I recently installed the newest theme (Newspaper X) and installed a demo (without content)
It’s all worked fine except my header and footer still have the demo logo.
I have changed all of the settings in the theme panel and saved them, but the site still isn’t showing the edits that I make.
Any idea?
I’ve had nothing but issues with this theme. it’s driving me insane.

Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin.

I am using Newspaper on this site https://efficientlyyou.com.au
The site was working fine. I was able to use tagDiv Composer to edit all of my pages. Recently I installed Woocommerce on my site and now edit with tagDiv composer is not working. The page where I usually edit is loading as a blank page. When I am deactivating Woocommerce tagDiv composer is working as normal. Once activated I am facing the same issue. It’s not happening just with woo-commerce pages but every single page of my site. So whenever I have to make some changes I have to deactivate the woocommerce. is there any way in which tagDiv composer will work without deactivating woo-commerce?

Unfortunately, I do not understand the problem, it will be easier if you can provide some screenshots or a link to your website where I can check the problem.
Normal if you have Newsmag theme and tagDiv plugins enable, then you can install a demo also you can use tagDiv Composer top edit pages
Also make sure that you do not have any extra plugins that interfere with our theme.

yes i realize that..
-i uploaded the plugin for revolution from the zipped file.
-under newspaper panels “install premium plugins” it shows slider as “optional” instead of “active” even though i have activated it and in WP plugins it shows as activated.
– i am missing elements and i assume it’s because i haven’t entered a registration key…? (even though i uploaded the zipped file that came with my theme packaged). also, i added the element to the homepage and entered the code for it but is there no way to have it advance on click and be in a similar contained block like the slider from tagdiv on post pages?

I installed plugins TagDiv Mobile Theme and AMP and I follow the brief to install them but on mobile I see just article and not pages. I have enabled articles and pages on theme panel but with page doesn’t work: are visible articles but not pages. What is the problem? thanks!!!

Usually this problem -> https://prnt.sc/vh6ywo appears when something is not installed correctly (is possible that during the theme update some files to go wrong).
The shortcodes -> https://prnt.sc/vh6swm appear on your website because tagDiv plugins are not enable from Newspaper > plugins .
Those errors -> https://prnt.sc/vh6swm coming from the extra plugins that you are using, those are not from our theme.
What I can recommend is to make the update using the manually version (option B) from our guide -> https://tagdiv.com/update-newspaper-theme/

Is possible that the problem to be from WordPress version. If you are using the last WP version, then you need to use the last version of our theme, only this is compatible with the new elements from WordPress
Please make sure that you are using last theme version Newspaper v10.3.7 and you have set all the theme requirements as in our guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
If there is still a problem, please disable tagDiv Composer, delete it and reinstall the plugin from Newspaper plugin, also make a test only with theme plugins.

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with other plugins (let only tagDiv plugins enable).
Make sure that all theme requirements are set as in our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
If the problem persists, please disable and delete all tagDiv plugins and reinstall theme from Newspaper > plugins (in this way the plugins will be installed from our server).

Checked all the Requirements for Newspaper, all oké
deactivated all plugins, no change.
Clean chache, no change.
re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin. No change.
The problem, stay’s the same.
When i ad a url in (ad url in the ad block) it gives as result my http://www.ownsite. com . the box is empty after i safe it en return to it.
When i only use http://www.site. com it redirect you to (www.my site. com/ http://www.site werhe it suppose to go.com) then you be sent to the 404 page.

Similar cases were reported from users how updated the WordPress version over v5.5 and still use a theme version lower then Newspaper v10.3.6.1
What you need to do is to make sure that you have the last them version, Newspaper v10.3.7 if the problem persist, please disable and delete tagDiv Composer plugin and reinstall it from Newspaper > plugins (in this way it will be install from our server), also make sure that you do not have any conflict plugins, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

I’ve installed the theme, imported the BLACK VERSION PRO demo, and then tried to change the colors, but it doesn’t seem to be working.
I went into the theme colors section and set it to default, which is a cyan/blue color, but the theme is still using a yellow color instead.
Am I missing something?

1. I suggest to use tagdiv composer pagebuilder because all the new theme features will be developed for it. We provide and keep WPBakery support more for old users who for some reasons do not quit using it (like a legacy).
Can you provide more details about the issues you have found using our pagebuilder plugin? We will gladly assist you.
2. I’ve replied also in the other topic. It is better to solve the demo install issue, so you can see exactly how is made and you just replace the image. That’s why we provide the demos, so the user will not need to create a layout from scratch!

I bought the “newspaper” license for a site I had to do months ago, (xluxuo.com) then the customer didn’t want the site with this template anymore and I thought I could use this license for a new site at the first opportunity.
Now I have installed the template on the temporary domain “karmaweb.blog”, (the final site will be on “viaggiiconme.it”).
In the NEWSPAPER-> UPDATES page I read “activate theme” but the landing page does not open and the message “You don’t have permission to access this page.”
How come and how can I solve?
