, theme purchase code and logo, etc is also getting removed.

Let me know how this can be resolved.

I have a blog named Newsminions in which I installed newspaper theme. For mobile theme I have set mobile + AMP as the displaying option. After I checked my AMP version of my blog Google ads were not displaying also in Mobile theme only ad is getting displayed. I even put the AMP version of adsense code in the header then also it is not working. Here I attach my normal and AMp versions of my website link here. Anyone help me to resolve this issue.

I am rather confused by this update to 11.2. I do not know where to find it on your support site, and when I look on my website in the theme section, it tells me I have 11.1, but when I downloaded the latest files from theme Forest which supposedly are 11.2, and I tried to install, my website dashboar told me that 11.2 is already installed. Yet it’s not shown, only 11.1 is. Very confusing.. ???
And where do I get the opt in page builder? That is not shown as a potential installable plug-in on my dashboard. So how do I get it?
Grateful for your answers to these questions ASAP. I am very interested in the opt in page builder and would like to start using it as soon as possible.

Hi,

The tagdiv composer button appears however when I click it to edit I receive this error

“Fatal error: Unknown: Cannot use output buffering in output buffering display handlers in Unknown on line 0”.

I’ve disable some plugins but it still doesn’t work. Please help. I’d be happy to email my info to ensure everything is installed correctly on my end.
