In order to handle donations and subscriptions I now have the following installed and it is working fine:
WooCommerce
WooCommerce Memberships
WooCommerce Menu Cart
WooCommerce Stripe Gateway
WooCommerce Subscriptions
EU VAT for WooCommerce
I am just missing a good plug-in for VAT reporting now (EU MOSS)
Bettina thanks for the answer. As I said earlier, at your suggestion I am migrating from WP Bakery to TagDiv Composer precisely to avoid new conflicts.
Before sending the message, I had already done the test to re-upload the image and confirm it’s size and still has this blur effect. The image I’m using is from a newspaper demo that I installed.
The image problem remains unsolved as it happens to anyone I test. Could you help me please?
I am new customer also new to cpanel and wordpress

Hello!
From what you describe it seems you have installed Mobile theme plugin. If you created the mobile pages with TagDiv Composer, then when you install Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin.
The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Better deactivate the plugin and see the results.
Thank you!
Hello!
Please make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
Also you can try to remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin.
Let us know the results.
Thank you!
Hi,
For this problem please deactivate, delete the social counter plugin and after installing it again from Newspaper plugins =>https://prnt.sc/10cpiud make sure the ID is inserted correctly.
Please follow our guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
Also, if the problem persists and you use a plugin cache, then clear all cache and check the results.
Normally without a cache plugin, it should update ones per day, with a cache plugin it can take some more time.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello!
Yes, it is right. But, I recommend you to do a full backup before, so if you don’t like the demo you install you can restore it from your backup.
Thank you!
ok ! is it possible to share the list of icons i can use from your library without installing fontawesome
like in the below example
<i class="tdc-font-tdmp tdc-font-tdmp-home"></i>
this one is for home, your designer would have included many more like this in this custom font used.
if can share a list will be of great use.
Hi,
Please provide more details about the problem you facing (like a link to your website, screenshots), only in this way I can try to recreate the problem on my install.
Thank you!
Hello,
If you install a Pro Prebuilt Website the changes from the Theme Panel for fonts will not apply, to change the font on block/post you can edit with tagDiv Composer -> https://prnt.sc/10grx77 , select the block/post and in Style, you can change the font => https://www.screencast.com/t/sUE7ug4UIAR5
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
Hello,
You have 3 options for slide => https://www.screencast.com/t/SpVZEJYL .
You can add the slider inside the post with tagDiv Composer the Big Grid Slide => https://www.screencast.com/t/LFWsx1TI -> https://www.screencast.com/t/zReadm4ozvx
slide => https://www.screencast.com/t/BBCxseuxX0I5 or you can use the plugin revolution slider for a simple image slider => https://www.screencast.com/t/L3lZzJft1
The theme package does indeed contain the Revolution slider. No need to activate it, simply ignore the activation messages. It is a bundled plugin, you can use it fully without the need of an activation key

Thank you!
Dear staff, i installed a demo, and now i’m building my site on it.

Seems to be stucked on ROBOTO.
Please help thanks
Hello,
Please make sure the system status parameters are correctly increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ in config is WP_MEMORY_LIMIT not PHP Memory Limit (there is a typo, sorry) => https://www.screencast.com/t/88pK5QXpC
Also, you do not need to have a plugin cache installed if you have it on your host…
Thank you!
Hello,
I just found out that social counter numbers were wrong… It seems that they haven’t updated for a few weeks…
I tried to remove and reinstall the plugin but it still wrong.. partciularly on Twitter numbers.
Regards
I built my website with mobile template & mobile pages.
The mobile theme is not installed, the AMP plugin is not either.
All my mobile pages are associated to the desktop pages: https://prnt.sc/10g07rc
Everything worked fine on maintenance mode.
This morning my website went live, but as soon as I deactivated the maintenance mode, the mobile pages were no longer applied.
On mobile, only the homepage and the header is displayed according to the mobile page template.
Everything else is using the dekstop template (even the footer, the single page, etc.)
For example, this page is displayed this way: https://prnt.sc/10g07ag when it should be displayed this way: https://prnt.sc/10g093h
I removed the mobile templates & reassociated them. I edited and saved then.
I cleared all caches, I deactivated most plugins but nothing seems to work.
My website is visible here: https://lespotiches.com
As 2/3 of my trafic is on mobile, I need the mobile version to be as nice as possible.
Can you help me?
Thanks

Hello!
Unfortunately, you can not have more than one demo running on your website at the same time, so you should install one by one and see which one is better for you.
Also, the only way to roll back to your previous demo is to install it again.
Thank you!
Nevermind, I did the backups and found export options then it was ok afterwards EXCEPT – I did have to change the menu options as they defaulted to something different. So that might be dev feedback that the top bar and the menu bar defaulted to a different option after an update install.
Hello !
This happens due to cache. Please follow our guide and make sure that WP Super Cache has been installed properly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Let us know the result.
Thank you !
I have set up ..https://theworldnews.live
How ever when I install prebuilt demos with out content it does not load properly..It loads only partially
It only loads one section not the complete page
what could be the fix..kindly suggest/help
Mathew
Tried this and it has not helped. Tried opening the back-end using incognito window, cleared my host cache, cleared everything else and still no luck. I do not have Wordfence installed. All the plugins that are active are tagDiv* and AMP. Trying to set my Mobile theme to Mobile + AMP
I installed a demo site with contents and found the main menu have beautiful icons before each menu item. but when I searched for the details of how to set other icons for my own menu items, the tutorial mentions use of fontawesome. The icons in fontawesome though are having multiple option (large options) it looks smaller than the icons used in the demo site. is there a possibility to share the default icons in the tagdiv fonts
<i class="tdc-font-tdmp tdc-font-tdmp-home"></i>
I’m not comfortable sharing site details on a public forum, so if it’s possible to chat directly I can share those. I just installed Newspaper theme and I’m getting two warnings. One is that my PHP limit is 40, which is incorrect. This site is hosted on Kinsta with a 256 limit. Secondly, I’m getting a warning saying that I need to download a caching plugin, but Kinsta doesn’t allow that as they do their own caching. What do I need to do?
I want to sell memberships (subscriptions with restricted content), get donations and physical products. Right now I have WooCommerce and WooCommerce Memberships installed.
1. Setup the “My Account” page:
Do not be fooled about the “Woo Shortcodes” block in TagDiv composer. You cannot add shortcodes here (only the ones in the drop down menu).
Instead you have to use “Column text” and then open the WP Editor. Only as raw text (not visual tab) can you add the shortcodes, for example [woocommerce_my_account].
If you add [woocommerce_my_account] in the “Woo Shortcodes” block it will not display correctly (at least it displays differently for me).
I use the [woocommerce_my_account] shortcode on two pages (it is the default on my account page as mandated by Woocommerce), but it is also my main login shortcode.
2. Do the same for mandatory pages:
Create a new page (or edit old one). Add “Column text” and add shortcodes with WP Editor (Edit Content):
[woocommerce_checkout] (check out page)
[woocommerce_cart] (cart page)
(also make a Terms and conditions page)
3. Under the Woocommerce setting (advanced) assign the 3 pages you made (or edited). Cart, Checkout and My Account.
Here comes the problems:
4. The shop page I cannot edit at all. The content is somehow forced with a really ugly layout. I cannot make my own shop page as it is hard-coded from “My Account”.
5. The shop page only covers 2/3 of the page, leaving a 1/3 empty side bar. The checkout, cart and my account pages do not have this problem.
6. The final payment button is PINK. How to change this?
Please ignore, I resolved the issue. Deactivating all the plug-ins, installing the Mobile Theme, and then activating everything back seemed to have worked!
