I had customized my website as I want. But after updating the Newspaper theme from 10.3.5 to 10.3.7 the previously installed theme got reinstalled by the new one. I have lost all of my customizations and settings.
Anyway(s) to get the settings back or any solutions os that it should not repeat anytime in future?

we are unable to update the latest version of the theme. When we trying to do so it showing ‘An error occurred while updating Newspaper: The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions. header.php’. please help us
after installing the newsletter plugin required by the influencer demo, this happened:

I have two main errors:
1. I cannot enter the registration code to receive the updates (I have subscribed to a topic below with the same problem).
ERROR: “Sorry, you don’t have permission to access this page.”.
2. When editing the category template I receive the message:
Errors at columns elements: 3 (models): 4 (dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL + Z / CTRL + SHIFT + Z)
I have updated and reinstalled the composer. But there is no solution.

I have been using Newspaper 7.7.1 version for almost 2 years and I decided to buy it today and activate it.
I activated the theme and I want to update to the latest version so I can use all the features available at the theme.

I don’t know how this is happening. Everything seems fine. I have the Newspaper theme page and install demos, etc. But I can’t activate. Since I can’t activate, I can’t add menus to my Dark Pro themed page. When I click “Activate Theme”, I get told I don’t have access to that page.

Hi!
I’ve installed Newspaper theme and installed a demo content.
The problem is that I can not find how to remove a predefined footer widget. It is not in Widgets admin panel options neither in Theme Panel.
I also want to rename one of the widgets.
